The process has been fantastic and staff are exceptional. I love it here so far.

Everything is wonderful. Staff and residents are all very friendly.

Covid Virus has resulted in caregivers and staff being overworked. They are still upbeat and trying to be encouraging; but I can see some of them are tired occasionally, someone work double shift. There is no marked reduction in services provided. Covid has required some added services. Considering the circumstances, I rate the community as great.

Very fine retirement home. The administration and staff produce happiness where - they have all been consistently considerate, accomodating, and very pleasant. Getting an atmosphere for us as residents that is much appreciated!

My wife was there for 2 years during which time the staff treated her with respect and love. She received excellent care while in the facility.

My mother has been in memory care here for six months. She's very content here. Her previous residence she was always agitated. Plus they've kept the residents safe through the COVID19.

We had been searching for an assisted living community for months and my Mom wasn’t happy with anything we showed her, then we walked into Savanna House and everything changed. While she was still reluctant to move out of her home she really liked the look and feel of Savanna House and moved in less than two weeks later. The staff has been very good to Mom; they were responsive to her needs and always went the extra mile to help her feel welcome and adjust in her new place. There were lots of great activities, she really liked the food, and Savanna House quickly became her home and the staff part of our family! A few months ago, during the pandemic, I received a call from [name removed], the Executive Director. Mom’s memory was fading and we discussed moving her to the memory unit. [name removed] was so caring and kind as she helped me through this decision. Since the facility was on lockdown the staff, not me, had to move Mom to her new apartment. I can’t say enough good things about the great care she continues to receive. Since I can’t be there with her I’m extremely grateful for the memory unit staff who care for her as if she was their Mom. I recommend Savanna House to everyone whose looking. Savanna House is not just a place to live, it’s a home and more family for my Mom!

My father [name removed] lives in Memory Care at Savanna House. He is so happy there. He tells me everyone is like family to him. The Savanna House Team has been wonderful. He eats well, and since he has been there, his sense of humor came back. The community is always very clean and organized. I love the enclosed outdoor courtyard. [name removed], the Executive Director has been great with communicating with families. I can't thank Savanna House enough for all they do for my dad. He gets great care, creative, fun activities and lots of love from everyone.

About a year ago, I needed to find another assisted living community for my Mom and I am grateful every day that I found Savanna House in Gilbert Arizona! My Mom has lived in both Assisted Living and is now in Memory Care at Savanna House. This community is so special and unique. It doesn’t feel like a large facility; it feels like my Mom lives in a neighborhood full of loving and caring people. They are truly angels on Earth. My Mom has special dietary needs that are very strict, and Savanna House has always accommodated her needs and the food is delicious as I have eaten there with Mom many times. The Activities Director, [name removed], does an amazing job at keeping the residents engaged and happy with many, many activities and outings which are so important to my Mom. [name removed], the Health Services Director, takes very special care with my Mom and her needs with dementia and chronic pain. Her staff of medical technicians are so loving and highly capable of attending to anything that arises and her daily needs. I am deeply grateful for how they take special care of my Mom. [name removed], the Executive Director, communicates with the friends and family of the residents on a frequent and consistent basis and is one of the nicest people I’ve met. It’s a big effort to run a large community like Savanna House and she does it with grace in my opinion. All the rest of the staff has this wonderful way of paying close attention to each resident and making them feel very loved and special, including me as my Mom’s caregiver! Moving a loved one to memory care is emotionally draining and a new process for me so I wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude to all the people at Savanna House from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could name all of them by name, but the review would get very long.

To my knowledge, all works well with my mom. They call me regularly about any need or happenings.

Entire staff a great job in spite of the virus restrictions.

My parents have lived here for 8 months now. We are very happy with this place. There are several other couples as well. The staff are wonderful. My mom has said numerous times how nice and helpful all of the employees are, in all positions. The facility has done an excellent job keeping the residents safe during COVID. . We feel very comfortable with the steps they have taken. My parents have the two bedroom apartment. Large, spacious, light. Great layout. All in all, good choice.

I am absolutely blown away by the phenomenal level of care and concern my parents have both received at Chancellor Gardens. It has been such a difficult time managing both parents diagnosis of Alzheimer’s this past nearly three years. Being sandwiched between caregiving and raising my own kids would have been extremely overwhelming had it not been for the staff at Chancellor Gardens. They diligently care for my parents and I can check on their welfare regularly while balancing the care of my children. Trust is a difficult thing to gain when a vulnerable population is involved, especially my dear parents. I truly trust [names removed] and all of those dedicated CNA’s who daily care for my Dad and Mom. I also love the front desk staff. They have become good friends, each of them.

CG has gone above and beyond for my Mom. They've done a good job of helping her understand what's going on with Corona and have done an excellent job helping her keep her spirit up. She loves her family and is a real "hugger", not being able to hold and love on her new great great grandbabies, has really been hard on her, but she loves seeing them through the window. We're looking forward to getting our hands on her again. It's too bad everyone isn't willing to wear a mask and social distance, for just one month, and we'd probably have this thing licked. We need our Mom and Grandma back again. In conclusion, Chancellor Gardens staff have done an amazing job of keeping the "plague" out of the facility. There have been some unique challenges with Mom and they have gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected, to take care of them all. Thanks to all who care for and love my Mom.

I toured for my parents and was completely impressed. As soon as I walked in the door I could feel the difference. Staff was amazing and super friendly. the building is in great condition and would be proud to move my parents in. I didn't get to move my parents in as they passed away but I would highly recommend. Ask for [name removed] as she took great care of me.

I've been very happy here for several years. I've also really appreciated the efforts (after COVID struck) that the staff made to continue having this be an active community in a safe way. Staff has always been helpful and continue in spite of extra challenges.

The team members call often with updates if there are any changed with my loved one. Quarterly reviews, and during the pandemic set up "Facetime" calling. Core at relief to family to see and talk with our family member.

I think the whole staff here has done a tremendous job of keeping us safe during this difficult time.

A place to call home. I truly love living at The Commons, since our first tour, when I experienced a sense of comfort and warmth from the staff and residents, it felt like home! We have been here almost 3 years and love how staff are so attentive and residents are so friendly and of course, because of the virus, we understand that restrictions must be put in place for our safety and well being. I just want to say thank you for all you do for us. We appreciate it!
