The Windsor of Cape Coral has an OUTSTANDING staff. The atmosphere is filled with joy, peace, laughter, smiles and happiness. The staff is endearing to the residents and you can "FEEL THE LOVE" they have for each other and their residents. The Windsor is like going back in time to when families were families sitting on the porch and sharing food, fellowship and life together. Its like taking a trip back to the Walton's where life was easy and relaxed. Whether you are a visitor or a friend come and experience the quality of how life can truly be when love is in the air. I was given a list of names of locations to go tour while I was trying to find a place for my loved one. The reason why I felt more comfortable with this facility is because the staff here has a lot of heart. They really do care about the people that live here and are very accommodating with the relatives’ requests for their loved ones. The facility is very clean; housekeeping does the resident’s laundry I believe once a week and clean once a week as well. They offer many activities for residents and patients to do in their free time. They have a special area for the memory care patients, in the lounge I believe, where they feature videos to help stimulate the patients’ memories. They also have music, exercise classes, and stations that feature special activities. One of them is “The Fisherman” where they have tackle boxes, rods and reels, they have one for cooking, and for ladies there is a makeup table. They also have an in house salon with nail care, so people can get the toenails and fingernails cleaned, and an in house doctor. I know that they have a dentist that would come in and do regular checkups with the residents.

You will love the Windsor, as soon as you walk through the door. You will be greeted by a smile at the front desk, and they will quickly help you. The sales staff ([Removed]) are very caring and thoughtful, and will help you through the process of choosing an apartment and moving in. The Executive Director is also very friendly, and "hands on" with the residents, you will often find her talking with residents. The community has a positive feel about it, and the residents are friendly, happy and love to talk with you. I highly recommend the Windsor!

We toured this community and it was nice and clean. The staff were so friendly. Mom just didn't like the way the room set up was. The staff answered all of our questions but we just chose another community.

The Regent is a first class facility. Since the day our parents moved in, we have always felt like the staff treated them as their own family. Every staff member goes above and beyond the job description to make sure residents are well cared for. There are lots of activities available for residents to choose from and the overall tone is friendly and welcoming.

My mother has been a resident at The Windsor for over 7 months now. I have been beyond pleased with my experience! The staff is caring, reliable, and very encouraging to all the residents. My mother enjoys the outings and activities a great deal. She also loves the food and doesn't miss cooking! Great job!!!

We have been happy with the care from this community. The staff is very attentive to her needs. We like the menu of the meals that we have had. I like knowing that the community is clean and the environment it good for her. The keep her active with a lot of the great activities. We would recommend this community for other families.

Windsor did a great job with the evacuees from hurricane Irma. All the staff did a wonderful job.

My friend is doing well with her move to this retirement community. Everything has worked out well, and she is doing good. I do feel comfortable with her move to this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. They have a good staff. They are kind whenever I visit, and have been helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There are good activities offered, and nice meals provided for the residents. She is pleased with this community, and I would recommend it.

My father was at The Windsor and I wish I could speak to every family who is placing a loved one with Alzheimer's/Dementia in a care facility and tell them about our experience and what to look for when placing a loved one. We had placed him in another facility that was supposed to be a Memory care facility and they were not equipped to care for him. Then we were told about The Windsor. The Windsor, their staff went above and beyond to help with my father. I am so thankful my dads final time was with the loving "family" at Windsor. [Removed] we thank them from the bottom of our heart!

Absolutely LOVE this place and can't say enough positive things about them. Their care providers are compassionate, loving and kind, unlike other facilities who are just there for the job. Sunrise hires people with a heart for elderly. Then they train them for personal needs.

We toured this community and like it a lot. They did not have the level of care that we needed at the time. The staff was nice and it was beautiful. The menu was appealing and the dining area was nice. The residents seemed to be happy here in the environment. We would recommend this community for the excellent care that is received with an outstanding value for others.

My mom lit up like a fire-fly the minute we walked in the door! That certainly did not happen at the other facilities we visited in the area. [Removed] gave us a great tour, and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We enjoyed a great lunch - my mother's only complaint was that the portions were too big! The other residents and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We signed the papers and she is moving in tomorrow!

I am glad things worked out the way they did because this community was not my first choice. I had settled on another community but they didn't have any open rooms but this community did and we liked this one as well so I chose this one. My dad loves living here the staff makes him feel special and that means the world to me. His health has improved a little since moving here and I think that has to do with him being happy and wanting to do things. They keep the residents busy in fact they are all going on a riverboat cruise next week which is going to be a lot of fun. He is loving the food I love the community because it is so close to work and I can visit him as much as I want.

Sunrise Senior Living of Upper St. Clair is a wonderful and welcoming community. I like that it is an open and bright environment. The staff is very friendly and caring and welcoming when we come to visit. My mom enjoys the many activities they have to offer such as exercise class and going to the rosary and mass, but her favorite activity is breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The food is very good, they offer a wide variety of choices that you can order off of the menu. The landscaping is just beautiful, reminds me of a conservatory, the flowers are in bloom and the garden is almost ready for the residents to pick vegetables. I would highly recommend this community to others.

The care at this community is excellent. We like the staff who caring and attentive. We like the excellent menu of the meals that were better then any restaurant. They offer a list of activities for the residents. We like everything that this community offers. Families might want to consider this community for the care of a loved one.
