This community put the work in to help our family so we could make a change for my aunt. She’s doing better than expected. Communication is great and everyone seems to walk the walk. Such a wonderful place for seniors.

We moved mom in a bit ago and the staff is so caring and patient. She is doing well and very engaged. Place for mom was a great help as was the sales manager at South Port. A difficult situation was made much simpler with their help and knowledge. We are very happy with South Port. and would recommend highly.

Great experience! Have been working with [name removed] in the Sales office for a few weeks, and she has been a wealth of information. The campus is well manicured and staffed, engaging activity program, and happy residents that we encountered. The dining is open, food presentation was very nice, and the dining room is beautiful. We spoke with residents who enjoy the food and the campus. This campus is on the top of our list. Fees are reasonable and a buy-in is not required for assisted living. The campus has everything we want.

Have lived here for years, and enjoy everything about the community. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Always good food and events and lots of help whenever we need it.

I chose Clarendale of Chandler because of its longevity (it is only 2 years old but used to be another facility I was familiar with) as well as the friendly staff members. The apartment sizes are very good. Everyone has been super friendly and I would recommend recommend them to others looking.

From the first time that I visited Galleria Woods, I knew that it was the place for me! I love my Garden Home and the privacy that it gives me overlooking the Cahaba River. I enjoy my walks up to the "Big House" for meals and activities: watching the seasons change and getting a little exercise at the same time. We have a variety of activities, some of which I participate in, and our meals are really tasty. You will find that all of the residents are very friendly and supportive, while all of the staff members are most helpful and understanding. I am really thankful that I went with my first impression about Galleria Woods! All that I expected has come true!

Thanks to you to a place for mom for helping us find South Port Square. We visited many communities in the area but this community just resonated with us. It’s beautiful, feels like home, well managed, and most importantly, they put the residents first. My mom is very happy in this community. This staff has changed her life. For the better. Imagine my surprise when, after months of my doing research for them, my parents told me they were moving to Stone Ridge, sight unseen. You see, my parents lived in NC and I lived in CT. My dad had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and we feared he would soon need more help than my mom could provide. Stone Ridge is the perfect fit for them because my mom can live independently and thrive with her newfound friends and interests while my dad receives quality care just steps away as part of the continuuum of care that Stone Ridge and Avalon partner to so excellently provide. Stone Ridge is a vibrant community that is filled with activities and both Avalon and Stone Ridge have staff that deliver and unparalleled level of compassion and service. I am so glad they took a leap of faith and decided to become a part of this wonderful community.

This community is almost 100% vaccinated which is great to hear, and just like every other community they are having trouble with staffing so sometimes the dinner service is slow. However the staff are very friendly and the community is kept very clean and well organized.

From the very first call, I was so impressed. The staff is amazing and really go out of their way to make my dad happy. The facility is top notch, always clean and there are so many activities for everyone to enjoy. I would recommend Freedom Village to anyone. I love that my dad is safe an well care for.
