The care services they provide are excellent, and some activities they have are knitting classes, trivia, and family story time. They also bring in a band, and have bingo. I was able to visit a few months ago and far as i can tell the food seems fine.

Transitioning from a home to Magnolia Independent Living was made easier by the staff of Magnolia Glen by offering tours of apartments, meetings with professional movers, and engaging meals with residents. Daily life at Magnolia Glen is filled with countless opportunities of exercising, gaming, crafting and visiting with other residents. Services to and from banks, grocery stores and doctors are made available with ease for residents who no longer drive. My mother-in-law lived in independent living for one year and during this time, she discovered that her strength and balance was weakening to the point that she needed assistance with bathing and dressing. Interim Healthcare provided these services within Magnolia Glen making my mother-in-law feel safer with her daily grooming needs. We repeatedly told my mother-in-law that her happiness and safety were top priorities and Magnolia Glen excelled in these areas. The need to transition to Magnolia Glen’s Assisted Living a year later was seamless and took less than 2 hours to move my mother-in-law. The care, patience and kindness of the CNA’s in Assisted Living reflect their dedication to caring for the elderly. The CNAs check on my mother-in-law often and are available when she buzzes for help. As we age, it seems that one does not want to cook, clean or do laundry and these services are provided by Magnolia Glen for each resident which makes each day a little nicer! With each new resident that moves to Magnolia Glen, ever changing lives are enriched!

I have so many things to be grateful for...Magnolia Glen is a wonderful place for my folks. I’m most impressed on how they have kept my parents safe during a global pandemic! ?????????? The staff is courteous. They place is beautiful. The building is clean. My parents are well-fed! Their needs are being met. They are also entertained! It takes a lot of planning and thought to pull all of these tasks off safely. I’m so impressed. ??????

We called Magnolia Glen when we realized that our mother could no longer live independently in her home. My sister and I live far away and we needed to move fast. [names removed] and the entire Magnolia Glen team went above and beyond the call of duty to make this transition simple and dignified. And all this in the context of Covid. With weekly testing and mandatory mask wearing, they are taking the necessary precautions to protect their residents. They rented furniture, helped her to move in, took time to explain the rental contact to our mother and made her feel so welcome. The facility is beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired) with a wonderful pool, common area, restaurant and her apartment was completely redone.They have numerous in-house services to give Mom the extra support she needs including meal delivery to her apartment, daily check-ins and emergency response. They also offer social and physical activities for those who wish to participate. They treat her like a valued new member of this community and we can all breath a sigh of relief knowing she is safe and well taken care of. I would recommend Magnolia Glen with no reservations. 5/5 stars !

I visited 'ilima At Leihano for my mom because I'm currently researching the best senior community, when the time comes. 'ilima At Leihano was the best so far as it is clean and located in a great area. They also served us lunch on the back lanai, which was delicious. We are 6 months out from moving, but 'ilima At Leihano is number one so far.

My auntie enjoyed living at 'ilima At Leihano . She loves the food, staff and care. She is kept busy with arts and crafts and outings. She couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

This was one of the most beautiful communities inside but also the grounds, flower beds, and Rose Garden! My mom loves her flower beds at home, and this is a way for her to still enjoy gardening! The staff was very pleasant, and called every resident by name. It is tender, compassionate people that love their jobs that truly matters. Big fancy new buildings don't have the same warm feeling as Cedarwood and the food was delicious!

I moved into Cedarwood three and a half years ago and I am reminded all the time what a good decision I made. It is easy to make friends with the residents and the staff is great. From the excellent food to the lovely courtyard and the many activities to attend, it is a wonderful place to live!

We lived in Chapel Hill and moved to a care. We visited multiple free tours in our area. The Cardinal was our top choice because it's new, in a very brand location, Under One Roof. we had not been deposited. The place has beautiful, communal areas, outside dining and wellness programs, and landscaped outdoor sitting areas. The staff is committed to proud top notch service. And it's a joy to live here.

The Cardinal at North Hills is a great choice for Senior Living, located in an active Urban setting. The Cardinal offers full service living under one roof, the entire campus is accessible by simply walking down the hallway. Dining is provided by several restaurants within the facility, each offering a variety have separated meal options, including apartment delivery if requested. Levels of care include independent living, assisted living, skilled care and memory Care. The major plus is the Kisco Senior Living Associates who are carefully chosen individual exhibit compassion service, and caring for seniors.

I have been very satisfied with The Cardinal from the very first day that we moved in. Our apartment is very spacious, private, and feels like home. We were welcomed into the community by everyone. The staff is attentive to our needs and are very professional and caring. Even during the pandemic, the meals serviced are excellent and delivered to our door. I like the fact that we can get caregivers and rehab services in our residence.

I love living at The Carindal. It opened [date removed] A rental OCRC with everything including meals, accessible without having to go outdoors, it offers activities and opportunities to engage one’s whole self. Creativity, mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially especially with laughter and fun. They are well educated and well traveled people ehre, people who have fascinating observations and intuitive, and those who simply have gained most wisdom from life experiences.

The Cardinal at North Hills is uniquely centered in a lively area. In the lobby is complementary and uplifting decor. The wellness staff is extraordinary, offering the only excellent exercise programs and intellectual occasional experiences. We are honored to say that The Cardinal is five star facility, all under one roof, with the most caring management and staff.

Park Terrace is a warm and engaging environment. We love the atmosphere and [name removed], the Wellness Director, is wonderful with the residents. She is always making plans for fun activities and has lots creative ideas to make her residents happy and to feel cared for. My daughter and I love volunteering for this organization

From top management to the caregivers, medtechs, activities dept, and all the wonderful staff at Park Terrace you will find professional, friendly, and almost a family type atmosphere. I am a Chaplain for Sea Crest Hospice and I visit weekly singing and encouraging the residents, and they love Park Terrace. Of course it is challenging during this Pandemic, and visits are outside patio visits, but the staff is doing a wonderful job caring for the physical, spiritual, and psycho-social needs of the residents. First class all the way!

Super impressed with this community! Friendly staff and residents. They seem like they know what they are doing vs some of the newer buildings. My father in law is planning to move here when he is ready.

Abbotswood at Stonehenge has provided an exceptional independent living experience for my mother for 9 years. The staff are all so caring and are always working to provide the best community atmosphere. While I was concerned about her transitioning from her house of 50+ years, the apartment at Abbotswood was exactly right and immediately became her home. The location in north Raleigh is near shopping, entertainment, and medical facilities.

My wife and I lived here 1.5 years. We find this a great place to live. Personal go beyond their duties. We would choose this place again.
