The staff is overwhelmingly kind and thoughtful. The facility is very well cared for, clean and orderly very inviting atmosphere.

Brandywine at Governors Crossing in Englishtown is a lovely place. Very clean and well kept up. The food however is hit or miss. My mother has had some good experiences and not so good experiences. She is the first to give praise but the last one to complain. As her daughter I hear it when I make my visit. The food needs to be hot when arriving at the table. Fish is rubbery at times, hush puppies are hard. No noodles with the lasagna. Not enough sauce with the pasta. Dessert is the highlight of lunch/dinner. Breakfast is her favorite. The physical therapy she is getting is amazing. Couldn't walk much when she arrived but is making extremely great progress. The staff is pleasant. She loves having her hair and nails done on site.

[name removed] was most helpful in showing me both IL and AL and discussing the possibility of respite with PT to see if my aunt could be considered for IL. The only thing I didn't like was how dark the decor was and that the halls were very narrow and dark.

This would be a very nice option for someone who wants an assisted living community close to lots of mom-and-pop stores and little restaurants.

My brother has lived in Legacy court ( memory care) for almost a year. He had lived on the independent side of Bella terra 6 months prior to moving to legacy. The staff in Legacy is wonderful: very caring and very friendly. The residents have their own rooms that are located in a rectangular/ circular design so they can always locate their way back to their room...from the living room, dining room or activity room. The dedicated activity director has many varied, personalized, creative activities that residents enjoy from word games, singing, baking, to making holiday decorations and participating in holiday festivities. I feel it's most importance that residents in legacy feel there is a personal concern for them ( when their family cannot be there) and this definitely occurs daily in activity time. There is an outside courtyard where gardening and other activities occur. There are occasional guest entertainers in Legacy. I do wish the Legacy residents could more frequently attend entertainment/activities that occur into Bella Terra with the independent & assisted people. My brother especially enjoys the Legacy weekly bus excursions. The nurses 24/7 are wonderful and certain doctors do come to visit. The Legacy manager is always personable and very reassuring. She is always determined to answer questions, concerns or complaints. Of course I've had occasional concerns, for example : lack of certain supplies in my brother's room, specific personal care concerns or room maintence but these concerns have always been addressed. In general, I am very satisfied with my brother's care in Legacy Court. This is a difficult, demanding job and they do it quite well.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my loved one to go. I think overall it was more money than what we wanted to spend, so we wound up not choosing it. From what I remember, the building wasn’t that nice looking. However, everybody we talked to was very nice. It seemed to be pretty clean from what I could tell. I think they provide the same types of activities a lot of other facilities do. I was able to take a look at the room and they were very small. I know someone who has their Mother living here and they seem to be pretty happy with it.

My sister is doing okay since moving there, in fact, she is doing so well she is going to move back to living on her own. in a couple of months. She likes the staff here and is getting good physical therapy. She is really enjoying the food.

The facility is well maintained. Staff is professional, compassionate and attentive. The location in the center of town is perfect while providing privacy and a country atmosphere.

This community was larger and more expensive than what we were looking for. The community looks nice and they do offer some nice activities. The people we met were nice.

i have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the quality of care she has been receiving. I like the open floor plan as well as many of the great amenities they have provided for the residents. Overall it has been a great place for my mom and I would recommend it to anyone interested,

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where kind and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the cleanliness of the property and thought they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my husband in the end decision but I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Nice community. Apartments very nice. Full kitchen. Common areas and amenities are nice. Indoor pool . Dining very nice. Looked like a restaurant! Beauty salon was active! Beautiful area for PT

We had a lovely tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and helpful. The community looked great, and very clean. The experience went very well overall.

My mother is being cared for well here in this community. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. All is well, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend overall.

Seems to be really a wonderful place for our Mom. Mom is busy all day ,and to us that means a lot ,because we hated her sitting alone in an apartment. The staff is friendly and they know my Mom by her name ,this makes us ,feel like it was the best for her. We see her whenever we want ,the staff is always on hand to help, can't say enough about how it has helped our family ,we see a difference in our Mother,she likes going home ,and that makes us happy. They dance play games ,she gets her hair and nails done ,I would say she is loving it .

I toured this community and fell completely in love. I was at the beginning stages of looking for my mother, who thinks she is not ready yet. The staff was so friendly and caring, atmosphere felt like I walking into a cozy,warming home and overall facility was out standing. I know I found my mothers next home!

The Bella Terra was nice, but the inside was a bit dark. The people who work there were all very nice and I don't want to say anything bad about them, but it was not as nice as the other facilities that I toured.

I really liked this place - the employees I met were really nice, the location of the place is spectacular - lots of trees and grass, local parks + walkable restaurants and starbucks.

Moving my mom here was the best decision we could have made. She had been living at another assisted living facility for 7 months that was unable, or unwilling, to meet her needs. The staff here, from the leadership team to the dining room staff, are all warm, caring, and kind. The initial orientation, the comprehensive nursing assessment, and the regular refinement of her care plan all demonstrate The Fountain's commitment to giving their residents the best possible quality of life. As a nurse, I can be a harsh critic, but I have nothing but praise, and appreciation, for all that they do.
