I would recommend this community to others. The community is well run.

My dad lived at Chandler Place for a short time before he passed. I couldn't have asked for better care for him!! The staff is the BEST I have ever seen!! They truly care about each and every resident!!! I would recommend Chandler Place to anyone!!! It is a VERY special place!

I wish I could give friendliness a 6. They are great. My wife is in memory care. I have nothing but good things to say about The Homestead. They have done a good job with Covid-19, keeping the residents safe. I miss going there daily to see my wife and the staff. It has been a very positive experience.

My parents recently moved into assisted living. Their experience has been wonderful. Every person they have met and came in contact with have been so kind and caring. We as a family could not be happier with the care they are getting.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The continental breakfast offered to all residents is a plus. The residents I have encountered are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I am glad I chose to live at Chandler Place.

Lived here 6 years in 2 bdr unit until my [name removed] passed 1 yr ago. Now enjoy regular 1 bdr apt. Have minimum help in the lift. Do all personal things by myself - I'm 86 years old. Volunteer w/ newspapers for floor (I deliver 5th floor) Great new responsible activities. Help on hospitality parties. Distribute weekly programs on Thursday. Love it here!

My mother-in-law lives at Chandler. I go almost every day to visit her. The staff is very pleasant and listens to your concerns. They greet everyone by name and make them feel special. The community space and dinning rooms are very clean and welcoming. Thank you all for a listening ear and helping hand.

It is very nice, the rooms are roomy and quiet, the people and staff are very friendly.

The staff is amazing. They love their residents so much. They are kind and caring. I literally cannot say enough good about them. I feel so very blessed to have found this place for my mom.

I would consider this place if my mother would move to the Twin Cities to be closer to us. It's managed by the same company as the facility that we moved our mother into so would be similar services except it is also a continuous care community which is a bonus.

So far, I’ve been really, really pleased with this place. The staff has been very good with my Mom. When something goes on, they call me and let me know how she’s doing or when she needs something. They’re willing to work with me and help her. My mom gets the newspaper every day and I got a call from the receptionist one day actually telling me that her newspaper wasn’t delivered. They went out of their way to call the newspaper and tell them that her paper hadn’t been delivered. Compared to another place my Mom had been living, it’s like night and day. They go far above and beyond what they have to just to make sure she’s taken care of. The meals that they feed the residents are nutritionally really good and healthy, but sometimes it’s difficult to get my Mom to eat it if it isn’t prepared a certain way. I’ve talked with the Homestead about it and I know they’re trying their best to accommodate. My Mom has a gluten free diet and they’ve done really well with trying to accommodate that as well. The food looks beautiful and their kitchen is buffet style where it’s prepared and dished out to the residents. I’ve met other residents here and they all seem to be very happy. I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend this place.

It was nice and clean. The director was very helpful and accomadating. They answered all of my questions. But the building was way older and that is why my dad didn't want to live there we had to choose another community.

My mom is doing so well here, the staff is so attentive to her needs, they encourage her to be a part of the activities and she enjoys going to the dining room and visiting with the other residents. There is a nice courtyard area that is secured so my mom can come and go out there when she wants. I also like the fact that there is also a long term care unit here as well.

It was a big change for my mother going into this community. They have been good to her and made her feel as comfortable as possible. The meals are good and my mother seems to be really enjoying them. They charge per every time she presses the button for help and it has been less in price than we expected. We are happy with our choice so far.

We liked this community for my parents.We have been happy with the staff and the cleanliness. The meals need a little improvement. The activities are good but could use a little more variety. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families for great care.

I am really very pleased with Chandler Place. My mother really didn't want to go to assisted care. Now she is telling everyone she is so happy there. She said we couldn't have picked a better place. She can hardly wait to get back any time we leave. The food is very good and the care is great. The doctor has her set up for occupational therapy and physical therapy. I am really happy with this facility so far.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Chandler Place. The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff are all very friendly. They've been a big help throughout the whole process, and take very good care of my loved one.

Our first impression of The Homestead is that it is a very nice community and has a homey feeling to it. The memory care side is very safe, and we would most certainly recommend this community to others. It is also in a convenient location

I have felt very comfortable leaving my mother at the Homestead. The staff are very caring and friendly. The facility has always been clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The food at this community was good and the community is well maintained. My husband loved living here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. Some of the staff have worked here for many years. We would have liked for him to stay here, however they do not accept Veterans Assistance Benefits.
