Our mother came to live at Magnolia Glen three years ago after a very short stay at another assisted living facility that proved to be unsatisfactory to our mom and us. She chose to live in assisted living because of challenges with her eyesight. Magnolia Glen has been the most wonderful place our mother could have been. From the first contact with the sales director we knew we had chosen the right place. Every staff member is professional, personable, knowledgeable and consistent. The executive director, assisted living nursing director, RNs and CNAs are top knotch. The facility is always clean, orderly and secure. The food is so good with a varied menu of fresh, healthy foods. Our family has had the most peace of mind during the past three years knowing that our mother was in such good hands at Magnolia Glen. Unfortunately we had to move her to a nursing home because of health needs. There will never be another Magnolia Glen for Mom and our family. It is such a well run facility.

The minute we walked into Cedarwood we knew it was a happy, well-run community. It wasn't just the good vibes---for so many reasons it felt like home. My loved ones have enjoyed meeting the other residents, at various functions, at church, walking the grounds and in the dining room. [name removed] makes the dining room a pleasant and delicious experience. The maintenance staff is always responsive and the desk staff do not just do their jobs...they are friends. [name removed] fills the residence with his energy and humor and makes living at Cedarwood an exciting experience. It's family! Everyone is invited to participate and be heard. I attended a meeting with the residents and the contractors who were going to be working on the remodel. I walked into the dining room with my mother and they were handing out plastic hardhats to everyone!!! The feeling is that we are all in this together. I appreciate the respect and kindness that has been shown to my loved-ones, Thank you Cedarwood!

My mother lived in the independent living area of the community for many years. After several falls, we made the decision to move her to the assisted living area and have been more than happy. The aids are so attentive and they have no issues with turnover or staffing. I wish I would have made this move sooner. My mother is so happy with this big change and I couldn't imagine have my mother anywhere else.

Love this community! Happy residents and staff. Remodel is well on it's way and Will be beautiful when completed.

We considered this facility for my dad-in-law's assisted living needs because my mother had once lived here in their independent living before needing to be moved to a memory care facility, and she and our family enjoyed it. The food served here is really good, to the point where my young daughter even got excited to eat with grandma here. [Name removed] was willing to try to get my dad-in-law in on very short notice (nursing home was discharging him withing 48 hours because Medicare stopped paying after a month, but nobody told us about the one-month limit). However, it would have taken several days to process as Valencia Terrace is thorough on making sure apartments are ready for move in. We ended up going with another facility that was better for his financial situation anyway and gave him a larger room for the price. But if your loved one can afford Valencia, it is worth it. It is newer, beautifully decorated, has the aforementioned great food, and is one of the few places that comes with a swimming pool that they would also let visiting family members use. They are very good at scheduling activities for the residents, including ones that include family members, especially during holiday times.

Loved this community but it located farther from family than we wanted. The ratio of CNA's to residents in the assisted living plus is better than I've seen at other places I've looked at.

From the places I've visited, this is the best one. They're very friendly. We has lunch there and it was delicious! I attended an event there and a lot of resources were provided.

Very friendly staff and residents! Staff has been extremely helpful with move in and special needs in the bathroom for my husband. Physical therapy on the property is very helpful."Wellness" activities are very good - would like more stimulating talks, etc. "Ted talks" twice a month okay. All in all, it's a very happy place to live!

Magnolia Glen is a wonderful place for older adults who can't manage the many obligations of home ownership. We are all safe and happy here

The community has an excellent staff that listens and accommodates to requests and ideas of residents and their families. New residents are welcomed and encouraged to become active in the community activities. I have been here 5 years enjoying the events, activities and people here.

When we were looking for a place for my sister to live, we checked out several communities in Orange County. We decided on Park Terrace because of the caring and loving staff. Over the past three years we have been impressed by the way everyone from the front desk attendants through the restaurant staff, the medical team, the activities team, the maintenance workers, and the cleaning staff do their best to make residence feel like they are members of a large family.

I have visited patients in ALFs all over Orange County and Park Plaza is absolutely the best! Staff are friendly and compassionate, management works well with home health agency staff to obtain the best possible results for their residents.

Sagewood at Daybreak is a beautiful luxurious place for your loved ones. The care is unmatched the staff is so loving and kind and attentive to the residence. The professionals working with them have their most best interest at heart, physically mentally and even their spiritual needs are covered. The food is delicious. The facility and each room is decorated and beautified for the comfort and convenience of the residents. This is where I would take my loved ones. Come and see Sagewood at Day break. You’re going to want to see this one for yourself!!

I have lived here since the opening. The staff and the people are all so kind and attentive. The activities are great. I would recommend Crestavilla to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings. This is like living in a 5 star resort with gourmet food, fun activities and attentive staff.
