The Executive Director is great to deal with. He always returns calls and texts and gets things done when others can't. The move in process went smoothly. I've seen one or two aides get abrupt with residents, but I think some of the residents could be difficult to deal with. I ate lunch once there and it was good. I've seen the meals served there and they look good.

We are moving my 96 year old dad and 92 year old stepmom from another retirement community. [Name removed], along with the others we’ve met at Danberry, are a breath of fresh air!! [Name removed] has made this daunting process so easy and simple. She’s is a joy to work with!! [Name removed] actually made our time together fun. She answered all our questions, and we continue to receive an immediate response to any Simple or complicated question. After our experience at the other property, I can assure anyone that there is a HUGE difference in the retirement communities. And the greatest difference is the people like [name removed]! What a joy and breath of fresh air to encounter!!

My loved one is a resident at Green Country Village and things have been great for him at this facility. They responded quickly to our interest in moving in. The move in process was very simple. The staff is friendly and helpful and attends to any requests/problems quickly. The housekeeping is excellent and the food is good. I would gladly recommend Green Country Village to anyone.

Wonderful place for my parents. To live. I feel they are safe.and well cared for. Staff is excellent , they really care about the residents. They do all kinds of activities. The food is good. Very clean!

The service from the QLS was excellent. The one staff [name removed], was very caring and thoughtful about managing the medication. Absolutely top notch service from everyone.

My father loves it here. He likes the various activities offered The menus change everyday offering all types of food. The staff is very caring anfd friendly. Everyone is very polite and nice. The facility is very clean and bright. Very cheerful atmosphere. Conveniently located just off US 31 in Greenwood. They keep me abreast of all treatments needed for my father and any concerns they may have regarding him. Although I am sure he is one of their favorite residents or at least they make everyone feel that way. They make sure everyone is included in all their activities. They make a special trip to come get him to participate in exercise class or crafts or meals or special entertainment. Best place for him to be.

When looking for a community for my Mom after my Dad passed away. I wanted a safe, clean and inviting environment of which I found at The Delaney at South Shore. [name removed], Executive Director and her staff are awesome and very knowledgeable. My Mom, 93, has now lived there for 4 1/2 years and is extremely happy. She has made lots of friends, loves the activities and enjoys the good food.

The transition to this Danberry has been a delight, largely due to the incredible staff who have gone above and beyond to make every aspect effortless. My dad has been living at GVSouth for nearly 10 years. There are many choices around the area for similar services, but I must say the STAFF at GVS makes the difference for us. I live many states away and if not for the caring staff, both admin & nursing, our arrangement would be far less pleasant.

My mother is currently a resident at The Avalon of Lewis Center and everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. Everything is good! My mom loves it and that is all that matters. She is happy. I would recommend The Avalon of Lewis Center to others.

When it comes to the meals and dining service it is salty and too early. For the activities, they haven't really gotten involved, except for bingo. For the value for cost it is more expensive than what they expected for independent living

My mother likes her compact apartment, and feels safe at Sunrise. She says there are a lot of activities every day and it's ok if you don't want to participate. The staff keep an eye out for all residents and mom enjoys the dining room!

I enjoy living at Parkwood. The residents are very friendly and accepting. The staff is helpful. I love the trees here. I enjoy my apartment and it feels like home. I feel safe. We are a family at Parkwood.

Overall experience - was a bit rough at beginning as there was not much of an "orientation" but it quickly got better Cleanliness- spotless, cleaning staff helpful, friendly. All staff is friendly, welcoming & helpful. They give treats to my dog when we visit Meals and dining - outstanding, my dad really likes the food, has exceeded expectations. Good variety

I popped into your location a few weeks ago to visit with a woman whose husband passed away, and I officiated the services. I found Clarendale to be absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. Ran into two employees that were so kind and sweet. I highly recommend this place. It's everything I would want for my parents if they were still alive.

My parents have been very happy living at Rose. The residents and staff are very friendly, and the staff has been great. Very helpful and kind. The community is very clean and well maintained too.
