During the winter storm in 2021 we had some flooding because of pipes that broke - but that happened in a lot of places!. But since that time we have not had any issues! The maintenance team and on-site staff are very attentive and responsive

I toured this facility and loved it. There is great resident interaction and lots of activities with a higher number of care options. It feels like an extension of the independent living community next door.

Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch. is an amazing senior facility!! The staff truly cares about the residents and go above and behind to make sure the my feel comfortable. The facility is very clean and food is excellent!!!

I would just like to give my praise to Watermere at Woodland Lakes for giving my grandparents such a loving and caring communication. After visiting my grandparents it was great to see how loving and patient the team was towards them. And when trying to look for information on their website, Facebook page or calling to ask a team member, they were absolutely helpful and patient!

Watercrest has been the top option for senior living in this area since it opened. I have seen the other options that are out there families, and none of them even come close to offering the amenities, lifestyle, and value that Watercrest does.

I’ve recently been looking for a more skilled memory care community for my dad in the San Antonio area. My dad is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and finding a memory care that I really trust has been hard. This isn’t an easy transition for my family and I but I stubbled upon Landing at Stone Oak from just Googling different communities and I’m so glad I did. Their website was informative and easy to navigate. I was impressed with their 24/7 nursing and their “Montessori-Based Philosophy” that encourages all interests and preferences. When I called, the staff was understanding and informative. I felt the staff really had me and my family’s and most importantly, my father’s interest at heart.

I'm truly impressed with this facility, the building is beautiful. There are a lot of great activities all throughout the week and wonderful services including salon services. Staff is very caring as well!

Such a beautiful community, well kept, clean, maintenance free apartment home, where mom or dad can call home! Staff is friendly, there’s several fun resident activities and therapy services on site too! Also has a beautiful dining room and offers a well rounded food menu! Lots of other great amenities too!

The amenities and common spaces are wonderfully designed. The community has so much to offer and with the intentionality of the design it helps create a interactive and enjoyable experience. From the courtyard to the common spaces the property is beautiful even down to the small details/finishes in each area.

They show an understanding that each resident has their own unique set of needs and requests, and it shows in the way that they interact with each individual community member which gives it a true "family feel" environment.

The staff here treat each resident with the highest level of care and compassion and understand that each resident has their own unique set of needs and requests. They have great programs designed specifically for each resident. Loved ones do not sit in their beds or rooms all day here!

The team at this community is amazing, from the executive director to the housekeepers and care givers. Everyone shows true compassionate care. I can see how intentional the team is with each decision and action, as they always put the resident first. Because of the teams effort they have created a great environment that creates a more enjoyable experience for residents. The care of the staff is just a part of what this amazing community as to offer.

Moving my grandpa into an assisted living community was one of the hardest decisions my family has had to make, but the staff at the Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek have been so kind and helpful as we make this transition. We have loved how knowledgeable the team here is and how much they genuinely care about my grandpa's well-being.

My loved one has been a resident over the last year and although having a couple of problems early on I could not be happier with the new staff, care levels received and quality of food (while keeping it in line with nutritional guides!). I would recommend this community to anyone else looking for home for their loved ones!

My top priority is getting mom the best care. The activities and events they offer here really are catered towards each and every individual! I also never have to worry about not being able to check in on mom as they are always super active on their Facebook community page posting updates about different activities and events going on at the community! I love when my mom is in the pictures!
