This is a newer community and so far we are very impressed with how they are treating our loved one. They are taking great care of her, and they tell us all the time how happy she is. She first moved in to assisted living and has now moved to memory care and is doing much better. Whenever she gets nervous or scared, the director of the place will bring her into the office just to sit and talk and help relax her. Sometimes she sits up at the front desk, they do a great job keeping her occupied. She loves the dancing activities, and she has just made a complete turn around from her previous community.

I have had a great experience working with [name removed] and [name removed] at the Danberry at Inverness facility. They not only answered all of my questions they gave a lot of insight on things that I had not thought of. [name removed] took time to show the facilities and explain how everything works. Since I know very little about assisted care it was nice to have someone be so helpful.

Danberry @ Inverness is an impressive place! The outside of the building, the landscaping, the cafeteria, the library, and the reception areas are all beautiful, clean, and inviting! The kiosk check-in is also a nice touch. The employees were exceptional -- accommodating, informative, friendly, and professional. The only thing I would change is to add a little of that building beauty to the memory care area, maybe add a little color? I would definitely bring my loved one to live at Danberry!

We toured this community, and it was very nice. We really liked this community, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This community is by far the best that I have ever dealt with. Everyone from the administrators to the nurses, office staff, dining room staff, and everyone working here are amazing people... as friendly and concerned to help you with everything that needs to be done.

I have lived at The Oaks with my husband for thirteen years. This was one of the best decisions we ever made. As we get older, we are supported by a service-oriented staff and a family of residents that we have come to know as friends. Even through the Covid experience, we were kept safe and secure in a caring atmosphere.

The people here are the best. Food is hot and very good. I am so happy I moved here.

Loved, loved, loved this facility. Didn’t look or smell like a nursing home, the staff was amazing especially [name removed]! [name removed] really made me feel at ease, no question was ridiculous and really made me feel as my dad was their only resident!

The Delaney was very nice. It was new. It seemed a little empty. It was a huge place, with lots of facilities. The food was wonderful, and the dining room was like a restaurant. But it was very expensive, and I didn’t like that it was far away from me.

We toured The Delaney at South Shore and it was a nice facility. We just did not feel like it was a homey atmosphere and that is really what we were looking for.

My grandma lives here in memory care. She’s happier than I’ve seen in a long time. She loves the food too. At her other places this was not the case. She has a small group of friends she visits with each day. With Covid restrictions for visiting it’s comforting for us to know she has friendships. The people who work there are kind, caring and have fun with them too.

My Mom moved into Freedom Square two weeks ago. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and the assistance from all the Freedom Square team. It is such a hard decision to make to place a loved one and they made the experience much less stressful than i thought it would be. The assistance since she has moved in has been beyond my expectations.

My Mother moved in about two weeks ago. I was very stressed with having flown her back to IL this same day and having to mover her in there on the same day too. Clarendale made it seamless and stress free. Their dining food is excellent! The nurses and the Care Assistants keep me informed on her medical progress, care and activities she is doing. I would highly recommend the Clarendale for anyone who is looking for quality care for the family.

I was a living in Independent Living for over a year and I fell in my apartment and could not call for help but the lady at front desk knew she had not seen me that day and got help and found me. Thanks to her caring attention I made it. Now I live in Assisted Living. The help will do anything you ask them, anything you ask them they will break their neck to do for you and come and get you. I love it here!

We chose Freedom Square because of the location and the overall look of the facility. it is a large campus with many different floor-plans. It is established with a good reputation and the staff were very friendly. My mom has a large 2 bedroom with a full kitchen and they let us customize the apartment. They were very helpful with the on-boarding process and made thee transition easier. We have been very pleased with the facility and so has my mom. I would highly recommend it.

This is the place to be if you are looking for a safe relaxing environment. There are numerous activities to enjoy and the other residents are welcoming and friendly. Or you can do nothing at all if that is what you want. Transportation is available to take you where you need to go.

I just thought that the hospice nurse here was outstanding. Also, the person who ran the special care unit, [name removed] was excellent. I would absolutely recommend to others looking if your situation comes down to it.
