Beautiful facility and convenient to numerous amenities. People there are friendly always willing to help and look out for the best interest of their residents. Security is high priority for them as well. I would be honored to have one of my parents reside there.

Their Covid checking's is wonderful. One reason I came here. You care but why do accept new residents who are are not vaccinated.? Many activities to do; music brought in relax and listen to but we need more old folk music we listened to 1940's etc. Food can be good, glad they cut down on portions for women. Dining room too noisy. Help in thoughtful and kind. We need more knowledge of rules etc..

Woodlake Terrace is awesome. I have been socialized with other residents. Food and amenities are excellent. I try to attend most activities and socials. Staff here is top notch. I would highly recommend Woodland Terrace for people who would like to live here.

I have placed several clients at Woodland Terrace AL and MC and have always been so pleased. The care, staff, and environment are top notch.

I searched for three years and picked Woodland Terrace as my retirement home. It feels like a family where residents and staff show caring and concern every day. I am never bored at Woodland Terrace. Organized activities keep me involved with other residents. Sometime I exercise with a friend in the gym or walk around the lake and feed the ducks. My active life is good at Woodland Terrace.

My mom absolutely loves it here at Woodland Terrace. She has made friends here easily as the residents are so friendly. The staff really care about the residents. The campus is beautiful. The have so many activities for the residents to be involved in. I've been so impressed by WT that I now volunteer there every week.

Woodland Terrace is located on a beautiful lot with ample parking and a beautiful lake to view. All of their staff whether they are management, dining staff, housing or wellness are all courteous and strive to create a welcoming "at home" environment for residents to enjoy their golden years in. They offer a variety of activities on and off compass to help residents enjoy every day.

Wonderful people, wonderful residents, great feeling of peace survived weather, survived pandemic and survived changes. A caring staff, skillfully working through whatever comes along with good spirits, good food, and the very best of neighbors. God bless!

Our visits to Abbotswood at Irving Park have always been highlighted by the exceptional staff. While the grounds are beautiful and larger than you may expect, the staff has a friendliness that implies they have the heart and desire to work with older adults. The apartments are attractive and come in many styles that would suit a range of needs. The food is excellent, prepared by a dedicated dining staff that insists on resident input for what meals are included on the calendar. Overall, anyone looking for a unique and exemplary senior living community should reach out to the incredibly helpful Marketing team to learn more about this community.

All of the staff at Valencia Terrace work very hard and are friendly and cheerful, 98% of the time. Overall, this is a great place to live while the food is mostly satisfactory, it could use some improvement. Also Valencia offers many activities as well as classes such as exercise, craft, etc..

Our father was a man who was strong & wise. But as he aged & after mom passed, he began making poor decisions. We made the decision to seek a new living situation for him. We called Abbotswood. From the first phone call onward we felt encouraged & understood. It was a very personal experience with lots of empathy and lots of dignity shown for my dad. Everyone showed him respect and encouragement. My dad could be a bit, ahem, crabby at times but mostly driven by his declining independence. From his therapists who even helped him get organized to do his taxes, to the dining room coordinator who strategically placed him at a table with men he would enjoy conversation with to residents relations who helped him with every piece of technology...they were all wonderful. Sadly my dad passed away so it's taken a while to write this. However, in his final days, we knew he was safe and cared for while he was getting to maintain his independence. Highly highly recommend Abbotswood.

Relocating my 90-year-old mother from her home of close to 40 years was stressful and emotional for mom and me. The staff at made the move and transition easy, especially since I live out of state. The Senior Sales Director was awesome. I had to buy new furniture for mom and she helped me with measurements and furniture ideas since I live out of town. I spent the first day with the maintenance staff. They helped with the move in, hung TVs, put up a head board, offered to hang pictures and were there to do anything we needed. The Resident Relations Director, made mom feel at home. It is obvious she cares about the health, happiness and wellbeing of the residents. The staff in general are friendly and caring. The on-site hairdresser is a doll. Mom had her hair cut and colored. The hairdresser texted me a picture to show me how good mom looks. The grounds are gorgeous and the dog friendly environment is a bonus. I made the right decision choosing First Colonial Inn for my mother.

We went with Crestavilla because all of the reasons above that I gave a high rating to. They were clean, staff were friendly, and it just seemed like it would be the best fir for my brother. I would recommend to others looking.

I moved here a couple of months ago. This place has helped me heal from the kindness, treatment and cleaning my room and doing my laundry and eating 3 meals a day. I love my new friends here and the camaraderie. I also have a great physical therapist that is showing me stretching and exercises and I do it on my own everyday. Incredible, wonderful place to heal and live. I love my quiet room with a lovely view. A place to live forever!
