a good fit for my father-in-law. Lots of residents with pep in their step. Population is 1/3 male and average age of all residents is 82-84. Close to shops and major highways. Very impressed with director who made us feel very welcome. Dining Room is on lowest level. Residents are restricted to same table each meal which could be a negative, although you can request a change of table. Room size was adequate. Residents wear emergency beepers around their neck. One year lease required, although we were told leases could easily be broken.No discount for veterans.Nice kitchenette in each unit we visited. Large bathroom with shower and shower seat installed. No daily tidy service. Population is 50% Christian/50%Jewish.

facility was very nice - biggest problem is its too far - but from what we saw and discussed it was definitely a place I would of considered

Nice facility, a little far out. Impressed by the fact that they have 24 hour/day RN coverage in house.

Liked this one best. The units were small in Assisted Living but I would prefer my mother to enter directly to the Alzheimer's Unit when timely to do so. Very pleasant and interesting unit; liked the music and the 'bar' arrangement for eating option. Again I didn't like the decor but I liked it better than Brightview. I liked the location best of the non-city center places. I liked the cinema space and I liked the fact she is going to investigate some kind of arrangement with a local swimming pool.

We are leaning towards Bella Terra for my mom.

Visited. Was impressed with the place. Will visit the Alzheimer's unit next time. Price is right.

The facility was beautiful and amenties were great. Distance would be a small issue especially in bad weather. Reflections unit very small just seemed congested.

Visited Independent Living. Very nice apartment. Facility is also beautiful, clean. Walking trail outside with gardens. Residents allowed to set up their own garden. A lot more freedom. Own kitchen to cook in.

I liked Brandywine. It was warm and welcoming and director was so helpful. This is also a possibility.

Beautiflu clean. Designated Care Managers, Homehealth aid or CNA certified. 28 clients in Reminence Care unit. Doctor from Valley. Can do one month respite care. Have to put money down to save place.

Liked the size of the 1 BR unit, proximity to Lancaster Ave. for shopping hosp. etc, liked the feel of the place and the fact that they are able to provide medical and social activities. 30% Jewish, 30% Catholic 30% everything else. residents inclusive of independent (driving, doing all adl's, taking own meds), need assitance w/ meds and full nsg assistance can be done in own apt./unit without going to nursing home.

definitely in the running would like to bring my sister to see
