The have doctor's on site more often than other communities. It has central air condition which was impressive and made it feel more like an apartment. The sales director was impressive, and engaging. The staff is diverse. The drawbacks were the price was too high for us and was more than one story.

The community has been great to work with and friendly.

During the time our loved one was there we thought they did a great job. The community is very nice and very well kept and clean. The care was great and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately we were not able to eat the meals ourselves, but they have a chef and the meals looked really nice.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered.

My caregiver [name removed] is wonderful, caring, and always ready to help me. My family is so thankful for Clarendale and so am I.

I am enjoying life is them community. People are friendly and there are plenty of activities. All is well.

They help people so much. They find out what people need and then help them get whatever. We need more places like this.

Food is great! You would be gone from early morning to late afternoon to get in all the activities done. I love that there are so many.

GVS is a community where the staff appreciates the experience and wisdom of their elders. That is important when you live here. Any time I have needed help, the staff is here. That’s anything from hanging pictures to arranging a luncheon for ten of your besties! We have input into movies each weekend as well as our book club selection. During the pandemic, my family appreciated the weekly letters from [name removed] they accessed online. Because they were aware of all the precautions being taken, they didn’t worry too much (a big plus for me). All in all, a very satisfying place to live!

We have been quite please with the quality of care my elderly aunt who suffers from dementia has received in the five months she's resided at Eastcastle Place. I am particularly happy with how they keep the residents engaged throughout the day rather than just leaving them alone in their rooms. While I haven't sampled the food that is served to the residents it all looks well prepared and smells very good. My aunt's apartment is quite nice and kept very clean. The staff is quite friendly and eager to help. We are very pleased with all the staff members we've interacted with during our visits. I would recommend Eastcastle Memory Care to others who might find themselves in a similar situation with their loved ones.

I thought they were absolutely fantastic. The lady who gave the tour and met with me there was just wonderful. It would have been my #1 choice, except it was just a brand new facility that wasn't quite established enough yet to handle the level of care my loved one needed.

Bayshore is just gorgeous, looks like an upscale hotel or resort. Beautiful facilities, full services, larger apartments. Has an overall upbeat vibe to it. Staff and residents were friendly and smiling. Wow.

We chose First & Main of New Albany because we had a list of things we were looking for, we looked at about 7 other places and this facility met most of our criteria. The room sizes at the facility were not the largest we saw, but for our needs they were sufficient. The main course on the meals are chef prepared and he really enjoys them. I think that the administration is very open to individual differences that families may want, they are very accommodating. I would recommend them to others looking.

I toured Rose Senior Living and really liked the facility. It was brand new and this was going to be our 2nd choice. The only reason we did not go with them was because they have a set food menu each week, we were looking for something more restaurant style.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is amazing. There are so many activities to do you lose track. The food is amazing and it really is a good value for your money. I would recommend this community to others.
