They are are very good with the care services, and they are very attentive. Everyone is very nice. My loved one likes the breakfast. They have a schedule with a lot of activities, and they look great. They do well with the communication, and they try to get the residents more involved. My loved one feels they could be faster, when they push the button for assistance/help. I would recommend to other families.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The residence is very clean. If you have a question, everyone is there to help you with what you need answered. I am staying here for a short term stay but I will be coming back when my son takes his next trip. When he toured several places he found the Windsor and knew I would be happy here. I love that they bake cookies and make popcorn every day.

I have met some great neighbors through Bingo and other resident activities. I am good friends with the residents that I eat meals with everyday. My time here has truly been enjoyable.

We had a great tour at The Windsor. The guy we spoke to there was so nice. It was the first place that I toured, which was overwhelming for me, yet he was so calm. After we toured, he would call me to see how things were going. He was conversational and seemed to genuinely care. I would have had no issue with choosing The Windsor. We ended up choosing an entirely different location. Also, the couple of rooms The Windsor had available seemed a little dark and didn’t have a great view. And there was not really outdoor space for the residents to go to. But overall, I thought they were great.

The care our parents received was exemplary and consistent with the original presentation. There were initially a few misunderstandings, but all were resolved in a professional manner. I wish Dad could have continued his stay until his passing.
