I think they do an excellent job at Milestone Senior Living. It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly and professional, and they took great care of my loved one. They helped us through a very hard time, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided!

My loved ones felt comfortable right from the beginning at Milestone. They are very caring and it has been great for them. Things have been going very well. The food is excellent. It has been the best thing I have ever done. The location is convenient as well. Anytime I go the people are always friendly and it has been a life-saver.

I have a church friend who lives at Sonoma House and I always enjoy visiting there. The community feels like a neighborhood, and the employees are always welcoming when you walk in. I know that my friend has really enjoyed living there.

My Father In Law has been in Milestone for a brief time. I have found that they have been both supportive of him and both my husband and me. I have been periodically sent e-mails stating any changes in care or if there have been any challenges or him. I feel comfortable with him there knowing he is safe and well cared for. He is happy there and is more active and enjoys living with people around him.

We're very pleased with our experience with Arlington Place! They were a huge help to us throughout the whole process, and the transition went flawlessly! I really never thought it would go that well! They gave us a lot of advice on how to prepare our loved one for the move and help things go smoothly.

At Somona House Assisted Living LLC the only thing I am dismayed at is it has taken them a long time to get me the paperwork necessary to get his VA assistance. Other than that we like this facility and he likes it too. We really feel like we made a good a choice.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Loved the concept. Loved the staff. Pricing was within budget. The only drawback might be the distance from my house. Plan on showing this location to my mom.

My dad has only been there for a couple of months. However, from what I've seen I think all the staff are helpful and really try hard. They care about the residents. They are really attentive to the residents. Everybody there even the managers and kitchen staff, they all help out with everybody. They just really care. I just think they all do a good job. They are caring and friendly people. This is a nice place.

They have done a super good job of helping me and my dad adjust to a new environment. They are very friendly. They are just a very good staff. I would definitely recommend the Arlington Place of Pocahontas. It has been a really good experience. I'm glad that my dad is comfortable there. Everything has been going smoothly. This is a really nice community with a great staff. We are very pleased with this place.

Sonoma House has done a great job of taking care of my Mother. She has been made to feel welcome and loved. The home setting is perfect and the level of care is excellent. I Highly recommend Sonoma House for your loved one.

Wonderful concept. Residents looked happy and engaged. Home-like atmosphere, friendly staff and well managed. However, it is far away so will have to factor this into my decision. Very nice.

Our loved one has not been here long, but so far I'd give them top marks across the board! Our primary concern is that she be surrounded by good people and have easy access to good meals. We like the smaller group home concept as we feel it will be more comfortable and easy to manage for her. The larger places might be too much for her at this point in her life. It's a nice looking place with very friendly people, we feel like it is the right place for her and somewhere she'll be able to feel at home.

My wife is in the memory care unit here and I am so delighted with her care I highly praise the staff for being outstanding in the care you give our loved ones , but also you are highly committed to helping your residents. m all The facility is a very beautiful place I absolutely have no regrets with my decision. Keep up the wonderful job you all do!

I recently returned from a visit with my mother. Since I live in Florida I am not able to visit as much as I would like. Since my last visit, ownership has changed. Let me first say that my mother is very happy living at your facility. The property is clean and well maintained, the food is good (I ate in the dining room several times) but it is the staff which makes the place exceptional. I think they are called “universal” workers but they should be called “miracle” workers. I would single out certain individuals but frankly they are all great. My mother can be difficult at times as she suffers from dementia as well as the infirmaries of old age. The patience, kindness and good humor these ladies exhibit is remarkable. I think it must take special people to work with the elderly-you obviously have hired the right people for the job. It is the single biggest reason that my mother enjoys living there. Please give them my sincere thanks

They do a fabulous job here! The staff here really treat the residents like family. They have all sorts of activities and crafts to keep them actuive, and every staff member is just really involved in making this a great place to live. The food is delicious, the facility is clean and well kept, and if I could I'd give them ten out of five for friendliness!

This is my first choice. I think mom would be happy here. She is very difficult and very demanding, and I feel like Parker Place is the only place that seems equipped to handle her needs. Dad is having a hard time coming around though, so we will see if we can get this to work. I really like it here though.

Most well around assisted living facility I've ever had experience with...they have around the clock activities for the residents and great food. The cost is a little pricy but worth it. Most of the staff are very friendly and very easy to talk to.

My experience with Vintage Hills had been fine. The staff is good, I like them. They are friendly and caring. The facility is very clean. They have good food selection. I'm pleased overall.

I have visited Clover Ridge a great number of times and I always find wonderful hospitality there. Often someone is working in the dining room inside the door and they always greet me, as do the other employees I meet around the building. If I have a question I am warmly attended to. Today, I was even invited to eat with the person I came to visit just like they did when I used to visit them in their past home.
