Overall Asbury Village is a wonderful place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I think the biggest thing that bothers me is the temps in individual rooms. It's either too cold, or too hot in the room. Heat/Air units in each room would be much better. No one should have to wrap up in coats and blankets to stay warm, especially elders.

I have talked with the administrators, several times, about my loved ones issues and they always listen and help solve any issues that come up.
