We have lived here 2 months and love it. Getting out of the responsibility of a home and landscape at our age (85) has taken away a lot of stress - mentally and physically. We feel like being pampered every day, with great food, making new friends with relaxed and nice people. We are so glad that [name removed] showed us good reasons to move here, rather than one of the other places we looked at. We love our new home, the staff, and all who make sure our needs are taken care of.

The meals are wonderful and they give you a lot of food. The staff are great! There is a new schedule of activities each day given to the residents. The community always has something going on for the residents to participate in. The community is only three years old and most of all the staff have been there since the community opened.

I saw evidence of good gardening and building upkeep, happy people everywhere.

We chose Emerald Court because of the overall cleanliness of the facility as well as the value for the money was better here. They have a variety of apartment sizes based on what your loved one needs. He has been very satisfied with the food the they offer a lot of choices. They do have a lot of activities provided for residents. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

Our family had an in person tour and I thought it was wonderful, I really liked this community especially because they had a bar. However, my sister thought it was to big and did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling about it.

My parents arrived at Magnolia Glen last November. At least once a week my Mom makes a comment about how wonderful the people (residents and staff) are and how everyone is kind and caring. My parents are thriving. They feel safe and are happy to be part of such a fantastic community.

Just one way to describe the luncheon today at Crestavilla. From the beauty of the table setting to each of the multi courses served, it was a truly delightful culinary experience. We, as residents, are so fortunate to have all of you caring for us through our food/meals.

I cannot tell you how impressed my family is with Balfour Littleton. My father had to go into memory care in January and it was so stressful because covid restrictions wouldn't allow us to tour any of the assisted care living facilities. After 2 weeks we pulled him out of a facility that had little or no communication with us and placed him in Balfour's care. The care givers have been amazing! During the lock down they had excellent communications with us and it was from all of their staff. They have "wowed" us many, many times by going above and beyond what we expected of them. Now that we can enter the facility we have been able to see their expert care giving hands on. These amazing people truly love working with the elderly and it shows! Thanks you so much Balfour team for turning this horrific, unexpected experience into a beautiful, loving experience for my family and especially for my Dad. You are all angels

I am a caregiver for a woman who has lived at Crestavilla for the past month. I have been amazed at how wonderful the staff are. [name removed] who is a manager, is an ANGEL. He is so patient, kind, accommodating, and yet professional. My lady has some physical disabilities and -name removed]l could not do enough to assist her with her meal needs. He is cheerful and like I mentioned above, he is an ANGEL. My words cannot do his goodness and kindness justice. A very special person. [name removed] is doing exactly what he should be doing - helping others help themselves. [name removed], thank you for all your help. I wish you the very best, you deserve it. You are an asset to Crestavilla and what they are looking to achieve in the community. First class and kindness.

From the beautifully set table to the perfectly prepared food … it was a delight ! Every dish was fresh , colorful and meticulously presented… Creative to the MAX ! The service was excellent… even the waitstaff had big smiles as they brought in the “Smokey domes”. A memorable meal! Thank you all .

I love good food but I had no idea Crestavilla would rank #1 on my list of fine dining plus. And I get to live here. Just this Wednesday I had the privilege of participating in a superb dining adventure, one that will forever be imprinted in my mind as well as taste buds. I believe it was for “Adventurous Eaters”. The elegance, beauty as well as presentation were ahhhh producing from all attendees. We were seated amidst a garden of flowers on the table since it was a garden theme. Our fabulous chefs had followed that theme with the use of delightful garden seeds, veggies, edible flowers, and fowl. I’ve not experienced better risotto, a blend of mushrooms and spices. A most fun addition were the adorable spade and shovel utensils. Unique! Champagne accompanying of course. The entire experience was one that certainly adds to a fabulous life at Crestavilla.

After a lot of research into assisted living facilities when I realized it was time to move into assisted living. I wanted a place where the people were active and that had varied activities. I have found this and so much more at Crestavilla. I moved in on [dateremoved]. I have a beautiful apartment and, since the building is only 3 years old, it is very up to date. The food is fabulous. No kidding! They are also very accommodating if you have special needs. In this short time that I am here, I truly feel that this is my home. I have me wonderful people both in staff and tenants. Every Tuesday and Thursday we have entertainment and get togethers. There is an art studio and, since I am an artist, I will be using it shortly. I have gotten stronger since I am here and the lack of stress is wonderful. I highly recommend Crestavilla to anyone looking for a place where you can have as much assistance as you want or need and live as if you are on a cruise every day.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We chose The Fountains because of the location of the facility, availability at the time, and the floor plan. The apartment sizes here are great. Everybody here is overwhelmingly polite, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend to others looking. I would tell others thought that if your loved one has more advanced memory problems, it would not be the best fit. More for those who are more independent and do not wander.

I love it here, the residents and staff members are friendly. I like the look of the community. There are so many activities to do here, and just like most places the dining service is a little slow. They are having trouble with staffing but if you are patient it doesn't matter.

The staff is wonderful. The activities are unbelievable. You could be busy all day if you wanted to be. I just can't say enough about the staff and the way everybody treats us and each other. It's just a wonderful place to be, and I'm very happy here.

I think it is a wonderful environment to start with your loved one at. Your loved one can go from Independent Living to Assisted Living to Memory Care all in the same community. They have all the resources available for your loved one here.
