The overall experience has been very good and the community is very clean. The staff very friendly and attentive. I'm in independent living. However we're having a COVID epidemic. Staff set testing station and have those positive isolated. Dining hall closed . All residents are served in their rooms. Breakfast and light meal in evening. Give staff a 5 for organizing the COVID response. Excellent meals with a variety on the menu new menu every week.

Canterfield of Fort Meyers is a wonderful place that I would recommend to everyone! We loved this place! Staff were very good with communicating with family members, exceptional care, caring staff, lots of events/activities.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. I love the friendliness from the staff, they share stories of my mom to when I come to visit. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They absolutely deserve all 5s. Everything from the cleanliness, to the friendliness of the staff, quality of care, the meals and activities has been such a great experience. We would recommend Canterfield of Franklin to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Super staff. They're all so kind and are supportive of all Canterfield residents. Mom loves all the planned activities and she stays busy! I've enjoyed dining with mom there on several occasions and the food is remarkably very good. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with my experience at Canterfield of Fort Myers. My grandfather moved in about 3 months ago and I don’t have anything negative to say. All of the staff is very attentive, they know each residents name and personality traits. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My grandfather is a resident in memory care, I am so pleased knowing he is safe and in good hands. They have lots of activities for the residents to enjoy and the food looks very enjoyable. My grandfather has had a positive weight gain since moving in. The staff address any and all concerns I have in very timely manner.

Canterfield of Fort Myers is an institution that provides care and support for elderly individuals and support for individuals who suffer from memory care. Canterfield has a warm and friendly staff who is always attentive to the needs of your loved ones. My first experience was when Ian came to Florida and my brother lost his home. I had no idea how to find him an Assisted Living Home where he could call his new home. I made many phone calls from New York and a lovely lady from Canterfield helped me through the process. My brother spent the next year and a half in this wonderful environment until he passed away on March 6. He was 90 years old and I thank the staff at Canterfield for making his years there so happy.

When dad’s illness had him unable to care for mom in her dementia, [names removed] and all the caring staff at Canterfield provided the respite he needs so he can take care of himself. His situation changed quickly, and Jessica was able to accommodate us, always saying ‘don’t worry, we can help’. Canterfield’s caring team has provided peace of mind for her family so we can help dad through his illness. The staff are attentive, plan fun activities, and encourage the residents. Everyone is treated with love and respect.

My brother is a new resident at Canterfield of fort myers. It has been a wonderful and pleasant experience. Anything that needed taking care of was done immediately. All the staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had him in another facility for a short time and it was a very unpleasant experience. I couldn't be more pleased with everything here.

The friendliest staff. Personnel care for residents. It surprised me how they always knew who I was and could tell me about my sister any time I walked in.

The experience has been positive. Staff are caring and patient. Caring leadership. There is staff turnover and much training is always in process. Facility is clean. Medical attention has been perfect. Activities have increased over the past few months which is appreciated by the residents. Meals could be augmented with more fresh vegetables and fruits. Good value as well.

Mom loves it there. I guess for me the aspects I like the most are the caring, friendly, smiling, wonderful staff that I can't afield. It was a good choice and a very good fit for Mom. I think that they were a very good fit for mom's budget and since she's been at the facility I find them to be an outstanding staff.

I'm not a joiner so haven't availed myself of the many activities, but with the ones I have the people have been very friendly. There are activities for everyone here. The Activities Director is outstanding. I chose Canterfield because I had a friend in the industry who told me that the family who owns these places goes for the absolute best. I can tell by the quality and design of my bathrooms and the architecture of my apartment. They also offered some rent reduction for the first year.

[name removed] passed away on [date removed] and everyone at Canterfield cried along with me. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

All 5+. Everything about Canterfield of Kennesaw community is A+. Friendly, caring staff. Clean grounds. Clean lobby area and everywhere in facility, actually. Lots of activities. Great food. I can't say enough good things.

We moved my mom in October 2022 and have been so pleased with everything at Canterfield of Kennesaw. The food is delicious. The activities are varied, fun, and always offering opportunities to go/do/engage. The care team is fantastic - always helping us learn, and keeping us updated regularly. The network of medical teams that come to Canterfield and the close proximity to other medical offices and hospitals is great. As I've come to learn, the value for the money is also outstanding. Above all else, I take great comfort knowing my mom is safe, happy, engaged, and enjoying her assisted living community.

Canterfield is a happy place with plenty of activities for the residents. The front-line employees do their best to provide the best service and are genuinely interested in the residents' well being. My wife has been a resident at Canterfield of Kennesaw for five months and is doing very well.
