[name removed] loves it there! It's amazing. Fit her needs perfectly! Another nursing home also recommended Watercrest! I would highly recommended! Cost a little high but worth it! Apt living with assisting with her needs!

The Isle at Raider Ranch is a great place professional, courteous staff, clean, and really took personal concern for Mother. I wish that we would have had moved her there sooner. The room sizes and accommodations here are great!

Everything at Watercrest of Shadow Creek has been great. I decided on this location mainly because it is close by family and the prettiest of all communities I had looked at. Based on my experience so far I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The tour at Raider Ranch was very nice, is it a really beautiful facility. I wish we had gone there. My sister felt my mom's style was more like [facility name removed] though. The saleswoman was more professional and didn't come over like a used car salesman.

Lubbock has lots of great facilities, but we felt that this facility was the best fit for our loved one. There's so many activities. Our loved one is doing something all the time. She loves it! It's brought her back to life!

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience with Town Village was absolutely excellent, the lady that was showing us which we have forgotten her name) we thought did an awesome job.

The cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, and the look of the facility is what sticks out the most. It is a brand new place. The pricing is al a carte and we liked that so it is not all lumped into one. The apartment sizes are pretty good. I would absolutely recommend Watermere at Woodland Lakes.

I really like this facility and have been happy with it. They've been nothing but great to my mom. Everything is great here. Communication with the family is good. They offer a good variety of activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is done once a week and they do a good job. They clean and also take out the trash and change her sheets. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is a beautiful community for Seniors that offers great services and amenities. The best part is you can choose which services you want and only pay for what you use. As your needs change you can add more services. Also, for those that want fewer services and amenities and are more price conscious, they can choose Reserve at Woodland Lakes which is a 55+ active Senior community located on the same beautiful campus.

The tour experience with Town Village was great! We really liked the facility a lot. Out of the 3 we looked at, this was our second choice. The room sizes here were just a bit smaller than dad wanted.

I have been a resident at Watermere for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The accommodations are lovely and well-arranged. There are a good variety of activities from aerobic fitness to table games and yoga in which to participate. Weekly outings and happy hour are added fun. The dining room offers a wide variety of menu choices for those who don't care to cook in their fully equipped kitchens. For me because I can no longer drive, one of the best features is the transportation provided by the community bus to stores or shopping on appointed days. It's a terrific place to live and still be independent. It's almost like being on a cruise, without worrying about being seasick.

My husband and I moved from New England to Texas after our daughter in Frisco visited Watermere and suggested we visit. And, so we did. I will always remember our visit! We had a tour and was impressed not only with the facilities but with the warmth and friendliness of residents who stopped to say hello and express their happiness here. We were invited to come back the next day for the Cinco de Mayo party. That was what "sold" us. Everyone was warm and welcoming and it was a very positive and interesting group. Many of the people are still close friends today! Watermere at Frisco is a community and that is what makes it distinctive and a home for us.

As I begin my sixth year as a resident at Watermere Frisco, I could not be more grateful for the opportunities that the Watermere lifestyle has provided. I am more active and upbeat than I ever imagined to be in my 80s. Management and staff are fully committed and dedicated to the enabling an active and vibrant lifestyle at the community. I love living here at Watermere! I am grateful that my prayers were answered when I moved into my beautiful apartment three years ago at Watermere at Woodland Lakes! A caring staff, delicious meals, fun activities , and the best of neighbors make this my forever home.

After my mom passed away, we thought it would be a good idea for my dad to downsize to an over 55 community. Dad toured Watermere and signed a lease the following day. This has been an incredible blessing for him. The Watermere community offers so many opportunities for social interactions with other residents, and the amenities, including transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, department stores, etc. means that it isn’t necessary for any of the residents to need a vehicle. What my family and I really love about Watermere is the amazing service from management. It does not matter how large or small the need, the management team treats every request as an important priority. We never question whether or not dad is in great hands. This provides us with a great sense of security. Thank you Watermere, and especially [name removed] , for all that you do for dad.

I have lived at Watermere for over 2 years. I love it. I am living my best life at 84. I love my beautiful one bedroom apartment that is just perfect for me. Watermere offers so very much to make my life ideal. I have activities available. In fact, there are so many options, I find it hard to decide which one I want to do each day. We have driver, [name removed], that will take us to events, doctors appointments, and the grocery store. I still drive, but it is nice to know I have [name removed] when I have to give up driving. Our director, [name removed], is the best. She, actually, loves us and we love her back. If you don’t come and check us out, you will have missed a great opportunity. I liked it so much on my first visit, I signed a lease.. I am so happy I made that decision. Come see me and have lunch with me. You will love Watermere.

I toured the community and thought that the grounds were well-kept, beautiful, layout design of the apartment was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. I liked that there’s several different options and levels for care and it’s a beautiful place for my parents to call home!

I toured this facility and loved it. There is great resident interaction and lots of activities with a higher number of care options. It feels like an extension of the independent living community next door.
