Atrium is great and my mom really likes it. They have so many activities to choose from and the staff is very friendly. Whenever I bring someone to visit my mom they are always so impressed by how nice the building and inside is so bright and welcoming!

When it comes to the activities, my parent's really don't participate much in them. It is very costly and un- affordable for most seniors unfortunately. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff was friendly and helpful with the move in process. Mom received a very warm welcome the minute she walked in the front door, which helped her to feel comfortable in her new surroundings from the get go. The entire staff has been very accommodating and pleasant. Everyone smiles.

Mom, has had a sort of hand transition but she is now fairly settled and content. The staff, I believe, have bent over backwards to help her adjust! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I walked in her room this morning and a therapist was helping mom figure out her new caption call phone. The staff has also need helpful and patient with a nervous daughter.

In 2022 I found I couldn't stay alone. Villas of Holly Brook accepted me for my home. Employees and staff made me welcome and helpful me anytime that I needed help. And still do.

I enjoy living here. Staff is great. I'm walk taken care off.

The kids absolutely loved it. This was our second year. And [name removed] said she can’t wait till next year to see her witch friend. A resident she wanted pictures with. Staff and residents were so happy!! I love seeing the smiles on Everyone’s faces especially the Trick or Treaters!

I moved my mom from out of state to be closer to me a few months ago. I toured all the ALFs in the area. VHBH stood out as the staff were all professional and there’s an RN on staff. After a few weeks of adjusting, mom is now very content and likes her apartment and routine. She’s actually thriving for the first time in years. The residents and staff all welcomed mom and gave me encouragement that she would adjust. I enjoy visiting mom there, it’s got an upbeat vibe. The facility is kept very clean and it’s easy enough for mom to get around in her wheelchair. The staff all seem to enjoy their jobs and working together as a team. They are professional, friendly and truly kind. I rest easier with mom at VHBH. Kudos to management and all the staff.

Holly Brook of Herrin is a wonderful place for those needing assistance in their living arrangements. The staff-they feel like the best kind of family. They are kindhearted, caring, fun and loving. So compassionate. They take personal care of each person and work to keep them safe, well fed and comfortable. Holly Brook is beautiful, so clean and well maintained inside and outside. It is full of cheerfulness and life and color. The activities are awesome and plentiful. They reach out to each person, and know and treat them like individuals. You can tell that each person working there has a real heart for their job and truly care and work constantly to make it a beautiful, clean, well maintained, well organized, safe, fun and joyful place to live.

Very nice place.. Welcomed with a smile by everyone. Residents look very happy alot of activities for you to do.

Talk about going all out!! The whole place looked creepy, yet full of life! Residents were decked out in Halloween apparel and costumes too. Candy being passed out and smiles were everywhere! Couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for the staff and caretakers at Hollybrook. Happy Halloween!!

Recently my brother and I moved our other brothers into memory care. The staff has made him so happy and settle in so quickly. We love seeing him light up when he sees his favorite aides.

The Glenwood has provided exceptional care for my mother. Who has lived there for the past year. The staff are all caring and respectful of the residents. They put a effort into providing daily varied and interesting activities. There is a hair salon onsite medical providers come on making care of parents easier. My mother love living here.

The absolute best facility in our area! Very clean, kind staff, and good food! The sister lived here for 3 years and we had the best possible key experience. Would recommend to everyone for their loved one

We are new to the facility and really like it here, the staff is so nice and friendly they all have really helped us alot, need more activities in the building but enjoy bingo. Also the food is really good and we get always more than we can eat. I really like it hear.

I have lived here before and been here 2 months this time and love it hear everyone here is so nice and respectful. Staff is wonderful and will help me if I need them we could use more activities in the building but over all I love it here

I have lived here a while, I enjoy sitting on my patio and talking to friends , I think the staff here are very nice and respectful I'm east to get along with and I also enjoy some the the activities here. It's a good place

I have lived her 7 months and really like the staff and others here in the building. I stay to myself but like some activities and enjoy quiet time. I enjoy talking to fellow residents and meal time is great

I have lived 5 years I like doing activities and would like to add more actives to the calender I enjoy the peers here and get along with everyone. The staff here is very nice and get to me in a timely manner. I would recommend the glenwood to others
