This place is amazing! It was the second place my mom and I toured that day, and I knew the moment we walked in the door, that this was the place we were looking for! She has been there about a month and a half so far and seems to love it. You feel welcomed everywhere you go. This staff is top notch and work very well together to make sure all the residents are extremely well taken care of. They are all very patient and willing to answer all of your questions. And I had a lot! Residents are their first priority, and it shows. So very thankful we found this place. Check it out, you won’t be sorry!

I would recommend this facility to others. The staff is very attentive and communicates with us often. The place is clean and my stepmom seems very happy. We are very happy with The Ackerly.

There's not enough I can say about the staff . They are kind, friendly people who do their best to make sure that you're comfortable and your needs are met. It is situated nearby which was the main factor however, if the people were not as great as they are we would have looked elsewhere.

The experience is much better than expected. The residents are generally happy and friendly. We have an active program of games and travel. Meals are exceptional and form a base for each day. We made a good choice. The serving staff are excellent.

It's been very positive. When you walk in, the place feels full of life and energy. The staff have all been friendly, caring, and helpful. I feel like my parents are in good hands. We picked this community because of the location, size, amenities, cost, and it just felt good and right

They've had a lot of turnover, but I think that's the norm these days post- pandemic. But the staff is always nice & accommodating. I would definitely recommend Bayside Senior Living to others! The property has worked out very well for us.

We went with them because the layout of building, it's one story-which we liked better, the staff we were introduced to (but I think they are a bit understaffed, honestly), the location ( easy to get to without having to sit in I35 traffic) and the facility grounds (they aren't surrounded by other buildings-they have some land, landscaping, a nice "outdoor " feel to enjoy. My father-in-law was only there a couple of weeks when he had a severe stroke and he hasn't moved back in. Follow-up with them hasn't been great. Things might be a bit crazy, as the management has changed recently, but we aren't getting the help we expected.

Staff is very attentive and provides personal attention, making sure to acknowledge my mother by name. Her nurse, [name removed], she been in constant communication with me about medical attention my mother needs.

The community is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are particularly helpful and always chat to you with a smile. Communal areas are active and bright. We picked Brittany Park due to location, layout of the apartment, quality of the accommodation and the staff impressed us.

It is a great community. Everyone is welcoming and caring. Food is amazing. Lots of activities. We picked it because it's so alive. Always something going on. You walk in the front door and it's warm and inviting.

It's very clean, the employees are kind and efficient, the meals are great and healthy. I would recommend the facility to others.

I chose this facility because it it close to stores and relatives. Menu should have more salads an fruits. They don't stick to posted menu. I would recommend The Lakes of Dunedin.

A few months ago, our family moved my father from a much larger facility to the Empress at Laurelhurst. It was the best move we could have made. The Empress is a smaller, much more connected community; housed in a light, open and airy space (a beautiful design which maximizes the available sunlight in the Pacific Northwest!). The apartments are spacious, the dining hall is beautiful and centrally located, and the amenities (theater, bistro, exercise and activity resources) are top notch. It even has a beautiful roof deck, with great views of the lovely surrounding neighborhood. The facility changed management earlier last year, and the new team is fantastic. Kind, caring, attentive, thorough, interested….and entertaining! In spite of his cognitive issues, our father’s level of engagement and activity has improved dramatically; he really enjoys the activities, both on-site, and day trips. The food is excellent, housekeeping and med staff great. I can’t recommend Empress highly enough!

I especially enjoy the 30 minute fitness class each weekday morning, the delicious and varied menus, and the wide variety of activities. I also like the friendly ambiance.

My mom loves Fairwinds. She is so happy there! The food is very good. They plan activities often for them. There is a lot of things to do every day. My step dad has fallen a few times in the middle of the night and they have 4 people immediately come and get him up. They are enjoying the valet parking.

Over the past several weeks Ive been telling several of my family members about how wonderful Empress Senior Living at Laurelhurst is and how happy Mom is there. Last week we all came to visit Mom so they could see where she lives now. They all said they were impressed with how beautiful and well-maintained the building and grounds are, but they were more impressed by how caring and friendly the amazing staff are to the residents and their families. On one of the mornings the GM was assisting his staff in feeding the residents. We all love Empress, and we are so glad that our Mom is in such a great place.

We are enjoying our time so far at The Ackerly, The staff is very friendly and the residents too. The food is really good however sometimes is served luke-warm. The size of each apartment are very good with complete cooking facilities.

The reason we chose Homestead at Hamilton over other places we saw was because of the lay out of the memory care unit, and there are only 11 residents in the unit. And they have 3 aides for the 11. That stood out! Plus the size of the rooms and we were allowed to put cameras in room. Everyone has been very friendly.

Staff is extremely friendly. Everyone knows my mom's name. They all know me, too. Food is really good. Sometimes not spiced enough. Always something to eat. Apartment is kept clean. Bed sheets changed once a week and washed. I would recommend this facility to others.

The facilities always look and smell clean, and they offer a wide variety of activities and field trips. They have been incredibly easy to work with, and their staff is beginning to feel like family. We picked Sage Spring initially because it is extremely close to where I live and work. Once we received a tour, we knew that it would provide the supervision she needed while allowing her to maintain some independence.
