Juniper Communities

We are very impressed with our tour at Juniper Village, and are looking forward to eventually moving there. The apartment we viewed is beautiful, along with all the amenities included with the overall cost. [Name removed] is a very talented hostess, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are sure she is liked very much by all the current people at Juniper Village. We want to thank [name removed] for her time with us, and explaining everything to us. And again, we are hopeful of selling our current home and becoming permanent tenants at Juniper Village.

The care that is provided in this facility is outstanding. Many of the staff have worked here for 15-20 years. They tend to the residents needs with obvious concern and care. The facility is clean and well taken care of. They deal with the residents as individuals and meet their individual needs.

I would like to thank the staff at Juniper Village- Wellspring for their caring and compassionate help these last few difficult months. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to help my mother, to the point of spoon feeding her milk when she was unable to drink through a straw. This week, when she went home to be with our Lord, they gave her respect and dignity and lots of hugs and tears for me. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff is superb! They are so knowledgeable and very experienced. They know exactly how to handle my husband. The layout of the 4 houses is also excellent, giving him lots of room to walk both inside and outside. Activities are wonderful.

I will forever be grateful for all the love and care the team of Poets Walk has bestowed upon my loved one. It’s something wonderful to know that when you leave the place your loved one is in great care. The team work and Dedication shows.

Poet's Walk has been a God send to my father...and to our family! The welcoming they gave my father, when he arrived for the very first time was amazing. He was greeted with a beautiful potted plant. What I loved about Poets Walk is that they listen to the needs and interests of their residents. My father has always had a green thumb and gardening has always been a passion of his. By gifting him a plant was a pleasant surprise and a treat for him. He also loves Frank Sinatra, and they play music from "Ole Blue Eyes" often, which seems to make my father happy. The nursing care has been great and activities, I just can't say enough. The icing on the cake has been the inclusion of a Social Worker at Poet's Walk...[name removed]. Wow!! Having a social worker available at all times is just simply incredible!! The new friends my Dad has started to make has been wonderful. Seeing my once social as a butterfly father open up again and socialize with other residents, has been a joy to watch. Thank you Poets Walk team, for your continued hard work. I know my family and father, appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. ~A VERY happy daughter/ family ??????

I toured many facilities and found this be by far the best -- long-term employees, great activities and activity directors and good caregivers (all alzheimer's trained). The facility has lots of walking space and a huge outdoor area where summer barbecues are provided for families!

Caregivers, Nurses, Directors, are all amazing. They show my mom such caring love. Mom fell and broke her hip. I was in Calif at the time and couldnt get home till the next day. The nurse [name removed] called me right away and the director [name removed] stayed with my mom until 11:30pm. Her caregivers have visited mt mom in the hospital several times.

With dignity and compassion, the dedicated and professional staff at Juniper Village allows our mother to live her life to the fullest by providing high quality care, balanced nutritious meals, and engaging activities. Juniper Village has enhanced the quality of life for our mother. She is happy to call Juniper Village her home.

Our family could not have asked for any better pace for DAD to live. We cared for ALWAYS. Fantastic staff ALWAYS. Highly recommended.

My mother has been very well cared for by the wonderful staff at Juniper Village. She is far happier than we thought she would be in a memory care facility.

For the last 5 years, Juniper Village at Williamstown has been home for my almost 95 year old mother. The care she has received has been wonderful! I can't say enough about her aids. They are friendly and caring but mostly patient with my sometimes feisty mom. Since moving to the memory care building, her dementia has progressed significantly. The nurses and aids have been encouraging and loving to me personally as well. I recommend Juniper if you are looking for a home for your loved one.

My mother has been in Juniper’s Wellspring memory unit since [date removed] Since her move from the assisted living, she has been so happy and more alert. The staff in Wellspring are so dedicated to the residents each and every day. The executive director and the nursing director communicate with me all the time, which is comforting to me. Truly I am delighted to have my mother in such a loving environment.

Juniper is a great help for myself as well as everyone else. At Juniper you feel a sense of family, warmth, and tremendous amount of love. Everyone that works here has been nothing but amazing especially the management. They have done so many amazing things and go above and beyond to make everyone happy and feel safe. Sincerity and love are what you feel when you walk in the door, and the same feeling carries you as you walk out.

Just wanted to write a wonderful review about Juniper Village in Williamstown. My mom has been there for a little over 2 years now and I can not say how wonderful they are. They are compassionate, caring, attentive to my Mom's needs. They are always available when I have a question or concern. [name removed] and [name removed] will call me when they think something is not OK with my Mom. I never feel like I am a bother to them or any question or concern is a problem for them. Everyone there including the nurse, housekeeping, med techs, maintance, cook etc are all wonderful. I could not be happier with Juniper Village.

I love living here. Anything I need or I would like to have they get it done for me. My children have recommended this place and they love it. I would recommended for anyone's loved one. The staff are happy kind and treats me great. They always joking around with us its so nice. The activities are fun and on going all day. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live

My mother has been at Juniper Village for almost 10 years. Several months ago, we had to make a change and move her over to dementia care. [name removed], the administrator, was wonderful assisting me with this move. Emotionally, this was extremely difficult for both my mother and myself. The support the staff and administration gave us was tremendous. My mother is thriving in the unit as she joins in the activities . The activities are varied, and the activity staff uplifting and caring. I have the confidence that my mother is getting the best care. Thank you staff and administration for all that you do.
