So far, everything is going well. The staff is very professional and attentive to the patients. The place is also nice and clean which is an added plus. The activities seem fun and the food is not bad at all. Great for a retirement community.

I used Chandler Place as a respite care for weekend away for my father. The staff was wonderful at ensuring that he'd be looked after and added just a little extra care to ensure he enjoyed his time. I liked the fact that they could do a short term respite. Many others seems to have a minimum. This was also very helping in "trialing" an assisted living situation. My father is not exactly needing Assisted Living yet, but there may come a time, and Chandler Place will be on my "short list".

I think the nurses are very hard working and caring. I think the aides are more hit or miss. [community removed] also just got purchased which has been a transition and I have found this a bit confusing. I mean what will change and what won't? Not sure how to feel about this big change.

It is very clean, rooms are spacious. Food options are wonderful. Plenty of activities on a daily basis. Staff are great and supportive. I would recommend. It has just been bought by Monarch so there is worry about change there.

Very friendly and engaged with plenty of activities for family member. Room sizes and amenities offered for residents are excellent.

Mom moved into Chandler Place in [date removed] in independent living. Her apartment is perfect for one person. Laundry machines are free and convenient on her floor. Nursing staff have been very helpful with bringing in outside medical services including primary doctor, physical therapy, and lab testing. The food in the dining room is very good, and reasonably priced. The building is older than other facilities I toured, but it's solid and well-maintained. There is an outdoor fountain and walking path near garden plots that residents maintain. Mom is happy to be here!

Overall the staff is friendly and caring and most of the folks living there are social and pleasant

Great value friendly people give ability to be independent as an individual They had a mouse issue (which was the reason for my lower rating) but they did fix it. They need to have regular inspection of areas outside they could get in. I would definitely recommend The Boulevard!

The staff at The Homestead at Maplewood is amazing and very friendly. They have all been there for a long time and are wonderful people. The carpeting needs to be replaced, it smells bad. Other than that, they keep the place very clean,. They take a lot of pride in the building. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends. My mother in law loves it there!

My loved one stayed at Chandler Place for Respite care. We used the day rate Respite Care and that was not offered anywhere else. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff was great. The quality of care, meals and activities were good. I would recommend Chandler Place to family and friends.

We toured with Chandler Place and it is a beautiful facility and had a very friendly environment. It was very expensive though which is why we did not choose this facility.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the community was really nice and we really liked how they had a Catholic priest do church services, but at the time we needed to move our loved one they did not have any one bedroom apartments available.

Overall Chandler Place was a great experience for my loved one and it relieved a lot of stress on my part, as my loved one recovered at their respite care. I do want to add that my loved one thought the meals were salty, so much that my loved ones feet, ankles, and legs swelled up right away. This problem didn't remedy itself until she moved out of respite care.

It's very nice and clean. The interaction with the staff has been really good. Every Thursday it's an outing, which has included going out to eat. They offer activites such as; Bingo, dominoes, movies twice per week, and a happy hour every Friday. There is loads of things to do. It's a clean, and friendly place. I have recommended to my sibling also.

Mom liked where she lived before as she had more independence. She liked doing her own laundry and similar type daily routines. The main dining room is never full as the Memory care (where mom is) has their own separate dining hall. So not certain what the times are when they eat.

More assisted living and we needed more memory care support.

I grew up in WBL and I like staying in the area!! I am comfortable with what's is all around me.

The Homestead has a more cohesive feel with good staff interaction. Resident apartments are bright and cheery. Atmosphere is generally positive. [name removed] was positive yet candid in our conversation. Location is excellent for our family.
