We like the care that is received from this community. The staff is kind and caring to my grandmother. The community is clean and they care about her special needs on her menu. They try and get involved with the activities.We would recommend the care of this community and the atmosphere that is helpful.

5 stars on everything. Activities are scaled to their capabilities and instructor is wonderful. The place is always clean. The staff knows everyone's name and are so friendly and helpful. The food is super. The rooms are just the right size. The garden area is always maintained and lots of seating. The area my mom is in is completely inclosed and I know she is safe. I can call anytime to check on her and it's never a problem.

I would rate Balfour at Riverfront Park a 5 as it is a very nice place and my mother likes being there everything is clean and the staff is great with the residents. They have a lot of activities such as bingo and puzzle nights, that they encourage their residents to join in my mother likes going to several of them. There is a nice dining room and my mother seems to like the menu and socializing with everyone There is transportation offered to the residents for doctor appointments and shopping, but I still like taking my mother out to help her with her shopping. They also like to do field trips for the residents that want a day out. I would have no problem recommending Balfour at Riverfront Park to my friends and family.

We are happy with the good care at this community. We like that she likes the staff and the menu of the meals. The activitites are offered for her to participate with the other residents. We like that the other residents seemed to be happy with the care. We recommend this community from what we have experienced to other families for the care of a loved one.

We like the care that my father is getting here in this community.The community is very clean and we like the enviroment. The meals are a good variety of healthy foods. We like that they offer my father to get involved with the activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

This is a safe, good community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. I know she is in good hands, the staff is great. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. The community, and her room are nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and nice activities offer for the residents. I would highly recommend this community, it is working out well for my family.

[Removed], We did the tour today the 8th. I made a mistake on the date. Sagewood is like experiencing a 5 star hotel or vacation resort. With all the amenities one could desire. Everyone from [Removed] and all the staff were there to welcome us. They took time answering all questions and concerns. We loved the openness of the building, the comfortable rooms plus the beautiful court yards. The staff were always smiling and we observed how caring they interacted with the residents. The food was delicious with so many menu items to choose from. Yes, like I said it was like a 5 star resort.

The facility is just great! It is very well maintained and the staff is doing more than enough to cater to my needs and requests. The meals are also quite good. We looked at several different facilities, but this seemed to be the best out there!

My grandma enjoys living at this community. The staff are very caring. She likes the activities and loves the food. They keep the community well taken care of and I would recommend BridgePoint.

I really liked Sagewood because it is brand new and the bathrooms are large. I also liked that they had a washer and dryer in the unit. The lady that took us around was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience but my mother chose another facility for her preference.

My loved one is having a great experience at park Terrace! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Though my loved one does not participate in too many activities, there are plenty offered.

I like the care of this community for my mom. This is a new community and very nice. The menu is really nice and very appealing with everything. They offered activities for her to participate. This was a great community with excelldnt care. I highly recommend this community for the value of the excellent care that we received.

I toured Sagewood last night. [Removed] was kind enough to stay late to give me a tour after I got off of work. She spend 2 1/2 hours with me showing me the amenities and really caring that my mother got the care and social associations that she needs. I was so impressed with the community in the memory care area and the community as a whole. It is beautiful, full of light and doesn't feel like the residents are locked in. This is my first choice for my mom if we can get all the details worked out. This place seems amazing and that they care about my mom's specific needs.

My wife and I have recently made the move into this community and we have been pleased with how things are going for us so far. They have wonderful meals and we both enjoy participating in the activities they have going on throughout the week. The residents and staff have been welcoming and accommodating which has been a huge help. Overall we have no complaints and would defiantly recommend this place.

Nice place. Nice quiet, wooded, secluded setting. Food was good and staff and residents were friendly. Had lunch with a couple from Michigan and they love the place.

I would recommend Sagewood at Daybreak with no hesitation. They have been great to my mother they treat her like a queen. She is still adjusting to all of the changes but they are very welcoming and hopefully, she will start to like it more soon.

My tour guide was on time and ready to show me the community. They gave me a proper walk through. I thought the community was just fine but I was not getting a comfy feeling of the place. It was just not as warm and narrowed them out.

We are really loving this community. The staff is wonderful and caring to both my husband and myself. We are very happy with the activities like bingo and everything that is offered for us to participate. The variety of the meals that are outstanding. We like knowing that this is a home feeling and we feel at easy. I would highly recommend this beautiful caring community to other families .
