The facility is very nice. The only thing I think they could improve would be food. It's okay, but there are a lot of people providing feedback on it stating it needs to be improved. Overall it is a very nice place.

Beautuful treed surroundings. Large apts and nice dining rooms, activities, library, church services on Sunday. Residents are happy, smiling, well taken care of. Menu like a restaurant, plus always default choices available at all meals ike waffles, plus salad bar.

Overall things are going well at Milestone Senior Living Apartments and Memory. They have plenty of activities to try to keep her busy if she chooses to participate. I have no complaints about this facility. Things are going good here.

The Garnett Place is a really nice facility. The only issue we had is with the nurse. He's not willing to work with the doctor as much. I would recommend the Garnett Place. It has been an overall good experience. The facility is nice and it's very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a variety of activities. There is a lot of choices. I am really pleased with the Garnett Place so far.

We've been pleased with it so far. We haven't had any major concerns, so far at this point. We don't live in the area, but we have friends that check in, and they haven't seen anything to worry about. They are good to follow up with us if anything comes up. I can't really think of anything that needs to be improved or done better.

This is a great fit for my loved one. With our loved one, no news is good news. They come and clean once a week, and we had good communication with the facility when we were getting things set up. I think it's working out pretty good so far.

We are pleased so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She likes the food. I do kind of wish they had more things going on for activities, more of a variety and more often. Other than that there really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better at this point.

Does not have Continuing care, just senior housing.

I liked this area being out away from the town, liked the room alot especially the 2 bathroom feature in a two bedroom apartment, was disappointed in there busing features as I am trying to get my parents to NOT drive, but loved the memory care idea.Invited Sunday afternoon for a hot dog picnic but not sure at this point if parents could go.

I have had two tours by two different staff members, and I was impressed both times. The staff seemed to be confident and competent and the residents seemed happy and calm and well taken care of. The building itself is in a nice rural location that seems serene and beautiful during all seasons.

When I viewed the communities back in march 2013 I was looking for a nice home for my parents. I went to the Village Hills of Indianola and found the staff to be wonderful the layout and grounds were well kept and the care service we were seeking fit the needs of my parents.

This was pretty nice, my sister and I both felt it was pretty nice and pretty comparable to Keystone. It didn't have as much in the way of activities and it didn't seem as large but bigger isn't always better.

Beautiful inside and out. Pricey with separate pricing for amount of help the senior will need. For example, it was $8 for every 15 min of help (med administration, ambulating, showering, etc.)

Enjoyed the visit. Clean and homey place. Residents all seemed very happy with their accommodations. Did a tour of several apartments. They were spacious and very bright. Community spaces were clean and busy with residents. Dining rooms were pleasant and cooks most helpful. I observed an activity program that everyone was enjoying. My only concern was cost.

Memory unit similar to Belmont, added fees based on min. of additional care in AL. 30 hours of personal care time allowed per month in AL's basic charge. Laundry additional in AL and memory unit at $9/load. Rooms are spacious.

It appears to be a wonderful place.

This might be a good fit for Mom.

It is a fine facility and it gets the job done

Our family had an in person tour and the rooms were great but the room that was available for our loved one at the time was on the second floor. That was not going to work out because our loved one has COPD and they would had to walk down a long hallway, use the elevator and walk down another long hallway to get to the dining hall.
