The flower arrangement, goodie bag, and gift basket, personal attention, as well as the champagne welcome ! Mom has had a smile on her face all day, and did when we left. I researched 5 senior living centers for my father, all within 2 miles of my house in Raleigh, and Magnolia Glen came out on top. The sales team was quick to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I took multiple tours, all of which were conducted in a professional and Covid-safe manner. I was able to discuss care options with the Executive Director. Pair that with the beautiful facility (wooded location with plenty of walking trails, modern and up-to-date rooms, a real lodge feel with an arts and craft theme), and Magnolia Glen checked off every box I was looking for in terms of a new home for my father.

My grandma at Valencia Terrace, she is happy and well taken care of. She loves sitting on her balcony looking out at her beautiful view. If grandma is happy, we're happy!

On [date removed], I became a resident of Drake Terrace. From the first day, I felt at home. My apartment is lovely and comfortable. The staff is wonderful.....kind, patient and helpful. Even under the restrictions of Covid-19, they manage to provide activities while maintaining safety. Now that the dining room is open for dinner, I have met many friendly residents. I look forward to many happy, fulfilling years at Drake Terrace.

As a health care professional myself, I want to thank you, your administration, and your entire staff for going above and beyond the call of duty in trying to protect all the residents, especially my mom. I moved my dad out of a retirement facility a half mile away into First Colonial Inn at age 93 and he loved it. He made some good friends there that were his last friends in his life as he died at 95. He really enjoyed living there and said the food was really good there. I highly recommend living there!

It's INCREDIBLE the work you and all of your team is doing. I cannot begin to imagine the tired eyes and time away from your own families you are all enduring as the essential caring people you are. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! For the 3 or so years my dad has been there you have provided him with EVERY need while doing so with smiles. YOU have provided families with the full comfort knowing you care for our family members living there. You have helped them and us to smile that much more! I cannot THANK YOU each enough!!! You are simply the greatest most caring and giving group that I can imagine. I wish you all safety and health and I KNOW one H of a party when we can come there and take care of all of you in a few weeks or months. Thank you from the bottom and top of my heart.
