This facility is always clean, decorated nice for holidays and seasonal! Staff is always friendly and attentive to the residents their needs as well as their privacy. Overall great facility for an assisted living facility!

Friendly employee and staff who cares always ready to help. I came as a respite person and decided to make it permanent. People are very cordial and assistant. So glad I was "steered" in this direction.

Chapel Hill is a charming community. I visited last week on behalf of my grandmother. The community was very clean and tastefully decorated for the holidays. There was quite a bit to do according to the activity calendar. The residents and staff were friendly when I asked questions. I loved the balcony rooms as Mm grandmother loves being outside.

I recently had the pleasure of performing at the Esplanade of Woodmere for a Holiday celebration Sing a Long??-I truly was blown away by the care and compassion of the staff- the residents were brought in to a beautifully decorated room and there were many attentive HHAs watching over them and making sure they were able to see us and hear us clearly! There was actual joy on so many faces! We encouraged them to dance and wave and clap along and it was an amazing site to see.. The facility itself was meticulously clean and shiny and ready for the holidays. Most importantly, the residents enjoyed the festivities! I can't wait to sing there again- it really was a beautiful and heart warming experience!??

Having lived a life time in my own home, no place is like but Allen Harbor is the home to me know. I love the staff and other residents. I have a wonderful apartment and not having to cook my own meals is awesome!

It is great to live in a location where I am 10 to 15 minutes from everything. I can get in my car and go shopping down the Shelburne Rd or go to Williston or Downtown Burlington to see a play or take a cruise on Lake Champlain.

I moved to Harbor Village from out of state and I love Vermont! The staff here are amazing! They always listen are caring and compassionate. I ask for help they always do it with a smile. I love to sit and visit with them and tell them my story and learning about their lives as well.

We have such a wonderful experience at the villas. My grandmother lived in the community she loved it there. It was hard for her to leave her Family farm but once she adjusted which the staff did tell us would happen. The staff is wonderful! They are so helpful.

My mother's health has improved greatly since residing here. She gets up and goes to meals gets her hair done, visits with others, and is watched, helped, and well cared for.

My Husband and I have lived here for 7 months and we a very pleased with the services available and the care that we receive. All of the staff is very kind and helpful. Anything we ask is always answered promptly.

I have a friend who lives a Chapel Hill and I visit often. I attended Chapel Hill’s car show a few months ago, the community is lovely and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoy attending their events.

Visited the community for my family member and I was greeted by the entire team, staff and a warm welcome with my family name on the welcome board. The community was warm, engaging and truly a vibrant atmosphere. The community is not new, yet it is enough for the family to choose to make it home. We picked the Country House because of it hit all the things we needed, but above all, the simple and most rewarding experience of all the small things and personalized.

I love that we have many monthly entertainers that come to play music live. I also emjoy the sing a longs with other residents. I have always loved to sing and listen to music and this makes me happy to be able to have this in life today.

I love that we have a great group of ladies and staff that gather around the table to puzzle and talk about life. One of my favorite activities is that I get to Listen the Life Inspired Coorinator read short stories, as a well read women who can not see well any more it is a pleasure to have her read to me in person and not listen to a CD or recording device.

I love that this a community that embrace the men that live here and encourage us to get together. In the summer we sit out on the porch or the side walk and enjoy the sun and reminisce about our lives or just tell some jokes to the staff as they are checking on us!

I love to be outside and I have a patio that I can go outside and sit and enjoy the weather. I am also love to walk and the grounds are amazing. I can walk from Allen Rd to Harborview Rd and Bay Crest Rd with out even going on to the road way.

I love living at Harbor Village and had amazing friends and great staff to spend time with. The apartments are spaciuos and I reall enjoy all that the Life inspired crew has to offer. There is a great sense of community and the other residents are warm and welcoming!

Our father was a resident here for nearly 4 years. We feel the community is very well managed. The staff is exceptional, kind, caring and very trust worthy from the nursing and direct care givers, med techs, administration, dining services ( delicious food), house keeping, maintenance, and activities director. The community includes family and friends to events which are outstanding and fun! They treat residents as a whole and with utmost respect. Dad was very happy and comfortable here. We are so happy that we chose Cypress senior living assisted living. I honestly can not complain about anything because if there were any complaints they were addressed in a timely manner and rectified. Thank you Cypress family!

When we decided to put my father in a memory care facility it was a stressful and emotional process to say the least. The staff at Esplanade of Woodmere did an incredible job of making the process of moving my father in as seemless as possible. They are caring, attentive, and communicative. It took a while but my father has become completely acclimated to his new home at Esplanade. I would highly recommended Esplanade to anyone whose parents need memory care services.
