would give all a 5 but don't have an opinion on quality of care and activities yet. On value for cost we are moving from the Bay Area in California which is one of the most expensive places in the country so I'm not sure how our view on this fits with most other people.

Beautiful community with staff that really seems to care about the residents. The dining and common areas are welcoming as is the small enclosed courtyard. The individual rooms are quite spacious with large windows to let light in. There are a variety of activities for residents to engage in. The family appreciates that Mom is safe and cared for. We also like that they promptly address any concerns we may have and welcome suggestions (like more “comfort” food items). The manager and staff provide great two-way communication! We highly recommend!

Crescent Park is beautiful, well maintained, the staff is friendly and efficient, there are plenty of activities, and the residents seem happy. I was glad they also have a good security system.

Of all the facilities that I previewed online (I wasn't able to make in-person visits), I was most impressed with the friendliness of the people that I talked to. Others tried to "sell" me, while Fairwinds Rio Rancho staff were more conversational, answering my questions with ease. As far as I was concerned, there were no other options. I asked my sons to make an in-person visit. They were able to sign a lease very quickly. Since the move-in, it has been very easy to become involved in the community. My needs have been handled immediately.

I have my mother-in-law at Fairwinds, and I must say, their staff attentiveness and care exceed our expectations. [name removed] in particular, stood out for her exceptional dedication and compassion. Very grateful for their services. And the food is great as well.

Our family couldn't be happier with the Empress. After my mom lost her husband of 60 years, the staff & community welcomed her with open arms and helped her settle in. As a family of medical providers, we have high standards for care. The Empress exceeds all of our expectations on a daily basis. My mom agrees and adds "change is difficult - but honestly, I couldn't be happier here."

I was astonished when I first went there that both the residents and the staff were smiling and happy. I am usually fairly critical of situations like this but have been so pleased.

The whole experience was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Love the meals and snacks. The kitchen was a welcome surprise! Definitely a home away from home!

The staff was very welcoming. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The residents are friendly and inclusive. There are activities to satisfy the interests of almost anyone. There are two socials a week that are well attended. This is one of the cleanest independent living facilities I have seen. One advantage is that there is also an assisted living side of the building. These folks are integrated into the general population for meals, activities and socials. I love the layout of my apartment.

I have no regrets when it comes to Harborside at Melbourne and based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community toother families.

The staff is very helpful and very kind. They are very, very good to my mom. It is a little bit expensive, but worth the money. I would and already have recommended The Landing of North Haven to others I know.

The people are nice and my mom is happy there. She does get tired of the food due to same menu items all the time with one different entrée a day. Not enough fresh fruit. They could do better on outings. On the drives they don't stop for bathroom breaks. Super important for older folks! They could do more outings during the day. The apartments need air-conditioning

My loved one was previously a resident at The Lakes of Dunedin and everything was great for her there. It was a great experience! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and the meals were also great. The Lakes of Dunedin was top dog! I would recommend this facility to others.

Reasons we chose The Ackerly - Immediate placement. Big open space. Private rooms. Kind people. They are good at communication. The staff seems very experienced. They are very kind to the clients. The food is great.

Fairwinds was the best place that we visited. We were really impressed with the staff and the whole facility. The staff and the facility made you feel like you were in a really nice hotel and not an institution. They always are friendly whenever we go there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Fairwinds River's Edge. The nurses and staff have been amazing so kind to, not only our loved one, but to my entire family in this very difficult transition. As for value for cost, it seems pricey, but I have no comparison and I couldn't care for my loved one without them.

Very friendly. My mom has made many friends and is enjoying living there. The only thing I would change is I would allow more dog friendly areas. It would be nice for my mom to be able to take her dog to the library and read and currently that is not allowed.

I’ve been here for 4 weeks and am thrilled I made this move to Fairwinds Rio Rancho. Let’s talk about the food! Restaurant style menu with chef specials or order off the menu itself. Kind and attentive staff and administrators throughout. Both independent and assisted living. and the classes are full of variety. Tai Chi, yoga, aerobics, writing, book club etc.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean. My mom is not a fan of the food.
