Modern faculty with excellent sized rooms. Seems like staff to resident ratio could be higher. Communication with staff ok and some delay on their response to emails, ehich is less than 2 days on time sensitive questions and I've only had few requests for information.

What our family likes the most about the Urbana Place Senior Living community is all the new amenities they have to offer. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others

I would recommend kettle Park… Beautiful place. Just have to keep on top of patients care. We feel [name removed] has not had her teeth brushed in a while… So makes us wonder about other stuff. Everyone seems to be very friendly.Looked very nice and clean! Seem like more activities for the patients and we didn't want her just sitting in a chair.

My loved one is currently a resident at Boulder Ponds Senior Living and has been for only a couple of months. The best part of Boulder Ponds so far is the atmosphere- it is friendly and inviting, the staff have been kind. However, I am still waiting for a care conference and in the beginning, we had a few hiccups. They've been short staffed, but I think they are working on it. I'm hoping in the next few months, I'll have a better understanding of how things work and then I could make a recommendation.

We picked this community, because of the best combination of location, specific floor plan, amenities, and availability.It has been good, but not excellent so far for my loved one. Services she has been scheduled for have been missed at times but the staff is working on this. Thankfully these "misses" have only been for minor things.

Urbana Place Senior Living is a nice, clean facility and the rooms are nicer than most. The management is good and does listen to concerns/ issues and works to correct them. The food and dining staff is not great, but I hear that is industry wide. They are working on it with the company that they have a contract with. I would recommend this facility to others, but do believe you need to be involved and be an advocate for your loved ones as they usually can not be for themselves.

In our family's experience at Elk Ridge, leadership is responsive and caring. The facility is nice indoors and outdoors. I would recommend it to other families.

My mother is a resident at this facility and overall the experience has been pleasant. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent! The friendliness is great. The staff is polite and gracious. The food seems to be nutritious and well balanced. Suggestions for improvement: Some management between the servers and kitchen staff needs some training. People are often left sitting waiting for being waited on or getting their food, I understand you are understaff and have a huge facility that requires meals delivered to units, I’m not sure where the fix is. It appears the waiters use an iPad to take orders and have a difficult time in doing so. Then there is a loss of communication between orders given and food delivery. Also, for the activities I'd say more arts and crafts. I love the Bingo and robotics, but using one's imagination allows for getting the mind away from day to day mundane sulking. Overall, I like the facility. Although understaffed, they seem to do the best that they can. Always a smile even though I know they are overworked and probably feel under paid. Working with seniors is a time of compassion and empathy and it seems with all the troubles I’m sure the facility has that we don’t know about, the staff still puts on a smile. I’m grateful for all of the workers at Harrison Bay Senior Living.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. All staff are great at staying connected and communicating with residents family. Like most facilities they do have some staffing shortage issues but I still feel like it is quality care. I would definitely recommend this facility - We have had my father in law in 5 different long term care/assisted living facilities and we have had the best experience at All Saints.

The facility was very nice, and the staff took very good care of my loved one, along with hospice. My loved one was only there a few days. Overall, I probably would recommend to other families.

The staff here are very kind and patient, I'm always seeing them interacting with patients. They have a lovely care team. I like that it's a small facility, they seem to have enough staff, which is critical. It's a good facility and I would recommend them to others. My mother's mattress isn't good at Elk Ridge, my biggest complaint. She doesn't always like the food, and she gained an alarming amount of weight... these are our only issues.

I really liked Kettle Park Senior Living a lot. The facility itself was very clean and seemed to be well run. They did have a mix of assisted living and memory care available.

Elk Ridge Alzheimer's community was such an outstanding experience for us. While our loved one was a resident there, there were several staff members that were able to work with our loved one in a respectful manor and appropriately redirect when necessary. The staff members get above 10 stars - given what they have to work with and the different high levels of Alzheimer and difficulty they were outstanding. There were more activities then what you can image - during Christmas time they had Christmas carol's and piano playing constantly. We would recommend this community to other families .

We chose Elk Ridge because they specialize in memory care and the staff really know what they are doing. They have been great and the office staff are wonderful too. They seem very involved and they check on her and with the family often. They do have a lot of great activities provided for the residents. I have heard some not so great things about the food so far. Overall she is safe and we have been pleased.

I am so happy we found Legacy for our 43 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. They meet all of his needs perfectly. The building is well maintained and always clean. My son tells me the food is great and everyone treats him with respect

We picked this community because, it was very clean, very modern and wonderful surroundings (woods, river.) The costs were on par with the other places we researched.

It's a very nice place. I really like the rooms and most of the staff is nice. If you're expecting to get help with loved one falling, they do not have trained nurses but caregivers. Each room has there own air, it is clean air in each room. It's a fairly new place, which is always clean. They have fireplaces on two different levels, and it's really nice.

The friendliness of the staff did vary depending on who you spoke with, but [name removed] who is the activities coordinator is just excellent, she also helps coordinate the care and she really did give our loved one individualized care. Based on our families experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I was very pleased with our experience. The community is understaffed. There were times that things weren't able to done to assist my loved one due to the shortage of staff. The staff that were there were very friendly, cooperating, and caring. Overall I was very happy with the staff they had. The community worked well with dietary restrictions for my loved one.

Elk Ridge was easy to work with and I think the care was a lot better here than the previous facility my loved one was at. We are still waiting on a refund that we were told we would get within 30 days, so that has been disappointing.
