It's vibrant, engaging, well managed, and they actually LOVE what they do. Every place out there has its ups and downs. This place manages them and doesn't try to sugar coat concerns but addresses them. We are more than pleased with absolutely everything. Worth Every cent

I would have liked Juniper Village. They had what I needed for my loved one. The people were friendly and accommodating. This was one of my top two choices for a place for my loved one. They also had memory care unit, which I was looking for.

The staff were great. They were very attentive, caring, and compassionate. They looked out for my dad's dignity. They were just awesome. The common spaces of the facility were very nice. There were different places you could go if you wanted some privacy. It's set up very nicely and has a homey feeling. Really the only issue was my loved one didn't care for the food. But when he passed away, they staff were absolutely wonderful Quite a few of our family members were there visiting, and they brought pitchers of water and juice to us and were very attentive asking if we needed anything. And when he passed, they were very compassionate and made it as comfortable of an experience as possible. I would highly recommend them to other families.

The staff members at Juniper Village are all so wonderful friendly and cooperative. They are one of the sole reason we chose this community for our loved one. Sometimes the meals are a hit or miss but overall when we speak to our loved one they are pretty good.

If you find you can not take care of your loved one at home anymore, look no farther. Juniper Village is a one of a kind immaculate facility where the employees make each resident and his/her family member feel like their individual needs are just as important as everyone else. The activities are well thought out and planned with the needs of their elderly residents. The directors and staff made the transition for my loved one smoother than I could have ever imagined.

My mother went reluctantly. She now looks forward to being with her new friends, eats well and the facility is very clean. Everyone is eager to help. Overall it has been a very good experience. There is a new person doing activities and it really makes all the difference. Avoiding boredom is paramount to good mental health. My mother feels at home and her family has peace of mind. .

This is one of the best communities in the area for the price. It is well managed and a good price. They have activities like opera reviews and more to interest the residents. This is a good physical facility.

I've had the pleasure of witnessing the connection between the staff and residents at Juniper Village Aurora and I can say without hesitation that I would highly recommend this warm, welcoming and home feeling community for your loved ones. They provide many activities and a safe place for social interaction. The quality of care is exceptional and the experienced, loving and hard working staff do an excellent job providing their residents with the support, dignity and compassion they need.

The community is clean and maintained well. The staff is pleasant, and the food is acceptable. The staff makes sure to include visitors if they are there (especially for events)

I have been a Hospice Chaplin and visiting this community multiple times a week for 6 years. In my opinion, Juniper Village at Aurora is the best memory care community in the city! The staff is diligently attentive to residents and clearly cares about them. I anticipate, I will be placing my own mother at Juniper Village Aurora within the next year or 2.

Our family recently had to place our loved one and after much research and tours we are so fortunate to have found Juniper Village. The feeling we had when we first walked in was different than other places. It felt like a safe, comfortable homelike environment where residents are treated with respect and their individual needs and personalities are accepted and nurtured. The staff are amazing and take the time to get to know the residents and are treated as family, which is reflected in low staff turn over through the years. The E.D. [name removed] is always involved, engaged in activities and available to residents and families. Juniper has been a blessing to our family.

The care at this community is above and beyond the industry standard. Everyone in the community is involved and active in the resident care. The compassion the staff has for their resident is EXCEPTIONAL. I would highly recommend Juniper Village at Aurora to anyone in search of Memory Care for their loved ones.

I play music at Juniper Village, approximately twice a month. The residents are super friendly and love seeing us come in to play. When we get a chance to talk with them, they tell us their stories. The building itself has a warm friendly atmosphere. I can tell the residents are treated well because they all come out to hear us and look happy. We play at many retirement homes and not all residents are well cared for and happy at the others; you can tell from talking to the residents which places are good and which are not. Juniper is great!

Our family had an in person tour and we loved Juniper Village that was my first choice, great first impression right off the bat

We got a good value out of this community and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved one. The food is excellent and good and the staff are very good with the residents also.

The leadership at The Landing of Washington Square really does try the way the rest of the staff work with the residents.

We chose Juniper Village because when we visited we just got a good feeling and could tell that the staff were good people. We thought this was the best choice and the price was right for what was provided. The layout of the facility is really nice for seniors. The food is very good and they are chef prepared meals. It has been a good experience and we would recommend to others looking.

The staff made the move in process very and smooth. The cost of the care may be about 15 - 20% over service value. Although the staff does do a great job of taking care of my loved one.
