We chose The Legacy of St. Anthony because the value for what you get, the location, and she had a couple of friends who were already here. The room sizes here are very comfortable. She seems to like the food. I think it is a pretty nice facility, we looked at quite a few. They offer all the way to hospice, so you do not have to move your loved one even if they need more care. Overall, I would recommend.

I can't thank the nursing staff enough for keeping my mother in the best care possible. When talking with my mother she always says how nice and caring the attendants are with her. I myself am pleased with the contact I have had through phone conversations with nursing as well. Hats off to The Legacy nursing team for all you do! I can't thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to all those under your roof.

I love being able to eat in the Ida Marie dining room. It's a bit different with the social distancing but, the Ida staff makes sure to make each dining experience a good one while still getting the job done. The food is great and love the summertime BBQ's.

As a resident at The Legacy I'm pleased to say I couldn't ask for a better community to live in. During these difficult times, we have still been able to enjoy things while following the safety procedures put in place. It's been great getting to socially distance dine, have music played during meals by some of our favorite entertainers. Along with getting to see family and friends for socially distanced patio visits.

I would like to start by thanking all the staff and residents for making my mother feel at home. I know during this time things are very tough for all but, The Legacy is showing they excel even in tough times. It's great to see them taking all the safety precautions and measures seriously while still allowing the residents to enjoy activities that socially distance along with beginning to allow for visits with family while masked and socially distanced.

Would like to start by saying huge thanks to all for keeping us well during these tough times. All of the staff has been exceptional can tell that you are all giving your all every day to keep the smiles on everyone's face from residents to staff. So happy to be part of this community where one always feels at home.

My parents were both residents at The Legacy. As the advocate for my parents, we would like to thank each and every one of the staff at The Legacy for always going above and beyond for my parents and treating us like family as well. We can't thank you all enough for the compassionate and loving care that is provided by each of your staff members as soon as you walk through the door.

The Legacy has been so accomodating during these difficult times for all. They have been going above and beyond with keeping all loved ones safe while still following policies, but allowing us to safely enjoy patio visits with our loved ones. It's so great to see my loved one smile and get to talk with them face to face while keeping social distance. Thanks again to all at The Legacy for all you do.

Would like to start by saying even during these difficult times for all The Legacy has done everything in their power to keep us safe but, still have a chance to enjoy some events. I had such a great time when The Legacy had the therapy lovable llamas come to visit. It couldn't have been a better day beautiful weather while keeping a distance but enjoying the llamas.

If you do your research, you will find that Elk Ridge has everything your loved one could ever need and more. The staff are interactive and the residents can freely move around, are engaged, and are not confined. I can't say enough about Elk Ridge that I am going to volunteer there, that's how much I love this place. I call it a pearl of places because they allow residents to live out their lives with dignity and respect. When you go there, you get everything your family member could ever need. Even though my sister passed away, the staff still check in on me to see how I am doing. They are awesome!

It has been a whirlwind, shortly after moving my mom into Elk Ridge they discontinued visitors due to Covid -19. Was glad to find Elk Ridge. My mom seems to like the food. I speak to my mom every day and she really enjoys the painting, bingo and hand massages. It has been hard for her with no family contact but she seems happy. Overall it has been a very positive experience with Elk Ridge.

The Legacy of St. Anthony is a lovely village with independent and assisted living apartments. The staff I met seem very caring, supportive and competent. The studio and 1 bedroom apartments that I saw were modern, well proportioned with nice living space. It was clean and bright with many windows, had many safety considerations for the resident/s and is in a very nice residential area of the city. There are many nice services available for residents. I don't know if my friend will chose to move here but I do recommend to others that they take a look at The Legacy in your search. It is a very nice place and the price is comparable.

Many events taking place at The Legacy. The staff is so involved with all events and making you feel right at home. Just recently had the great experience of getting the chance to hug a kangaroo at The Legacy.

I really enjoy being a part of this nice community. I have so much fun at the events they put together. It's nice to have the whole building come together to celebrate and have a good time.

I play at many assisted living facilities and The Legacy is one of my favorites - always well prepared and enthusiastic and the residents are encouraged to attend - and I make sure they enjoy themselves.

Everyone has been very helpful during a very difficult time.

The Legacy of St Anthony makes me feel tight at home and everyone feels like family. The environment is happy and friendly. I appreciate that everyone checks on me regularly to make sure I make it to meals or get me anything needed.

Trails is a fantastic place. Both of my parents are there and I couldn't be happier. The food is terrific and they offer many activities. Healthcare is wonderful at Trails. They are on top of things and make sure their residents are well taken care of. VERY happy with Trails of Orono,

My mother has been a resident at The Legacy for over 4 years. We love the entire staff, from the nurses and care attendants to the kitchen staff and activities people. They know my mom on a personal level and I feel confident in her care. The facility is beautiful and we especially enjoy the patio in the summer.
