The Residence at Watertown Square was a clean and up-kept community. I was received with friendly staff and a smart tour guide. The community unfortunately did not meet our needs but it was very nice. Nurse care and complimentary transportation was available. I would recommend a tour of the community to families in search of a good community.

The food is good and they are willing to make my mom something else if she does not like the food she receives. The grounds are well maintained and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community. She likes to play bingo and other cards games.

I'am very pleased with this community and everything they have done for us. My mother is doing pretty well here. It is a nice looking community, they a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is good, my only concern has been that there aren't much of a night staff. We are working with the director to fix that. She is trying a few of the activities they offer. She is pleased with the food. Overall everything is working out well and I would recommend this community.

I have lived at The Residence at Pearl Street for 2 1/2 years. I really enjoy living here. It feels like a family here. The other residents are nice and friendly. There is always something to do and they have great entertainment 2 to 3 times a week. I would definitely recommend Pearl St.

I am writing this on behalf of my 85 year old mother. We were received very graciously. My mother is very happy with the majority of the staff. She absolutely loves the quality, quantity and variety of the meals. Our biggest issue is Brookdale's new resident "button" system. It has failed a total of four times since she has moved in, which was the earlier half of April. We have been told the staff has between three to twenty minutes to respond once activated. Being stranded at the dining table after a meal is one thing, being stranded on the bathroom floor at night is another. So many of the staff from top down are clearly in the right field. They are very sincere, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately as with anything in our world today there are some bad apples. Her secured room has been broken into while she has been in the dining room. As happy and content as she is and has been, these two incidences have her and the rest of her family with a feeling of uneasiness.

So far everything is going very well for my mother at this community. It is a very nice community and they keep the facility very clean. The staff is great, they have been wonderful with all they help they give. She is trying some new activities, they offer many for her to choose from. The food is excellent, they do sever a well balanced meal. They are caring for her very well. So I would recommend it.

My soon to be 92 year old father has been at Keepsake Village at The Hearth at Gkastonbury for 9 months. He and our family are very happy and satisfied with the care he is recieving there. He is happy, healthy, and safe. The staff are very caring and do a great job keeping up with all the details. I would highly recomnend this community to others whose loved ones need help in their later years.

My mother was here for a respite stay and her experience was pretty good. The community looks nice and clean, that was one of things that caught my eyes. The staff was good at caring for her. They do offer nice activities for the residents through out the week and she loved the meals. I would recommend this community because it was nice and clean.

Brookdale Voorhees is nice. The lobby and dinning area are open and very inviting. The food is good, the staff is friendly and good, but I would say at times there is a small disconnect on care. My mother's doctor prescribed a medicine for in room storage. The facility does not like to have meds in the room, because they dispense them. They would like her to call for that med if she felt she needed it. The family had to request it again even after the doctors orders. The food is good, you get options, along with being very accommodating and will make something special request. The chef there is wonderful! Overall the experience is good. No place is perfect.

Really liked the person I met. Most down-to-earth personable sincere person Ive met so far. Good location. Clean. Only saw one room. Didnt meet a lot of the other staff. A more modest environment then [Removed]. I felt the woman I spoke with comprehended my moms medical physical needs best of all so far. Realized she is in a gray are but felt hopeful they could provide the care she would need. Waiting for call to schedule evaluation. Had evaluation today with Suzanne. She was very nice and very helpful. Mom would be appropriate only if she had an aide from Always there with her. I will be sent the cost without the aide.

One reason we chose Brookdale Voorhees was because of its smaller size. It is only 2 stories and looks residential, rather than commercial, from the outside. There are only about 80 residents, so most everyone knows most everyone else. It truly has a family feel. Folks are friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. The quoted price was attractive compared to a number of other South Jersey facilities we checked, but there is a caveat. The final monthly cost will be based on the level of assistance your loved one requires. The level of assistance required will be determined by a nurse from the facility after the nurse assesses your loved one. Family and friends can visit most any time and visitors sign in upon entering. It has only been about a week and a half since we moved Mom in but so far so good. She is encouraged to be active and we appreciate that. We would recommend Brookdale Voorhees. Thank you.

So far, we have had a pretty good experience with Cold Spring Commons. The staff is caring and attentive and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. The facility is clean and well decorated and seems to be well maintained.

We did find this place for my Husband and it is going much better than it was. Things are going well there and so far we do not have any problems or complaints with the facility. Things are going well.

Things are going okay. She is getting settled in and the staff is really nice there. Mom appreciates being surrounded by her own things as opposed to someone else's. We are very comfortable having her at Brookdale.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community the seemed like a slightly better fit, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I considered this location, as I was looking for options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice place. Their pricing structure was not really ideal for the amount of care my loved one needed. This just didn't appear to be a good match for us.

This facility is very impressive. It is brand new so everything is clean and modern. The food is good and the open dining arrrangement (any meal you want any time of day) is a plus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The apartments are very good size and bright and cheery. The only drawback is the cost, which is rather high for someone of limited means as my mother.

It's a good facility. Everyone is very good there. Being brand new they are still working out some of the kinks. Overall it has been a very good experience. The meals are very good. The facility is always very clean and well kept. There are no odors. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They do a pretty good job at taking care of my loved one. This is a nice place.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I looked at quite a few communities in the area and this one stood out to me as being very nice! The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look!

Audrey was absolutely wonderful! This being the younger of all the establishment had some charming pluses. It was very clean (immaculate), the staff was kind, attentive to patients and made eye-to-eye contact. I found dinner to be outstanding and knowing that all meals are made to order from 7 am to 7 pm was a plus for them as well.
