Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

We moved our client from what we thought was a 'high end' memory care residence, we moved her to Bella Villagio in Palm Desert when it first opened. Wow...what a difference and improvement in the care--givers, food, and facility. This is truly a high-end experience for our high energy memory care client. We call her the mayor of Bella Villagio. [name removed], the ED leader has put together a caring team staff who has continuing education relevant to their services. The staff is awesome! The rooms are nice and the residents are lovely. My mom is safe and happy. She's receiving great care. I looked at a lot of ALF's before finally deciding on Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. It was actually my mom who made the decision to live there. She liked it over all the other ones she toured. They have activities for the residents and a coffee bar with snacks that the residents can frequent all day long. They also provide memory care, if needed, as well. It's a great place!

My parents have had a great experience so far. The staff and residents have been very welcoming. They have only been there three months. They have been invited to activities and love the food!

My mom has been living in Grandvilla West for one month. From the day we took our tour to now the experience has been wonderful. Eveyone on the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. The other residents are welcoming and inclusive. A woman came to my mom's house to measure furniture and helped chose what would fit- and it all did pefectly. The services including housekeeping, laundry and maintenance have been excellent.

I first would like to say Thank you for having such a wonderful place for my Dad who just moved In very quickly in October. He turned 92 in December and he kept telling me how they made his day special. My Dad lived in Florida by himself til he got here and he is so active and sociable. I live in Philadelphia not close by but I can put my head down at night knowing he is at a great place as well as having the amenities he needs. I looked at 4 places and this felt like a nice home for him. Thanks to the staff??. Awesome It’s not a easy decision to make ,, and when the time came they were there for me and still are. The first thing I noticed when I walked into Grand Villa for the first time was that the residents were happy and smiling. I asked some of of the residents if they liked it there and their response was "Yes!" Some of the residents said they had been there for 4 or more years and wouldn't live anywhere else. I went back several times and brought my friends with me who had placed their parents in an ALF. They knew all the right questions to ask and they, too, were very impressed with the facility. It is very clean and the staff is awesome. The staff truly love their jobs and it shows. Everyone is so helpful and concerned with making everything perfect for you and your loved one. They communicate with you on a regular basis and if they have questions or if something happens, they call you immediately. Moving a parent into an ALF is a very emotional process and the comfort and support the staff supplies is second to none! The staff is very concerned for their residents safety and they really watch over them. I'm glad to know that if/when the time comes that I can move my mom into the memory care unit they provide. It's a great place and I'm glad I found it!

If you are looking for a place to retire Fairwinds Sand Creek is the place to be. We have a wonderful caring staff and wonderful residents. The meals are delicious and the staff keeps us as busy as we want to be. You are welcome to come check us out!

I’m happy my son found Fairwinds for me. I enjoy the activities that Fairwinds organizes. I have made many new friends and we enjoy spending time together at meals and activities and card games or even hanging out in the lobby. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall it’s a great place to be living but no where is perfect except heaven.

I have lived at Fairwinds for three years. I believe that there is not any better organization out there. The people who live here and the staff are great, for example PT. [Name removed] who works with us and helps us get back on our feet. [Name removed] who works hard to have things for us to do, like Bingo, Romeo luncheons. The girls in the dining room are friendly, loving, & caring. They bend over backward to make you fill good and are happy to serve. I would recommend to anyone who is retired to live here. They would not regret their decision.

I think this place is excellent, and that is from a man that has lived in two other places. This place is the best! One in California and one in New Mexico. I'm extremely happy with the surrounding food, hospitality and the cleanliness.

I've lived here two years and can say that it is what they advertise it to be. my Husband lived here till He passed this year. the care and compassion they showed him was very special to me. living here made his passing so much easier for me. I enjoy the activities the food with lots of variety. the staff is always very friendly and helpful just ask and the are right there . So please come join us.

My mother in law has lived at Hawthorne for 3.5 years. It’s a very welcoming and comfortable place for her. The staff is great and go out of their way to make sure the residents are given lots of care and attention. Highly recommend!

Hawthorne Court has been a great experience. We enjoy meeting friendly people. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and has been a real delight to not have to cook and wash up the dishes. When we want to have food outside of going to the dining room, the small kitchen serves us well.

Hawthorne Court is such a vibrant community. Our tenured staff are so engaged with the residents. And the residents, I just can't say enough about the wonderful bunch of ladies and gentlemen that live here and make Hawthorne Court such a lovely place to live and work. Leisure Care is such an amazing company! You won’t find another community in the Tri-cities that lives up to the Leisure Care standards. We focus every day on a list of standards from Doing The Right Thing to Five Star Fun and living the Three Thirds Lifestyle. Three Thirds Lifestyle? What is that you ask? Come visit Hawthorne Court and ask. You'll feel the fun and warmth when you walk in the door! You'll see why one of the residents told me on my first visit to Hawthorne Court, "It's like a cruise ship that's never left the port".

The staff is extremely caring and very friendly. They take an interest in the residents and follow through with any needs the residents have. [Name removed] was especially helpful with getting me info for my dad. She also very attentive and helpful when I brought my 2 young grandsons to Birthday Dinner. She helped accommodate a PBJ pallet! We all left full and happy!

I have toured this community many times but I am just not ready to leave my home yet! But when I do it will definately be Hawthorne Court I choose. It is a great community & the staff is so friendly!

My mom has been a resident of Hawthorne for 3.5 years. She LOVES it here as do we, her family. The staff is seriously awesome, genuinely caring and go out of their way to make sure that all the residents are happy and cared for. There’s lots of activities and fun things for residents to participate in and if mom doesn’t sign up, they come looking for her ;) I feel very blessed to have found this great place for my mom. We highly recommend!
