It was the most friendly and caring place to live. I was traveling for two months when I got back all the staff greeted me by name. So friendly and helpful. The facility and landscape are so well kept. Food is great too. It's a wonderful place to start my new way of life. (I lost my husband last Dec. and just sold my house which I lived in for 54 years)

1. Care/concern for the safety and health of residents, especially during the Coronavirus. 2. Up to date facility. Attractive: homelike, artwork/flowers, grounds. 3. Trained staff. High expectations. 4. Meals various, well prepared, and healthy! 5. Medical protocols expected with emphasis on medication management. 6. I would recommend to others.

I am so impressed with Creekside! My mother moved in to her Creekside apartment in the summer of 2020. Even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have taken the utmost of care and precaution to make her move-in seamless. I've had people ask me since whether I was worried that mom moved during these uncertain times. My answer is "Absolutely not!" and I feel actually better because I know she is not trying to navigate all of this alone. She has an abundance of above & beyond assistance at Creekside including safe screening policies, meal delivery if she likes, transportation options and much more. As I live out of state, I would have been very worried if she was still living on her own -- and she feels the same. The Creekside apartments are beautifully appointed and the help they give residents to move in and get oriented is top-notch. My mom had moved out of her home of 50+ years (so it was a big change!) and she continually tells me how happy she is at Creekside, how she loves the staff and all they have to offer her so she can actually relax and enjoy each day. She also has thoroughly enjoyed (safely) interacting with other residents which is a plus as seniors are currently having to isolate at every turn. This peace of mind, and again knowing the extensive safety measure they are taking to protect their residents, is why I highly recommend Creekside.

Our uncle resided at your facility for many years and was extremely happy there. He was very comfortable in his apartment and enjoyed playing cards with the other residents. When we visited him all the staff was welcoming, helpful and catered to our needs. We especially loved the daily health checks by phone from the staff for him. Would highly recommend your facility. I find this to be a good community staff is caring and friendly. They have handled the care and restrictions well. I am happy here. I feel I am listened to.

What a beautiful community. Five stars. The residents seem to love their homes and the community with many amenities to enjoy. The staff and leadership are amazing and professional. [Names removed] are always looking in making the quality of their senior life number 1.

I have lived here for nearly 6 months. Everyone is so kind. The coronavirus was here and they made sure we were safe. They always bend over backwards to make sure we are happy even during this virus situation. I feel safe here and they take good care of my husband.

Facility uses common sense to approach to managing risk, staff is very attentive to pt needs, managing patient safety and heathy, and overall well being. I refer my patients here who are in need of an assisted living facility.

Covid Virus has resulted in caregivers and staff being overworked. They are still upbeat and trying to be encouraging; but I can see some of them are tired occasionally, someone work double shift. There is no marked reduction in services provided. Covid has required some added services. Considering the circumstances, I rate the community as great.

Very fine retirement home. The administration and staff produce happiness where - they have all been consistently considerate, accomodating, and very pleasant. Getting an atmosphere for us as residents that is much appreciated!

My wife was there for 2 years during which time the staff treated her with respect and love. She received excellent care while in the facility.

Dad was at a nursing home for 3 1/2 years. Moved him to HDR in May 2020. Even though I’m not seeing him do to COVID-19, he is so much happier here. As am I!!!! Very responsive and professional!!!!

My mother has been in memory care here for six months. She's very content here. Her previous residence she was always agitated. Plus they've kept the residents safe through the COVID19.

We had been searching for an assisted living community for months and my Mom wasn’t happy with anything we showed her, then we walked into Savanna House and everything changed. While she was still reluctant to move out of her home she really liked the look and feel of Savanna House and moved in less than two weeks later. The staff has been very good to Mom; they were responsive to her needs and always went the extra mile to help her feel welcome and adjust in her new place. There were lots of great activities, she really liked the food, and Savanna House quickly became her home and the staff part of our family! A few months ago, during the pandemic, I received a call from [name removed], the Executive Director. Mom’s memory was fading and we discussed moving her to the memory unit. [name removed] was so caring and kind as she helped me through this decision. Since the facility was on lockdown the staff, not me, had to move Mom to her new apartment. I can’t say enough good things about the great care she continues to receive. Since I can’t be there with her I’m extremely grateful for the memory unit staff who care for her as if she was their Mom. I recommend Savanna House to everyone whose looking. Savanna House is not just a place to live, it’s a home and more family for my Mom!

My father [name removed] lives in Memory Care at Savanna House. He is so happy there. He tells me everyone is like family to him. The Savanna House Team has been wonderful. He eats well, and since he has been there, his sense of humor came back. The community is always very clean and organized. I love the enclosed outdoor courtyard. [name removed], the Executive Director has been great with communicating with families. I can't thank Savanna House enough for all they do for my dad. He gets great care, creative, fun activities and lots of love from everyone.
