My mom is 100 1/2 years old, and in the last 5+ years that she has been living at The Inn at Brookline's Juniper Village, her eyesight and hearing have been failing. All the staff, including administration, nursing, activities, kitchen, servers and aides, etc have all been kind, flexible, and supportive. The people make the place!

So thankful for this community. My mom lived in Florida and I live in PA. I needed a safe place for my mom to move into that would provide daily activities, main meals, supervision, and love. Juniper has surpassed my expectations. Amazing activities 7 days/week, healthy meals, weekly cleaning (+ over-and-above love from Nancy) it is a place where everybody knows my mom's name. Peace for me!!

Before my husband's move to JV I toured 6 other homes. What set JV at Mt Joy apart was the smiles and eye contact of the staff and the residents. We felt it indicated a happy environment. JV at Mt Joy is a truly pleasant place to live; clean and well-appointed. But most important is the care my husband receives. His needs are anticipated and fulfilled with kindness. His call bell is answered promptly. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you to all the staff at JV at Mt Joy for the excellent care my husband receives.

The time came to be that Dad was not able to safely live by himself in his house. Local referrals indicated this facility was top-notch. Dad was reluctant to make the move, and at times still is, but he regularly remarks how clean and nice it is at this facility. We as family are more than pleased with the consistent level of care given to Dad. Truly a GREAT choice for us. Highly recommend this place.

Juniper Village is a very well-maintained senior care community. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The nursing staff are caring and very friendly. The residents all seem to be happy and enjoy each others company.

I have entrusted the care of my mother to Juniper since 2008 and have been extremely satisfied with the dedication and professionalism of the staff. They are responsive to our questions and concerns and have gone above and beyond to work with her on a daily basis. A benefit that we appreciate is that the facility is an ideal size where families can get to know the staff and communicate with them easily. I feel comfortable knowing that she is being cared for by such patient, caring individuals.

Wonderful facility! My father has lived here for 3 years, and I have /never/ worried about him or the care he receives. The staff is exceptional - many have been there for 10 + years. Dad is treated like a person living in his home - rather than a patient. I highly recommend Juniper Village!

I have lived here since the week before Thanksgiving 2015. I am in the Assisted Care Living, as I needed rehab. My hips and legs were very weak due to a long stay in the hospital. The therapy I got was top notch, as I now use my walker and can walk short distances without it. The staff here are all great, and I was treated with utmost care. The activities are great, and there's lots to do! I will be leaving this month and I will miss ALL of my friends. I love them all.

Our family is so very pleased with the individualized care of our loved one. Everyone knows each resident by name, even if they do not provide direct care for the resident. We could not be happier, and have comfort and peace-of-mind knowing that our sweet Joan is being taken care of like a family member.

Good staff. My loved one is very happy to be here. Michele is a great asset to the staff. Always clean and never a bad odor.

The staff at Juniper is professional, caring and encouraging. Their compassion for my dad was evident from the first day. They have my deepest gratitude.

Things are going fine since my father has moved to Juniper Village. In fact my mother has now moved there as well. This community is just what we were looking for. My father is doing as well as I can hope for. The best thing is the attentiveness of the staff, not just the management, shich are wonderful. The staff is taking good care of him and are very capable from top to bottom. My father loves the activities, he participates in all of them, he really enjoys them. The food is good as well.

Mom has been at Juniper Village for some time now and will be coming home soon. The experience we've all had there has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and although Mom hasn't been participating in any activities, there's plenty for the residents to do and they have tried to encourage her to participate it's just not her thing. Mom likes the food and Juniper Village is just a nice place all the way around! We are very happy with them.

A beautiful place, with high recommendations. Also rather expensive. This would be our choice if we could afford it.

Things are going just fine. My Mom has been pleasantly surprised I think that she is very happy there.

If you're looking for the highest possible quality care for your senior family member, Juniper Village at Forest Hills is the place to go - warm, welcoming, clean and compassionate, this place has it all. My family is so thrilled with the care my father is getting at Juniper, that my cousins just moved my aunt there. Now we all have peace of mind!

I knew the moment I stepped foot into Juniper that my Dad would be taken care of. Upon meeting the staff, I felt immediately comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the food very good and there is always an event happening to keep everyone busy!! The most important thing for my father and I was to have open communication between all of us. Whether it was my father not feeling well, a snack wanted or needed in the night or a helping hand....a call to the doctor, help scheduling or discussing a weekly meal plan...Junipers staff was there. My father recently passed away and my family and I were able to be there. Juniper helped make that moment possible. Juniper also helped my father have Hospice care right there in the facility. It couldn't have been any better anywhere else. Yes, Juniper was a blessing sent to my family and made the last few months of my father's life one that he could enjoy. We were able to sign him out for the day and take him places then bring him back to his room. He was able to enjoy the ice cream socials every Monday. There are so many things to say and I just cannot say enough. Some of the staff even took the time out of their day; to attend my Dad's funeral and that I shall never forget. The staff is wonderful, giving, caring and have personalities. They aren't the type to just walk around in robot mode. I would like to publicly thank Juniper for all that they have done for my family and most of all; the time they took to take care of my Father, who was so very special to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Juniper-you are truly the best!

Wendy is a fantastic resource. Runs a beautiful facility and I would recommend Harbour to anyone. Great location and the place is clean, friendly and very welcoming. Chocolate chip biscuits are, well....you just have to taste them to judge. YUMMY!!!!

Brookdale Preston is a 5 +. I am very very pleased. My sister is happy there. She gets a long well with everyone. Having her at this facility is one of the best decisions I have made. They went on a tour recently while we were visiting and she didn't care anything about staying with us. She was ready to get on the bus and go with the residents. We are very pleased with everything here. We are astonished is the best way I can put it.

So far I am satisfied with Juniper Village at Forest Hills. The staff here are very caring and attentive. She is still adjusting right now. She is not at the point where she is participating in activities but I know that will come with time. Overall it has been a good experience so far.
