Atria is a beautiful and clean residence. I was fortunate to visit this location a few times. My interactions with the staff were very pleasant and [name removed] was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional . I highly recommend this place

What a pleasure it is to have a person such as Julie at Crestavilla As a local she has given me countless tips about great restaurants etc in the area. She is charming, she is nice and she is very knowledgeable. She is so pleasant that she actually bright up the front desk with her charisma. They are lucky to have a person such as this with her dedication and devotion employed at the desk.

Let me introduce myself-I am a lawyer from Illinois and for the last 60 years, owned and managed a large apartment complex in Peoria Illinois. The reason I mention this is that I am most familiar with the accommodation that need to be accorded to residents. Although of course we don't have a meal plan, the residential situation is much the same as occurs in Crestavilla. Because of this, I know successful management. From my experience I can appreciate the operation that the ED [name removed] so fastidiously has put together and maintains. He obviously hires only the best, most personable and devoted personnel. I have to say under his watch, I consider everyone totally charming and accommodating and professional as their position. It is just a rarity that I see this experience as exists here. They run a tight ship but with caring and devotion. Oh I should mention the food, i can not believe the quality of the meals. Each meal surpassed the last. Interestingly enough, if you do not like the menu for a certain evening, we can pick from a general all the time menu. I am so impressed with the operation and the total enjoyment of living in Crestavilla.

[Name Removed] are so good and accommodating and really represent just a pleasure to be in their company. They are both extremely competent and do their job to the utmost perfection. They are pleasant beyond words and truly are a extreme credit to Crestavilla. I have to say a special word about [Name Removed]. She has a unique personality and actually brings joy and fun to her duties. The whole atmosphere is greatly improved by these two girls-over the top nice. I cannot say enough about them.

I have lived in Crestavilla for two years and the staff is great. [names removed] are so accommodating and really represent Crestavilla and Atria well. They are both beyond words and a extreme credit to the community. They are so competent and do their job tp the utmost perfection. The entire team bring joy and fun to their duties. Just about two years ago I came to tour the community. My daughter and I met with [name removed] who guided the tour and invited us to lunch. This was my first contact with Crestvilla. She was delightful and knowledgeable and professional. She learned that I liked hershey kisses and border collies and arranged a bucket of kisses and photo of a border collie to be placed in the room she exhibited. We were very impressed and I considered the likelihood of residency as I matured. Early this summer as I sought to leave Palm Springs heat, I made contact again to determine if I could spend the summer. She gleefully indicated yes. My next contact was [name removed] for contract signing and she was likewise charming and knowledgeable and also most professional. I have encountered her many times while at Crestavilla and always sensed the caring and warmth she exhibits. I must say that I am most impressed with the team who work here.

This community was extremely clean and keeping the residents safe during COVID. I would recommend this community to friends. They took very good care of my loved one. They have independent, assisted, and memory care options. The room was great, they cleaned the room, dressed her, did my loved one's laundry. They even assisted with helping with her daily living activities. They had to pay a full month in advance, and this would be the only negative. The admission process was a little bit of a hassle as well.

Park Terrace's staff is courteous, patient, responsive, and professional. What I particularly like is that they tailor care to their patients' needs specifically, which helps them work efficiently together with out hospice agency. The Medtechs are all very easy to work with. The facility is elegant, clean, and well organized every time I come by for a visit. They are a highly valued partner for our agency and we are thankful to work together!

We found this place for Mom & Dad after it became too hard for them to climb stairs in their house. I have to say it was a stroke of luck and good fortune. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and caring. They make you feel comfortable about your decision to place family at Crestavilla. True to their word, we can be the "kids" and they are the caregivers. The facility is outstanding and the activities and amenities are diverse and top-of-the-line. We have no qualms about the care our parents receive and we can see it in their faces and hear it in their voices. Crestavilla's response to COVID-19 has been nothing short of outstanding. While it's difficult to only talk on the phone, we know they are safe from the virus. The precautions and protocols that have been implemented have kept all the residents safe and healthy. Crestavilla is a great community and we are thankful the Mom & Dad can reside there, knowing they are safe and well cared for around the clock.

I am a resident at Crestavilla and feel very lucky to be living this amazing life style.

I have been a resident for 6 years. Since Covid - 19 has taken its toll on us, all the staff are to be commended. They are working overtime to keep us fit and happy. But I know we are all looking forward to getting back to some form of normalcy and enjoy [name removed]'s creations in the Bistro. On a personal note, since moving to PT, I have discovered an organization called Knots of Love. We make hats etc. which are sent all the country to cancer centers, Veteran’s hospitals, and given to patients who have lost their hair due to chemo. gives me pleasure knowing I am still able to help others. I’ve just taken up coloring as another great way to relax.

We really liked the location Heritage Greens is in, its very convenient to us. The food they serve at this community is about average. The rooms provided for the residents at this community are good. We would recommend this community to a family or friend

I think Mom would be taken care of well here. It is on my top 3.

Visited and will be be very amendability to me Moving there in the near future. Couldn,t ask for a more beautiful choice for senior living.

My sisters and I are so happy with our choice to place our parents in Crestavilla. Both of them have dementia (Mom has FTD and dad, Alzheimer’s). Since they were not able to stay home anymore we spent a lot of time researching senior living facilities in the OC area. Since the first day in January 2020, we believe they are in the best hands possible. Crestavilla’s staff is amazing. [name removed] is a Godsend and is available 24/7. Their in-house doctor visits them every Friday. The care staff is compassionate and patient. The food and beverages are top notch. The architecture and interior design of the buildings makes us proud to show where are parents are now living. Of course COVID hit in mid-March and the facility had to pivot to keep all residents safe. They have been wonderful making concessions and organizing FaceTime calls and window visits. Although we are saddened that our parents can’t leave the facility on excursions like before, they have really made it extra special for them by hosting educational happy hours and exotic meals as if they were traveling all the sandy beaches on earth. We look forward to the day we can return to a new normal, but we feel secure in knowing our parents are being loved and cared for.

I have been a resident of Valencia Terrace for seven years and I have been more than satisfied in every respect. I am now 99 years old, and my excellent health is a testimony to the wonderful care I am receiving. My family members are appreciative of the quality of my life at the age of 99, and they are grateful to V.T.

Love Cedarwood! My parents were so worried about moving to an Independent Living Community, and they are so happy they did! They are making friends, having fun, eating great food, feeling safe, have no stress, are still able to spend time with loved ones, and they over all feel taken care of. If you are thinking of moving a loved one in a senior living community, go to Cedarwood! You won't regret it! They are worth spending a bit more, as you get a lot more for your money with Cedarwood.

Working with many clients moving to Abbotswood over the past years, I have become very familiar with the genuine positivity of the staff, the exceptional cleanliness, delicious food and beverage services, and attentive health care. The activities staff is also very creative. My clients often say Abbotswood is certainly not just a retirement community, it is “home.”

Heritage Green is a beautiful community. I highly recommend this community for any loved one that needs additional help. They will be cared for safely while maintaining their integrity. I can’t say enough about their staff as well: friendly , supportive , nice and welcoming.

This is most inviting community I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming , friendly and nice. The apartments , independent townhomes and skilled care are top notch. By the way the food is delicious. Our uncle lived here and we loved visiting him. I highly recommend Abbottswood.
