If you or your loved one needs daily assistance, this is the place to be. The level of care and available activity shows that quality is their focus-from kindness to elegant surroundings (dining room with menu options, table cloths, etc. is like a restaurant). Most important is the cleanliness and staff responsiveness to each resident. I have no fear whenever I have to be gone.

I can't say enough good things about my new home. Everyone is on a first name basis even administration. The caregivers are professional but also very caring and loving. Even the "waitstaff" are loving and caring. Meals are more than adequate. There are more activities and entertainment than we can utilize. Housekeeping and laundry are superlative maintnance and safety are no one. Suggestions are taken very seriously. I love it here!!!

My mom has lived at Parkwood for almost 10 years and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff an facility are. During COVID19 the residence were greatly protected and it was many moths before the first person as COVID positive, and there have been minimal cases. The staff are very caring, the facility is always clean and many activities and outings for the residence.

After much research, interviewing, and talking with staff at Legend we moved Mom from the assisted living she was in to Legend at Rivendell (OKS). The staff worked with us until we found the best scenario for Mom. She was moved into memory care. The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Every aspect of memory care is focused on the resident and the resident's families. The cleanliness of the entire facility is flawless. Mom was not put in a place because she has Dementia. "Our goal was for her to be in a place where she could live through this horrible disease with as much grace and dignity as she deserves. Legend at Rivendell has accomplished this.
