Had I known that my mother would have loved it so much, we would have moved her here a few years earlier! Our family struggled for a long time about whether or not to put her in assisted living, but it was the right choice. Like I said, I would have done it sooner actually had I known how great Highland Glen is. the staff is awesome and its management really cares. john takes time to talk with the residents and staff a lot. The nurses are great too and we just can't say enough good stuff. Thank you HG!

WOW. WOW. WOW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My father-in-law stayed here for 5 months before he passed away and it was just amazing. He felt so comfortable there, and so did we. He was always excited about the activities. He said the nurses and staff were kind, caring, fun to talk to, and always there to help him. He said they treated him like a friend and he appreciated that a lot. The facility was clean, well-managed, and had a great atmosphere. It felt different - way better - than some of the other facilities we toured prior to coming to Highland Glen. I could tell this staff cared a lot about each other and their residents, and that's a compliment to management. The pricing was very reasonable and the food is excellent. I can't recommend Highland Glen enough. You won't be disappointed.

We moved my Mom here in July 2019 before the pandemic and it has been the best place for our Mom. The staff are amazing and the community is wonderful. I can't say enough good thing about McDowell Village. You will love it.

My husband and I love living here. Everyone is so caring, loving and kind. During this pandemic it has been hard to stay in our rooms; they have tried very hard to help us by allowing movies to be shown 6 nights a week. The bus rides have helped a whole bunch. Helps us feel less isolated.

I'm very comfortable. I enjoy the facility. I enjoy the scenic drives and activities. The food is very good. I'm happy here.

I give the Charleston 5 stars. Everything I need is taken care of. They are keeping us all healthy.

I think this is a real good place to live. I appreciate all the help I get here. I like the way they take care of us during this pandemic lock down. I will be glad when all the activities are completely open. This is home for me.

I love it. I think it's a good place to be. It's not fussy and I feel comfortable here. I think it's wonderful. I really like how they do the music here. I like the church group and music. I think it's very nice. I like the activities and special events.

The food is really good. I feel safe here, I love the friendships. One of my best friends lives here and I have known her forever and ever- almost! Never had any problems with the staff; they are good.

I think it's been great. I was quite excited to come. When I came it was better than I thought it would be. I love ti here and have great friends. The food is delicious. I feel blessed. It's been great and wonderful here. I love the residents and my friends. They lift me up if I have had a bad day- I really enjoy that part. I'm impressed with how Wayne interacts with all the residents.

Estancia is a beautiful community with a lot to offer its residents. It is very clean with an open atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly!

Tuscany has been my home for 5 years. I like the atmosphere at Tuscany. The size is a big plus for me, small enough that you can easily know everyone. The food is good. The chef checks in on us often. There are plenty of activities including good exercise classes. Our staff is great. The residents care about one another; we're a close community.

I moved into a Villa at Tuscany last January. Housekeeping and maintenance made the move a breeze. Everyone was welcoming and friendly so I did not feel alone. Dogs are welcome and mine are happy here. Dining staff is warm, friendly, and accomodating. Food has been delicious and there are lots of choices. Then came Covid: the management and staff went above and beyond to keep everyone healthy, happy, and safe during this pandemic. I personally felt safe and cared for. There are enough activities to keep my busy 7 days a week. I moved to Arizona having no family here, but I have come home.

Although my husband and I have lived in our villa less than a year, we knew Tuscany was where we would choose to live when it was time to downsize. We've visited Tuscany periodically over the past 10+ years as part of an entertainment group that performs in a variety of senior communities in the Valley so we've experienced firsthand the atmosphere and met numerous residents from a number of communities. All things considered, there was no question Tuscany would be our forever home.

Being a small, charming boutique community, with all the amenities, Tuscany is a wonderful place to call home. I can't say enough about the friendliness of all staff members and all they do for residents, but for some reason, there is high turnover. Gourmet meals are served and are a little over the top for me and would like more simple food. There is plenty of activity and entertainment choices to keep everyone busy and happy.

When I moved to AZ three years ago, I came to Tuscany Independent Living. I have been very happy with my decision. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents too are very welcoming. I have made many new friends and live close to family. There are many daily activities, exercise classes, book club, happy hours, discussion groups, all of which have made my choice an excellent one!

We have toured the community and were very impressed with their staff and the friendliness of the individuals who work there. We have been able to participate in the pen pal program and my four-year old loves writing his friend there. It’s been a fun way to keep us engaged during the pandemic.

I was very glad as was my family but I chose Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland, Colorado for my husband. The staff was excellent. The director and nurse always helped me when I had questions and I had a lot. They were helpful with his process. He did settle in and when he no longer asked to go home with me I knew he liked Seven Lakes. The place was always clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed the fish tank and pictures together. He liked the food also.
