I have been here only a month and found that I made the right decision My Villa is very comfortable and up to date The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is also very good I have made many new friends and hope to make more. I cant drive due to macular degeneration but I find that they are able to take me to many places I highly recommend Ashbury Village

Rose Senior Living is an amazing place with kind caring people who have done everything to take care of Mom and make it feel like home. Everything from the meals and cleanliness to the activities are all excellent. Yet, it's the people who make this place the very best.

Watermark at Bellingham has been such a great place for my uncle. Well... it was the 3rd facility that we had looked at... and the first thing was the size of the room vs the cost... was much more economical than the other facilities.

What our family likes the most about The Village at Woodlands Waterway are the staff members and the location of the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our experience as a family has been met with better than imagined expectations by both the staff and current residents. We moved our mom here a few months ago. Since then, she has been more active in her physical ability as well as socialization then the past 10 years!! The community has so much to offer in the way of programs such as a personal trainer, a pool and a variety of classes to participate to keep mom moving. Beyond that, the residents at the community are hugely involved in making sure my mom and others have the support from neighbors whether it be participating in an event, dining together or being there in their time of need. Our family is blessed to have chosen The Roosevelt at Salt Creek. The staff and residents make “home” a welcoming place to be.

Parkwood is a unique senior retirement facility. The staff goes out of their way to watch out for their residents and know each resident by name. Pets are allowed to accompany their owner and the residents enjoy petting and loving on them as if they were their own. Residents care about each otheir and keep up with one aother. Medical facilities surround us and can aide us quickly and Parkwood has a small bus that can take us to our doctors in a 5 mile radius. We have so many wonderful activities you may choose from. Crafts, with someone to help you should you need it, to guest entertainment which is a favorite, to Bible studies and our own Catholic and nondenominational church services on Sunday. Residents are treated to so many weekday and evening activities where snacks are served and The Administration is present should you wish to visit with them. I believe that if you are looking for a new place to live, a plethora of friends, Parkwood is your place. Check us out!

My mom always has company but we wish she had more activities. She is in the independent living so we wish she has more options. Maybe some day trips to other places. When it comes to the cleanliness the trash is only taken out on certain days which makes the hallways a bit stinky.

The were welcoming. I picked this community because of the location, friendly staff, and clean facility.

Looking for a place for my mom, everyone was super friendly and the place was immaculate! It was nice to see an up-beat homey environment, also had lunch and it was delicious.

Even though my mother was only there for a month, and unfortunately her terminal cancer took its toll. I can't say enough about this establishment. I reviewed and walked the premises of six different facilities and by far this establishment was the best in my opinion. There's a few reasons why, and I will explain. First off the staff, starting from [name removed] and [name removed] to the nurse [name removed] including all the aids made our family feel as though we were part of their family. It's a small establishment which I really appreciated. It made Mom feels though she was actually at home. In closing I want to give thanks to everybody at this establishment that made my mother's final days very peaceful.

Clarendale Six Corners is a brand new beautiful facility. The staff are all very friendly and kind - we have liked every person we have met especially the memory care director [name removed] and [name removed] who is in charge of medical for memory care patients. Since my mom is one of the first resident she is getting a lot of undivided attention, which is benefitting her. Meal quality seems good...we ate at one of the restaurants and it was exceptional. I think that since there are still such a small number of memory care residents and they all have varying degrees of issues this is an area that is still evolving. It would be tough for me to give anywhere a 5 here no matter what...the cost of care in this country is out of hand

Quality of dining seems to have declined in the past month/ie dinner selections have declined in number (3 down To 2). Have had difficulty getting a straight answer on dining allowance/costs but I am adjusting. Sometimes it is hard to tell who is in charge of what. Response has been somewhat dismissive but not offensive. Staff on The whole is very cordial.

My older sister decided earlier this year she wanted to sell her home and move to a retirement apartment. Her long time neighbor had moved to Parkwood last year so she wanted to look into possibly moving there. [name removed]took us on a very informative tour of both the one bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment options. My sister opted for the one bedroom and moved into her apartment in April 2023. Her apartment had just been totally cleaned, painted and had new carpeting when she moved in. We were informed they do this each time an apartment is vacated. She is so pleased with her new apartment and all that Parkwood has to offer. She is on the second floor and has so much shade provided by the large trees around her building. She is very pleased with all that Parkwood provides and is so very impressed by how friendly and kind all the staff members are. As her sister I want to say THANK-YOU for making this move so EASY for my sister.

From our observations the care services are great. We have no opinion when it comes to the activities since our loved one is on the memory care side. When it comes to the value for cost it is pricey. We really like the facility, it's location and the staff (everyone is friendly and helpful).

Our family had an in person tour with Heritage at Irene Woods and it was a great tour experience but only 6 men and everyone was older than my uncle so he would feel like all those old women were fussing at him like his mother did. They weren't but he was convinced it would be that way.

As an inspector I am in and out of so many facilities, and get to see the staff and properties in an in-depth perspective that the general public may not. That being said Richmond Place truly stands out to me. I have noticed and mentioned on the regular of how happy and comfortable everyone there including residents and staff are. In today's world a happy environment is nearly unheard of. It is a beautiful place inside and out with management that actually cares about the residents and staff which is impressive to me. It's not Florida , but a close 2nd.

I have lived here 4 years and am so pleased I made the decision to move here. Wonderful staff and lot's of friendly neighbors.

My husband and I moved to Freedom Square about 5 years ago at ages 74 and 75. We were so glad we moved here when we were still able to participate on the activities. The community is very friendly and welcoming as well is being a beautiful place to live.

My wife and I are pleased that we moved to Freedom Square where we are enjoying the many available campus activities. Our neighbors all seem to agree.
