When I came here! I could barely do anything for myself. The aids helped me a great deal and going to exercise 6 days a week helped me become very independent.

High kudos to the staff. Very friendly and helpful. And yes I would recommend. They went through a Ex Director and chef change after about a month so there was a little bumpiness but all mostly has smoothed out. Overall all of us are happy with the choice.

Staff and residents are very warm and welcoming. I had an excellent ambassador who assisted me with familiarizing me with the facility, staff and activities provided. This was a great asset to help me in my transition from being a home owner To an individual and independent resident

My mom has been at Brandywine Living for the past year. The place and people are very nice and the apartments are spacious - much larger than any others I've seen. They have ample activities. The only complaint my mom has is the food being inconsistent in appeal.

My loved one is a resident at Spring Meadows. The move in process had some issues. My loved one's apartment was not ready when dad was to move in and still had some things incomplete on move in day. The staff is friendly. Seems to have had a bit of turnover issues in the last few months. Communication with the family is sporadic and inconsistent. The food has declined since the former chef (director) left. It's been a few months now. Rent went up at the beginning of the year rather than on anniversary. For the money, it is not worth being in a one bedroom apartment costing over $[removed] a month if the meals don't make up the difference. We have talked about him moving if the food does not improve.

My loved one enjoys it there. I'd recommend it to others.

It is the right place for my mom. Knowing that there are people there watching over her and she is receiving the assistance she needs is very comforting to me. I would recommend them to friends.

There has been a complete staff shake-up lately, with new faces in management and the kitchen. It's tough to judge the new crew since they're still getting settled. Most of the waitstaff keep changing, except for a few old-timers, so service in the dining room has been hit or miss. The food hasn't been great lately, but Mom says the new chef is trying to turn things around. Communication with the family has been a headache since Mom moved in. It took forever to get a regular housekeeper because of language barriers and staff not talking to each other. But now, she's happy with the cleaning. Maintenance, though, has been top-notch. Getting things sorted with doctors has been a nightmare. It took way too many calls to get a checkup scheduled in house. Since Mom moved from another state, finding a new doc has been a mess. The doctor's office staff is terrible at letting her know when appointments are. She's working on finding a doc outside of the facility. Despite the hiccups, the communication is not bad. Mom's got a cozy one-bedroom place at a good price. She's into stuff like knitting club, bingo, and painting events that they organize. She hasn't gone on any of the outings yet, but they're always planning something fun.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. They allow pets and outdoor smoking. I was told they were doing millions in upgrades but have not observed much activity. Cleanliness needs much attention and my mom doesn't like the food.

I picked Bella Terra for a few reasons. It was modern and up-to-date. The room that they were going to give my dad was brand new. It is 15 minutes from my home. And it was affordable because he currently is just in assisted-living without extra care.

What our family likes the most about The Fountains at RiverVue is the staff members. The staff team there are so friendly and are very dedicated to their work. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Spring Meadows is very friendly, for the most part. The housekeeping staff are accommodating and do a good job. The meals are of good quality. There really isn't much family communication. Move in on the day of was fine, but apartment was not ready when we initially expected. Any issues that were found were addressed before move in. I would recommend this facility to others. It is more affordable than some of the other local facilities.

Spring Meadows is clean and smells fresh. The staff is always helpful when asked between my mom and also when I call or stop by and ask in person. The move in process was a bit complicated because my mom moved from out of state, but they did a virtual tour for her after I went in for an in-person tour. They emailed and we signed her lease electronically to get the best deals before she physically moved in. However, that made their normal move in welcoming delayed for my mom of receiving a welcome packet and welcome sign with her name on her door. The food is always great and they accommodate to whatever dietary restrictions, or if not on menu, they usually can accommodate. Maintenance has been great and very quick and helpful. However, getting an appointment with the on-site Doctor has been very difficult and we are still waiting for someone to call her back through the facility.

We have not been here long, but love it so far. It has been a great place. The facility is clean. The people are very nice. Food is fantastic. Lots of activities. But most of all, Mom is happy!

The room is very clean and my mother-in-law's caregiver is wonderful. Her room is very nice. Overall, once we got settled in, it's been a very good experience. I would recommend it. The disappointing thing is that there were certain things promised like a grief therapy group. For example, that is not there. They need to have more outings. We thought that there would be more outings that my mother-in-law would enjoy. There are very few outings and sometimes she's the only resident that goes out. I feel like they could do better at encouraging residents to join in.

We really like how friendly the staff members are, and the community itself is being updated. We also felt that their prices were reasonable. We would absolutely recommend the Bella Terra community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. There is definitely a genuine concern for my mothers well being and I have no issues contacting them with any questions or concerns.

The main reason my father decided to move to Motif Southbury over others we visited was because he thought it felt and seemed more homey and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to others.

The people were very nice. But I didn't like the way it was set up and laid out. And the amenities weren't as nice as at other places we saw.

This was for memory care and I did not feel like my loved one was ready for this step at the time. She was still very independent.

This community was not as bright as other communities that I looked at. It seemed to be a little dark, the care was good that I was seeing it just did not give that feeling that I was looking for.
