The staff are outgoing, quick to respond , very caring and concerned about the residents. Mom enjoys some of the activities they offer. The food sounds good and mom seems to like it. She has a nice room and they keep the community clean. I am comfortable with the level of care she is receiving and I would recommend this community.

My aunt loves it here at this community. She is doing very well, and I'am satisfied with her move here. The staff is wonderful. They are very attentive, and helpful. Everybody is very kind. The meals are nice, and they offer nice activities for the residents. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

This is an older, but lovely community. My parents are doing great since their move here. I know they are in a good safe place. I like the staff, they have been professional and kind. A positive aspect of this community is the staff has been here just as long as the community. Currently they are doing a lot of renovating, and updating around the community. There plenty of activities of the residents. They are very pleased with the meals, the food is excellent. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

This is a nice community with a little flexability. They did have differnt levels of care that were not needed. We liked the staff who are always nice and caring. The room are nice and comfortable .They offer a work out room that is available. We are happy with the menu that is offered. This community has alot of offer. We would recommend other families to see the care that is offered here.

My mother is doing great here at this community. I know she is safe and being cared for very well. This is a good community, they do a good job keeping the community nice and clean. They have a great staff here, they are very helpful and attentive. They are providing her with good care, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

St. Anthony Home is a clean facility. The staff members take good care of my loved one there. They communicate with us if there is ever any type of issue going on. It has just been a really great experience.

St. Anthony Home has such helpful staff. They are wonderful, caring, and loving. I would just say they need to keep doing what they're doing at this facility. I have nothing to say that they could improve on here.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I was very impressed by what we saw here, I'd say it was my favorite place that we saw. It was a nice looking, well kept community, and all of the staff we spoke to seemed friendly and professional. In the end we left the decision up to our loved one, and she opted to go with an area she was more familiar with.

My mother in law moved into Fairfield Pavillion 2 months ago. She/we couldn't be happier with the friendly, helpful, and skilled staff. The facility and her apartment are beautiful and clean, with delicious food in the dining room. She has medical help when needed, and they have helped us through this process. There are many activities and even church services. We highly recommend Fairfield Pavillion.

Director and majority of staff have been there 10-20 years. Wide hallways bright. Varied levels of support will knock on door, deliver meds ($1.00 charge for tray delivery if she doesn't go to dining room), walk with her to meals. Personal laundry can be done on site only need detergent. 3 doctors 1 in twice per week and everyother Saturday other 2 in once per week. Beauty parlor, US bank, menu filled out 2 days ahead.

The sizes of the rooms for the residents were very good compared to other facilities. The price was very good compared to other places. Access to therapy was good. The food was good. I layout of the community was good. Overall it was definitely a positive experience.

Well my review is a long time coming but I can not say enough about the wonderful care my mother received here she passed [date removed] but she did love it here it is clean they took good care of her thank you very much perrysburg commons

ELMCROFT IS A VERY NICE PLACE FOR MY MOM.IT`S CLEAN,STAFF FREINDLY ANY ANY QUESTIONS ASKED A ANSWR IS PROMPTLY GIVEN.

We were in an urgent situation, my being out of state, my brother heading out of town. Dad was admitted to the hospital and Mom could not stay alone. Elmcroft came to the rescue, literally, to provide respite care while Dad was in the hospital and at the very least until I arrived 2 days later. They helped me get the information from the primary care doctor's office, medications, etc. and picked her up and took her to Elmcroft. It was an amazing experience in a stressful time. The Director, driver and staff were top quality in their caring and service. Her care for medications, meals and room were all it should be. These are special people that provide these services. Mom can be a pistol at times, and they handled it all with kindness and grace. I would definately use them in the future.

My search began with online with 'A place for Mom' in October 2013. They were very helpful in giving me a list of facilities near my desired location and budget. They set up a tour at Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills with my family and Mom. The staff there is very friendly. They explained the facility, rooms, features, and activities. We ate lunch to try the food. It was very tasty and good portions. After careful thought we selected Elmcroft to be Moms new residence. She has been there about 3 weeks now and is adjusting well with no complaints.
