I toured this facility on [date removed]. It is a very luxurious place with all amenities that my dad would possibly require. [Name removed] gave me a thorough tour. He is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable.

They have normal assisted living rooms, and then about 5-6 rooms that meet the fire code for people who need help getting out when the fire alarm goes off. They didn't have one of those rooms available at the time that we needed it for our loved one. But they are right down the street from us, and definitely would have been a consideration. I thought it was very nice there.

I would tell others that it is one of the best communities in my area. I searched quite a few, and because it is only 2-3 years old, it has a lot more of the modern amenities. The cleanliness and friendliness is very important. My loved one moved in at the end of the pandemic, and the community is adding more activates back into their rotation.

We were very impressed with the care they showed our father, and we are very happy with BridgePoint.

While our loved one was there, the staff did such a great job. They took great care of our loved one, they were very accommodating and attentive.

The meals are not as good as we would want them to be, however the apartments are very nicely done and the space is very clean. The community and the people we met in the beginning were all fairly welcoming.

I would recommend you look into the community for your loved one. The staff are quick to respond to any requests. I'm really pleased with my loved one being here. The food has been fine for my loved one.

I was very pleased with the community. I really thought the person that I dealt with initially was very nice, and went out of their way to help me. They are allowing visitors to see their loved ones.

We chose Heritage Greens at the time because of the covid protocols. Outside of covid, we really liked the floor plan, the activities provided for residents, and amenities offered. The staff members were also extremely helpful. The apartment sizes are great, she has a 2 bedroom and it is lovely. I cannot say enough good things about it and I would highly recommend.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and our experience was really good. We were able to see the memory care unit and a few rooms in the memory care. They reminded us of studio apartments. Abbotswood was very clean and well kept.

I love the Abbotswood, I have no complaints at all. I think it is top notch all around. The staff members are very friendly as well as the other residents here. The community is kept very clean. The meals are great, and the activities are starting to come back. Everyone is just well cared for and it is a plus all around.

Excellent tour, very friendly staff, clean, bright atmosphere. We went back with our Mom and she loves it already!

We toured this facility and loved it. The people were absolutely fabulous. It is so beautiful and it has a homey feel to it. You can tell by the residents here that they receive good quality care. The only issue was it was too far for us.

I thought this community was great. They didn't have all the services I needed; however, they were willing to work with me and my loved one on a difficult case. The food was great and perfect, they weren't able to serve in the dining room due to the pandemic.

This community was very nice and we really liked it alot. The community had a very nice tour also.

We are able to do an in person tour and the experience was excellent. It is so warm, loving and beautiful. It would of been our number one choice but the value was just to expensive. Our loved one would of had a room on the first floor that looked right out to the beautiful patio. They staff were so warm and welcoming, and there was a low turnover rate so the staff there are very long term. We just have nothing but positive feedback

The staff are caring. They offer good activities, for instance we especially enjoyed a couple of winter festivals in the parking lot where they encouraged families to meet their loved ones there, while implementing socially distancing, to enjoy some music and adult cocktails. There are open outdoor courtyards that the families can meet in. It's close to shops, hotels, and dining areas. The price is reasonable considering all the activities going on. The staff did have a difficult time keeping up with all the changes and challenges of Covid, but I feel like they did a good job of having community safety in mind but also balancing the need for the residents to have social interaction with other residents and their families. They seemed to be good about using outdoor space so we could still see our loved on during this time. We've heard of complete lockdowns at other facilities, and we chose this one for their flexibility while still maintaining safety protocol. They only had one suspected case of Covid, so they went under quarantine until they could verify. And it ended up not being Covid. So they never did have any confirmed cases, which is fantastic with all the seniors and families coming and going.

Such a beautiful community with friendly staff and residents.

We were able to tour this community in person and the experience was wonderful. It was a beautiful place we wish we could of moved our loved one in but the value was just to high. The staff was great and accommodating. The day of our toured it rained and they actually got a golf cart to drive us around.

The community is very clean, and the staff members would get a 10 plus for friendliness. Everyone here is so happy, friendly and the activities are nice they are adding more and more every day.
