We're very pleased with how things are going at Powell Valley. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, and welcoming. There isn't a mean bone in the place, they're all very nice people! The facility is clean and well kept, and they've really made the whole process of getting my loved ones moved in and settled a pleasant experience.

I have to say that I am very happy with everything this community has done for my mother. She has acclimated very well into her new living environment and has really made her self right at home. The food they server is wonderful. She attends all three meals a day and really enjoys her dinning experience. They also offer a great activity program including bingo, crafts, and movie theater field trips. I have had a pleasant experience and would defiantly recommend this place.

Lovely place. Met by the Sales and Marketing Manager on a Saturday. Small enough to be able to get to know most other residents. Great menu. Best of all the 1 bedroom is roomy enough to feel comfortable. Staffing is dependent on needs of residents, not the number of residents. That is a really good thing.

I found out about Brookdale Springfield, Woodside, from A Place For Mom. I would NOT put my mom, anywhere I would not want to be. My mom has lived with me, for seven years, and is 93 yrs. old. Because of my health I needed to find, an assisted living for her. I was very impressed with the staff at Woodside. All of them are professional and CARING. Sometimes, they are short staffed, during dinner time. My mother is engaging into the lifestyle, and doing many activities, and looks forward each day, to visit with her friends, during her meals. She is happy, and doing better than I expected, which is a real comfort to me.

The staff have really done way more than I expected with the accommodations they have made for my loved one. The residents are lovely and have made my grandmother feel welcomed and comfortable in her new living environment. I would highly recommend this community!!

My mom is doing great here. Staff is caring and helpful. The meals are outstanding and a good variety. She participates in alot of activities The community comes highly recommended.

The meals offered in this community are very good the presentation and the portions are good. They offer vegetarian options as well, there is such a wide variety of all of the meals. The staff is very nice and the communication between them and families is good. If i ask the directors or the staff a question and they don't know the answer they will find one. I would highly recommend this place the atmosphere is great it feels like you are home.

I really enjoyed the lunch the community offered us when we went on our tour. They had a great menu full of many options. The staff was very nice and helped answer our questions. There was no odor to the community. One of the things i wasn't very happy with was the size of the rooms they were very small.

This community is awesome and I would recommend them and use them again if I needed to return. My mom is doing fine here. They have been so good to my mom and I am pleased with all they did. the caregivers and nurses are wonderful staff. Sherry is so helpful and understanding. A Place For Mom was helpful and made the experience more helpful.

I know my mother is in good hands at the facility. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. It is a nice looking community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. They have a wonderful staff here, they have been very helpful. She is pleased with the food, they serve nice meals. She is receiving great care here and I would recommend it.

The staff is really friendly, they keep it clean. The food is pretty good. They have some activities for us. Overall Brookdale Springfield Briarwood is a nice community.

My in laws are doing great since moving into Powell Valley. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to them. The food is good and they offer a wide variety of healthy choices. They are still adjusting so they have not yet started participating in any of the activities offered. This is a clean community and I would recommend it to family and friends.

My father is doing very well at this community and everything is going great. This is a very clean community, everything looks nice and well-kept. The staff is very good and very helpful. They were very responsive to my concerns and they are very attentive. There a nice activities offered here. My father likes the food, they serve very nice meals. I like the courtyard garden and the dining area is very nice. They have a variety of residents. It has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

Van Mall has been great. My mother has no complaints. She participates in activities daily. She enjoys the food very much, it's an improvement from where she was. I highly recommend this community. I have no complaints whatsoever.

St. Andrew's has been great for my dad. The staff genuinely seems to care and he appears to get a lot of attention. They have been responsive to our needs and have looked for solutions to issues that have come up. There are several staff on each floor and different shifts, so sometimes there isn't a clear way to get info to all the care givers (i.e. "he likes to wear socks all the time;" "this is his favorite blanket"). The food is better than I expected; menu reads rather basic but it's all been tasty and the residents like it.

We like Van Mall. The food is good here. They have exercise rooms that you can use. We like it here very much. It has been a very positive experience here. The staff really try to get to know everyone. Overall I am very pleased with this facility.

They have just seen my grandmother through the rehabilitation of breaking her hip bone and then returning home and all of the staff members at Van Mall have just done a great job advocating for her care.

The people are great and want to please. The surroundings are appealing.--beautiful rose gardens. The food... not a 5 star rating.

I would recommend the Powell Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care. Everything has been going well. I haven't had any issues with this community. This is a great assisted living facility that offers a clean and friendly environment. The care givers do a good job at taking care of all of the residents. The value is great because you get a wonderful community for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it here.

They are doing fantastic. I really appreciate the referral from A Place for Mom. We really like Van Mall, and he really likes it. They have a lot of fun stuff to do, he just hasn't had much chance to join in yet. They really have been just terrific.
