We couldn't have been happier with Brandwine for the care they gave my father while he was there. The staff was so helpful not only for him ,but for the family. Within a weeks time, they knew us all by name. Even the chefs in the dining room came out personally to great us and talk about his likes and dislikes. We didn't see a staff member that wasn't cheerful and willing to help. If we had a question, it was answered within that day. The whole environment there was that of a 4 star hotel. Beautiful grounds and patios to sit and rock in the fresh air. Gorgeous interiors with a winding staircase and living room atmosphere. We know now that if we need a place for mom, that's the number one choice.

This has been a terrific place for my father who was tentative, scared and hesitant about assisted living. He really likes the place and now considers it home!! The other day he told my husband he was 'homesick' and he meant for Brandywine not Phoenix!! This is amazing to us. The staff are wonderful and really knew how to respond to him. He can be quite the handful!

Very nice but he needs a nursing home.

We are so happy we chose this place. The compassion and help we have received was wonderful. If any one needs an assisted living for their loved ones, please go to this one. Our loved one is only in this place one month and likes it. She says she is not lonely anymore and is taken care of. What more can we ask for. Thank you for your recommendation.

It was great. It was a little bit fancier and really updated. The furnishings were really upscale and all. It was really roomy because it was out in the country. I would say that if Pennington is within reach I would say it's a fabulous place. It's right near princeton.

I had been looking and researching communities for about a year and this one just felt like it was the right choice. When I first started looking I didn't know what to look for but after visiting multiple communities and looking into them I learned about what we needed and what was best for my loved one. Brandywine was the community I chose after all the searching because it just felt right.

I didn't know where I was going but I just got in my car and went and Brandywine was the last on my list, I think I put my deposit down that day, I can't ask for more. The staff is wonderful, they go out of their way and they really take pride in their activities. With football season coming up the acitivty director sets up tailgating parties for the Giants games, plus there's a full sized kitchen in the common area so if we want to come in and cook as a family we can. It looks like a beautiful hotel inside, they have exercising everyday and additional therapy besides that, it's just fantastic. It's a little pricey but the value is there and plus the room that was available is a huge value but they guaranteed us that she could stay there through medicaid involvement at no extra cost after 2 years of being respoinsible for financial support. Other old people that are living at their homes are considering it because of my moms experience.

Brandywine Senior Living is an excellent community. Everything was just perfect here. It was very nice and the staff was excellent. The only reason we did not stay at Brandywine is because of the cost. It is a very expensive community and we would highly recommend it to anyone that can afford to stay there. Overall it's just an excellent community.

The staff here is very responsive to any request you may have and there is always someone available if you need them. The community is very clean and well maintained. It is a very difficult decision to make and it take a lot of adjusting the staff has been very accommodating and has made the adjustment period a little easier. If you have an issue, bring it up to the staff and they are happy to work with you and see if it is a something they need to permanent change. We would recommend you ask lots of financial question and ensure you are understand of all charges so that you are not surprised when the bill arrives. Studios are about $5,000 and they recommend you bring as much from home and you want just to give it a home like feeling.

Very comfortable, clean environment. Feel my Mom would ease into this choice for her next home easily. Again concerned that monthly income is just over medicaid maximum and not enough to maintain her here forever.....when ran out of asset monies would have to find another home.

From the moment you walk in to Brandywine, you get a warm, homey feeling. It is a combination of the place and the people. Not only do all the staff greet you, and know all residents by name, but the residents come over to talk to you and welcome you to their home. There are a variety of apartments to meet the needs of both individuals and couples. The dining room is lovely and the food selection is varied and again offers something for everybody. They have a very nice selection on a menu that is always available, and then daily selections. My family member will be moving in this week, but we have been there multiple times in the planning, and the staff, particularly Susan Cohen, has been supportive, helpful, but not pushy - just the right amount of help and encouragement.

The place is very cheerful, clean and everyone is extremely pleasant and friendly. More importantly, the residents are happy living there. They have activities all the time and the staff do their best to involve the residents whenever possible. The location is much closer to my home which is important to me. The facility is so nice I could live there...you don't cook, clean, do laundry. It's a permanent vacation! I would heartily recommend Brandywine at Seaside Pointe.

Lunch/tour of bldng/apt.Homey/warm atmosphere.Congenial/professional staff,Residents friendly, comfortable, engaged in activities or relaxing. Bwine was cleanest facility visited.Decor very nice/up to date.Food was delicious.at last,a place for mom!

Liked the independent living apartments. We were really pleased with that.

Impressive place. Very clean. Executive Director knew all staff we saw and had a good word for all. She also knew all residents and engaged them. I would be happy to place her here.
