The facility was beautiful and the tour was great, but it was just way too expensive for us.

This is a very warm and comforting environment. The staff really take the time to address any issues. They will also go out of their way to make sure that the residents are living a quality life here.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved The Delaney we wanted out loved one to go there, but what it boiled down to was the price. IT was just to expensive for us.

When we were struggling with placement for Dad Clarendale walked us through the process with care, compassion and valuable information. It was just what we needed!

Pleasantly surprised. Facility has a great design for the active elderly who need more support. Asst. living layout very easy for mobility. Memory care was also quant and well staffed. Surprisingly large apartments and NO BUY-IN fees for assisting living or memory care. Costs reasonable for all you get. Lively activities going on. Saw happy residents and staff. Drove the campus and it was clean and well manicured. I got lots of good info from the person I met with in assisted living. A winner to me.

The community is very clean, and doesn't feel intuitional. Everyone is very friendly from the staff to the other residents on site. There are movies, events in the Pub, brought in animals, fall BBQ with music, and more for activities for the residents to choose from.

We had a great tour with Danberry. We really liked the facility, but another place had offered a discount so we decided to go with them.

My mom went and took a tour a few years ago and she loved it then. We called and went for another tour and the staff was outstanding, I have never met a nicer group of people and they are so accommodating. They come and check on my mom every day and they just go above and beyond. They are very cautious with covid, they have locked down twice since she has been there and take every precaution they need to. The apartment sizes are very good, hers is a 1 bedroom and it is perfect for her needs. When you move in they repaint everything and put in all new flooring so it feels brand new and you are able to personalize it as much as you want. It has given me great peace of mind having mom here and knowing she is safe, I would definitely recommend to other families looking.

South Port looked so big that I had concerns it might be overwhelming. Not at all! The assisted living has its own dedicated floor with a beautiful dining room & baby grand piano, a bountiful library and rec room with flat screen TV, activities center (with a full daily schedule) and snack bar kitchens are located at either end. Best part... NO buy-ins for Assisted Living. The fees are reasonable for everything offered. It’s clean, bright and you can feel the dedication walking the corridors. The residents I met were happy and engaged. Residents can enjoy the full campus amenities such as, pool, spa, workout room, crafting room, woodworking shop, and even a bank and restaurant. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I met the executive director and was very impressed. The Sales Manager is very helpful, and I felt her passion. This community is worth a visit, and I think it's a great option!

My uncle lives here and these folks do a great job caring for their residents. Covid has made everything unmanageable, but they have stayed focused on the seniors living there. My family is very appreciative and uncle is happy with all the changes.

We have already told people about the community. It is a great one! The staff all stand out to me. My loved one enjoys the food. There are sometimes long wait times in the dining room for the residents to get the food. My husband was impressed with the quality and quantity of food provided when he ate with our loved one.

I'm treated well here. Everyone is pleasant. The meals are generally very well. The staff jump in to assist other teams to assist with the resident's needs. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

i live at south port and am happy here. the staff does a good job of caring for us and listening to our needs. there are lots of things to do. food is delicious. my apartments is clean and i dont need to worry about anything.

My stepdad has lived at this community for many years and is very happy. The staff is great about keeping the family informed. He likes the activities, loves the food and caregivers. The grounds are beautiful with so much for him to do both indoors and outdoors. We’re thankful he’s living his best life thanks to these caring individuals.

Our tour with Rose Senior Living was great, this facility was a very close second. I think the facility is very nice and would be a great place to have a loved one. We just felt the environment at another place we looked at fit our loved one better.

I would recommend to go to this community. The staff are always friendly and know who I am and who I am there to visit. They are all nice and very forthcoming. Two employees had covid and the director called everyone to let them know about the lock down and I thought that was nice.
