We took a tour of this beautiful community and were very impressed with the layout and amenities. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what is needed to care for those individuals with dementia. I would encourage families to take a look for their loved ones and believe you will be happy with the walking path and neighborhoods. You do truly feel at home.

I'm so glad that the family chose this community for my in-laws. Its been wonderful so far. The staff is caring and attentive. They wanted to stay close to friends and family. They still are driving but if they can't the community will take them to doctors appointment or the grocery store if they needed to. The food is great 3 meals a day with lots of variety. The activities are good like the exercise classes, singing and some times outings for lunch. The courtyard is nicely landscaped and has a walking trail in the back. I would recommend this to anyone.

My experience with Milestone Senior Living has been excellent. Their staff is patient, caring and compassionate. They are responsive to any questions I have/had, as well as communicating any concerns they may have to me. They strive to tailor their services to meet the individual needs of those in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend Milestone Senior Living to friends or family members.

Our family member, [Removed] has been very well taken care of by your staff. We feel that [Removed] are exceptional in their duties. They are patient, caring & treat [Removed] like family. His quality of life has been enhanced since moving to Sunset Park vs: other facilities he lived in.

Sunset is a great place, employees are friendly and always helpful.

It is a very nice place for your loved one to live. The workers are all so kind. The food is excellent. The place never smells which is a plus. A lot of activities are always planned.

Great place for my Mom. Care and resident assistants take good care of her. I never worry about her.

I like this excellent community. The staff is caring and they keep me informed on any changes. The menu is nice and she seems to like the menu. We do like that they offer her to participate with the other residents with the activities that are offered.We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care for a loved one

This was a nice tour for the care for my mom. The staff stated that they would be the good community for her to adjust to. The community is clean and maintained with a nice atmosphere. They had a good menu of meals that appeared to me good. This community was too far for us to get to mom. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of a loved one.

Wonderful place.

I am so happy my Aunt is at Country Meadow Place she is active in a lot of the many activities they offer and there are great field trips also offer for those who want to go out. The nursing staff do wellness checks and keep me well informed. The food must be pretty good here because my aunt has started to gain weight which is a very good thing and her room and the accommodations are very nice. When I visit my aunt I love seeing that the staff are very engaging, they always have time for everyone. They have an atrium where they sit and visit with the residents it's so nice to see them interacting with the residents this way.

This is a nice community and we are happy with the care for my mom. The staff has been helpful and very attentive to her needs. My mom likes that they have a nice variety of good meals. My mom is offered to get involved with activities with the other residents.We would recommend this community for the good care and value for their loved one.

Out of all the 13 places I toured and interviewed, this one impressed me the most. Not just because of the facility but because of the extra things the staff do for the residents. Most of the communities I considered did a phone interview for the pre-admission assessment if the future resident was not local. The Milestone Community director traveled 90 miles to personally do the assessment. She returned to visit twice more. In doing this, she established a connection with the future resident which made moving and the transition to a new residence much easier for all involved. This extra personal attention made a real difference. They do an excellent job of establishing a relationship with the resident as well as the family. The connect and support for the family continues upon admission. They are there to answer questions and offer support. The staff is wonderfully thoughtful and caring. The community is clean inside and out. The rooms are pleasant and much more spacious than some other facilities. There is nice shelving and a large closet. The chef prepared food is tasty. They offer numerous activities for residents and they invite family members to participate with the resident.

This is a nice community for my father's care.We liked the staff who nice and caring.I like knowing that he was happy with the care here from the nice staff. The had a nice variety of meals that he seems to be happy with.There are activities for the residents who want to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

They offer daily activities, however they do not offer as many on the weekends. The food is fine and they keep the community clean. They have a nice outside area for the residents to enjoy. We liked that they have a registered nurse on staff during the week as well as physicians and physician assistants that come into the community and make rounds. The staff are personable and I would recommend this community.

We like the care at this wonderful community. The staff are kind and were very helpful for the care we needed. The community was clean and we liked that the food was good and a healthy. We liked that my father was doing alot of good activities. We had a great experience with this community and would recommend other families for the care and the value that is offered here for a loved one needing care.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my loved one since they made the move into this community. The staff are all excellent and I am comfortable with the quality of care that she is receiving. She has been loving the social environment as well as all of the meals that have been provided for her throughout the week. I am overall impressed with this place and would recommend it to anyone.

We like that this community does accept some Veterans Assistance benefits. The staff are very nice and encourage my husband to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is wonderful and the community is well maintained. This community is in a good location for family to visit. I would recommend this community.
