My loved one loves the food at Juniper Village.

Our family had an in person tour and Juniper Village was very elegant and very nice, however due to our loved ones state of health we weren't looking for elegant and nice. We needed a community that was going to be capable of handling her health and we ended up finding another facility. But Juniper Village was still a great tour experience.

Juniper Village at Aurora is a excellent memory care facility! The staff provides residents with a comfortable, caring, and loving environment for each individual resident.

Juniper Village is very clean, sometimes with communities and caring for elderly residents there may be unpleasant odor, but not that this community. The staff are very friendly, they usually talk to you as you walking around, call you by name and even talk about things your loved one is getting involved in. Our loved one is very happy and satisfied with the meals. Our loved one is diabetic, and at their previous community all they served was pasta and potatoes, but here they are serving fresh vegetables and fruit every day. Our loved one grew up in the country, and Juniper Village has a beautiful court yard with flowers, trees, benches and places to walk around. Also, everything is all on one level.

Mom was at the point where she couldn't live by herself or manage her own affairs anymore. I selected Juniper Village Paramus for their assisted living, and I've been very happy with that choice. She immediately began receiving regular medical and psychological care, and they brought her depression and anxiety under control within a matter of weeks. The facility is bright and clean, and the management and staff are wonderful and responsive. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied for most of the day, along with an on-site beauty salon. Mom is the happiest I've seen her in many years, thanks to Juniper.

Our tour here was great. The facility was brand new and beautiful. Everything was high-end. The director was super friendly and super nice. Originally I would have picked this community. But after taking with family members, we determined that at the end of the day, it would have been too much for our dad in his cognitive condition. It was truly like a 5-star hotel there. Very beautiful. But he just wouldn’t have been able to utilize and enjoy all of the extra amenities.

The Administration and Staff our outstanding. Everyone is friendly and caring. The abundance of activities offered keep the residents engaged. The facility is always clean.

From my heart and soul, I’m sharing this review so the world will know how Juniper has changed my friend’s life. She’s in her late eighties and suffers from Parkinson’s, critical stage dementia, blindness and COPD. The triage of compassionate medical personnel and caregivers is truly beyond my expectations. Not only was the on-boarding a flawless experience for my friend, but every day that I visit her I see joy, delight, and an eagerness to socialize with other residents. Her sparkle is back and her attitude is pure happiness. Comfortable seating alcoves, beautifully crafted meals (served on glass plates with cloth napkins!!), well-designed resident rooms, and activities designed to help her thrive are refreshing and obviously working. Kudos to our PFM advocate, [name removed]. and the Juniper team for improving my friend’s life beyond measure – she’s in the most trusted care I could have hoped for.

The directors were superb in their knowledge of what my mom needed to feel comfortable. The support staff, to include the activities director, went up and beyond to showcase the benefits of the center. The center was clean and the food menu was tailored for quality. Each room could be adjusted to fit one desires and the price for what one receives is substantial. I strongly recommend this assistant living to put your love ones.

We chose Juniper Village because of the location, it is closer to family. Also the value for the money and the first person I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room sizes at the facility are adequate. I think that the staff are very friendly and really listen to you when you have any question or concerns. They have tons of activities provided for the residents. I would recommend them to others.

My mother was in a car accident in Pennsylvania and needed assisted living for a few months. I live in California and was so worried about being so far away. Juniper Village has put my mind at ease. My mother is not only receiving excellent medical care but she is treated with respect and kindness. The driving that takes her to various doctor’s appointments is very jovial and makes it a pleasant experience. [name removed] has gone above and beyond. I don’t know what I would have done without her expertise. The staff at Juniper Village really cares about the welfare of the residents. I highly recommend this community.

I recently took a tour of the facility as I was looking for a place for my mother. Juniper Village is a beautiful facility with a number of amenities. The staff is very friendly and [name removed] was amazing in telling me everything I needed to know about the facility. She was very comprehensive on the tour and made sure she pointed out everything possible to me. I would recommend Juniper Village to anyone!

Very pleased with our Mom’s experience so far. Juniper met all the needs we were looking for . Good location, beautiful and homey campus, good staff and other amenities to help her feel at home and well cared for. The welcome, the day she moved in, was warm, sincere and helpful for her to transition from her home. We appreciate the encouragement to always call if we have questions. We are impressed with Juniper’s style of management, corporate and local.

This is a great place. They were very welcoming and very willing to work with our unique situation, which was very much appreciated. We were very much treated like individuals, and they took the time to work through unique details with us. They were incredibly caring, and they made a difficult transition very successful. Our loved one enjoyed the activities very much. She particularly enjoyed the exercise program and liked to be active. She also enjoyed the social community aspects of being around other people and being able to talk with them. Her room was incredibly clean, and somebody came into room daily to make her bed. We were very impressed. There were never any smells, her bathroom was clean, and everything was always immaculate.

The staff is very friendly and they do a great job taking care of my loved ones. The food could be better but they do offer activities for the residence to participate in. I would recommend this community based on my experience.

We chose Juniper Village because it was recommended to us and I also did some background work on it and saw that they got high reviews, they looked like the best in the state. They are hyper vigilant as far as the persons health, always on the look out for any changes, and they call often to make sure they update you on your loved one. It has been great and we have no complaints, we love it here. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It is a very nice community, it's not fancy. Best place I've seen so far. The staff was excellent to work with. They were prompt in taking care of things and returning phone calls. The rooms are on the smaller side.

My mother has resided at the community since [date removed]. She feels very safe and comfortable with the staff and the aides. My mother is busy everyday with all of the activities they offer...in fact it is hard to catch her in her room! The people are genuine and truly care about their residents. I and my mother would recommend the community to others.

My mother has been at Juniper Village since [date removed]. The services are good. The healthcare staff is respectful, accessible and responsive. The apartment is a perfect size for her and she feels safe and at home. We looked a lot of other communities before she moved there and I can honestly say Juniper Village at Forest Hills is one of the best personal care communities in Pittsburgh!!

My Mother has been a resident at Juniper Village since [date removed] and we have been very satisfied with the care and services. They have a great menu and meal selections, there are activities and programs everyday, the building is very clean, and the nursing staff does a great job of communicating with us regarding our Mother and her care needs. We have recommended Juniper Village to other families, and would highly recommend them to you for your loved one!
