Staying in touch with my memaw is one of my most important factors when it comes to where she stays ! I love how not only can she stay in touch with her friends that also live in the community but myself and my family can keep in touch and have an eye on her with their community Facebook page! I love seeing her enjoying herself in all the activities they have to offer! Sometimes families even come out for the events and it’s such a great time getting everyone together! Most recently they put out a blog for holiday gifts and it came in so handy for my last minute shopping for memaw!

Watermere at Frisco is definitely the gold standard when it comes to both independent living and retirement communities. Although priced slightly higher than some of the other options in the market the extra offerings are well worth every penny. The property screams class, sophistication and beauty and is designed to feel like home. Great food, fantastic team and even better residents make it the perfect place to retire in!!

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is not only an excellent independent living facility but it sits within a campus offering both active adult and soon to be assisted living. If apartments are not for you Townhomes and Villas are available to give that right balance of home and community. The food is restaurant quality with a menu that continues to cater to all tastes (you can request a dish to be added to the menus!). There are lots of activities, groups and clubs for all interests. Real family feel, with a team that cares deeply and puts a servants heart as a priority!

I work with the advisers and they are great. They provide follow up and work hard for the sale. They are very knowledgeable. The prospects com prepared for APlace For Mom educates on what to expect for independent living.

Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch is a great place to call home for all seniors. Activities are catered specifically to the residents and the food is excellent. The staff is really friendly and care deeply about all of the residents, making it a daily mission to put a smile on every residents face. Free transportation to the doctors and grocery stores are a big plus! A place you can really trust.

I joined my loved one for Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing. Individual staff members are very forthcoming, always ready to answer questions about my loved ones mood, state of mind and her engagement in The Landing activities. The staff know her and know that she laughs a lot and loves to sing and dance. When I walk in the door, there are always people in the hallways and if it's before 10:00 a.m., I know I am going to walk in her room where sis is - she will be asleep before, but when I wake her up, she is always smiley and happy. She adjusted so quickly to the move from AZ to TX, and this is the place that I picked. So I am very grateful!

The staff have been great. They're extremely friendly to the residents and to visitors as well. They keep the residents busy with activities. And I think it's a good value.

It is very good for someone who is somewhat independent, as they do not provide the care needed for assited or memory care. But for an independent senior living it is great,

Staff is extremely welcoming, all smiling. They remember your name!! They enjoy their job and it shows! The staff communication with the family is super! There are three meals a day and the choices are good. The food does need to be hotter.

Watercrest at Katy is a great place!

We had a great tour with Isle at Cedar Ridge. We had a couple friends who had loved ones here and they were very happy with their experience. Unfortunately there were no openings at the time we were looking.

The staff went out of their way to help my father integrate into the community and were extremely helpful and accommodating with any of the various things that we needed. I can't speak highly enough about the food. It's been really, really good, and he's really enjoying it. I like the apartment, although after we got his stuff in there, it was a little smaller than I was thinking originally. But I think that's pretty normal. I can't think of anything negative we've experienced. I've been really blown away by Watermere.

Watercrest is close to home. They offer activities. My mom participates in the ones that interest her but she doesn't feel pressured to do more than she wants to. Her room gets cleaned once per week. Bathrooms are cleaned, floors are mopped. Trash is emptied daily. Those services are included in her monthly cost. The hallways and other public spaces always look nice. I would recommend Isle at Watercrest Bryan to anyone who needs assisted living.

Very friendly staff, quality food and happy residents. My loved one has been very pleased with their shuttle service. They have it scheduled for different routes and they take the residents within a 10 mile radius. She also says the driver is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend The Watermere for anybody who is still capable of independent living.

The Isle at Raider Ranch has been an excellent experience, the friendliness of the staff gets more then 5 stars. Our loved need a higher amount of care and they have been able to provide it every which way. The meals and dining service is excellent and they have really good activities. For the value you are definitely getting your money's worth and then some. We are able to sleep at night knowing our loved one is here, we have already recommended this community to others and will absolutely continue to do so.

We toured Town Village and we had heard that they were having trouble with their maintenance and cleaning people. I did like the idea that they had assisted living in the same facility, right there. There's a resident at my community who went to Town Village first, then moved here. She wasn't really happy with their food and cleanliness. Those were the main issues I heard of.

They had very nice furnishings and it was a nice community. The memory care residents were further along on their journey than my loved one and I wasn't sure the socialization needs of my loved one.

It was good to know that they have a in between space for my mom, she not needing 100% assistance living, she still can be independent, she just had a few hiccups, like remember to eat and take her medicine. Also needing activities. The Lakeview towers has worked our great!! [name removed] is amazing!!

The tour with The Landing at Watercrest was very impressive - it came down to this facility and another one in our final 2 choices. It is a lot bigger and has more of a grand feeling to it. WE just felt our loved one would do better in a smaller and more home-like environment.

They have been outstanding in dealing with my mother. Watercrest is the perfect place for my mother. She can age in place and receive excellent care regardless of the segment she is in.
