My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 10 years ago. At first, I tried to keep him at home, but the burnout was too much too handle. My health started to deteriorate, my business started to trend downwards and my marriage was hanging on by a thread. We finally made the decision to transition my father to an assisted living facility that had a memory care associated within the property. I found several that were very nice, but I just didn't feel my father would get both the care as well as the engagement that he needed once I saw these buildings memory care section. Then I was referred to Poet's Walk. The care is second to none and my father wakes up every day with a sense of purpose. He loves being part of the men's group and their weekly "man cave Monday" excursions. The communication between myself, [name removed] and [name removed] is seamless and we've even made friends within the community. I couldn't recommend Poet's Walk enough.

Caring staff who provide very good care for my father. Exceptionally pleasant environment. We picked this community, because of the physical attributes, services available and friendliness of staff.

The staff at The Landing were very helpful & couldn’t have been friendlier. All of my emails & questions were answered very promptly. The location is very modern & clean. My mother in law has been there for a month now & all of her needs are being met. My husband & I sleep much more soundly at night knowing that she is in good hands with the care that the staff has to offer.

Sunrise of Exton gets all 5 stars from our family! They are excellent. The staff here are very responsive and respectful. They also offer a ton of great activities for the residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Exton to other families looking.

Our family had an in person tour with The Landing of Collegeville and it is like a resort! It was unbelievable! It was beautiful but it just did not have that homey feeling like [community name removed] that we were looking for, for our love done. However the tour experience was great!

We have had a great experience with Morningside House of Leesburg. The staff are compassionate servants who genuinely look out for the patient's well being.

I can't tell you how pleased we were to have you recommend this to us they were delightful from the moment we walked in till we made the decision that day to have Mother live there. Best decision we made for her she has been happier & thriving since going there 2 months ago. [name removed] director couldn't have been more informative & straightforward with answers. The whole Staff are pleasant & happy to work there. It's a woman run company plus each Morningside House is directed by a woman. You feel the compassion & care, not the bottom line...Even better they have a policy that if you recommend someone to them and they come and stay there you get $[removed] off your next care payment honestly who does that, only people who really care!!

I was there not to long ago, they had a beer tasting and it was wonderful. The building is beautifully and clean. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone, everyone is caring. Had a great time.

My family and loved one had a good experience with Morningside House of Friendship. The quality of care ranks the closest to home for our loved one. We are happy our loved one is here. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided to the residents. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

When it came down to it, the staff at Sunrise of Exton gave my dad the same care that they'd give their own family. They made it possible for him to have his life end with dignity and gave my family the peace of mind that he was being well cared for.

Cardinal Village is a very nice and beautiful community this place is home away from home for the elderly very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing for the elderly.The staff is very friendly and caring that makes it very easy for the residents to fit right in when they come here.

My loved one has recently moved into the community at Satyr Hill and loves it. Our family had a tough time making a choice between all the options in the area, but are happy with our choice at Satyr Hill. The Life Enrichment Programs are amazing (bus outings 2 times per week, Happy hour every week, Live music 1 time per week, yoga, massage, manicures, and much more) The staff here truly go above and beyond for their residents. A decent amount of staff have also works here for 10,15,20 plus years. We are always greeted by our first name and given multiple updates on our mother through the week. The Director staff is also top notch with notifying us of any changes taking place. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at the Landings was extremely helpful and compassionate with our family situation and worked diligently to help us place our mother as quickly as possible. They were amazing to work with. From the very moment I met them I knew that this was the place for my mom. I'm so appreciative of everything they've done for her and our family.

It was less expensive than other places, and close to where I live. People living there seemed content. The main concern I have is that the personel needs training. My loved one needs a high level of care(which we pay for), and most people need instruction on what to do. They should be trained, but they're not.

My loved one is a resident at Morningside House of Ellicott City and everything has been great. The entire staff is very friendly. The residents like the food. Communication with the family is prompt. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We rate all of these categories as a 5. Our experience for our family member has been outstanding! All amenities are excellent. The staff is dedicated, caring, personal, immediately attentive when called, particularly skilled in taking care of physical needs. Every effort is made in getting to know each resident personally. Ample selections in dining offer something for everyone with healthy food choices and friendly service. Family members have enjoyed joining for meals as well. Sunrise Exton offers professional care in all aspects.

My mother-in-law is a resident at this facility. Upon moving in, the staff involved kept saying to my her "This is your home. What can we do to assist you?" So sweet! There are fireplaces burning in the common areas. Its very clean, people are happy. The food is wonderful. They have lots of great activities. My mother-in-law recently said "I left my room at 9:00 am and didn't get back to my apartment until 6:00 pm and I didn't even leave the building!" She is having a wonderful time and has even started using an exercise machine a few times a week.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a group of residents sitting near the fireplace - reading papers and talking. Upstairs you heard a group of people laughing doing their daily workout - I actually think it was laughter yoga - and others were looking at the standings in their March Madness Bracket Fundraiser. It was a happy, lively group of residents. Staff actually acknowledged us, and smiled while we were visiting with the salesperson! Looking forward for my mom to live there in her new home. A little more than what we hoped to spend but these are her golden years - why settle for less?

This community has added so much to the quality of our lives. There is always someone to talk to here- I have made true friends. The staff here are genuinely kind. No place is every going to be perfect 100% of the time, but when there are issues people here care about getting it right. The activities are amazing- [name removed] art classes are so interesting, and [name removed] has been so helpful. I love the fact that the dining room is always open, and I can eat when I want. Coming to The Landing of Collegeville is the best decision I could have made.

Our experience has been wonderful! [name removed] and [name removed] are so warm and welcoming at the front desk and front office. [name removed] is the director of the memory care unit and is awesome! She is so easy to reach and discuss any concerns with. The nurses are all very caring and nice. They always have at least 2-3 if not more working a shift on mom's floor at a time. We truly are so happy A Place for Mom recommended Morningside for our Mom. It has been a wonderful fit when we were feeling like no such thing existed.
