The staff at Amity Place is amazing. They go above and beyond when caring for residents and do so with so much warmth and caring. I feel confident my parents are receiving at they need.

First impression right away was how friendly the staff was, how nice and helpful the sales marketing team was. The Gardens just has a really friendly atmosphere to it.

Windlands South looked just as amazing as their partner facility that I chose.

We chose Maidencreek Place because of all of the reasons listed above in the ratings, but most importantly because the residents seemed very happy here during our tour. The facility is small enough where the staff know all of the residents by name and vice versa. They also gave me all the right answers to the questions that I had asked and they made me feel very comfortable. Everything has worked out very well and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

I did a virtual tour with Willowbrook Place. The facility looked clean and updated and the staff were very friendly.

My tour with Milford Place was excellent. I got a great feeling about it, this was actually my first choice but my brother decided on another facility.

Our first impression of WoodView Estates Assisted Living was that the staff members were very friendly and caring. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to others.

We had a great tour with Windsor Gardens. The facility is nice and the staff who showed us around were friendly and professional.

This was a good community but they didn't have any better programs than my first choice and they were more costly. The tour was great.

Our family had an in person tour and The Willows is a very nice community, but the cost was much hire than other communities we were looking at. However our loved ones would of been very comfortable there, they made us feel welcomed and any questions we had, they answered.

We had tours at several different communities, and they were all great. The folks at Wyncote Place Memory Care Community did a great job with our tour. They answered all of our questions. Nothing was held back. They were very honest and forthright.

This was a very nice community. This was the sister location to where we are now. The staff were also very nice.

It's adequate. The staff are cheerful and helpful. It's a very nice facility and meets all of our loved ones' needs. It's expensive, but it's commensurate to other facilities so I think it's fair.

The staff do a good job and try to help. They're really attentive any time I call. Even if it was the middle of the night, they always answer the phone. The facility is pretty nice. The food is pretty good, but could use some more options, especially less chicken. But they do try to work with the residents to get them what they like.

I have no complaints. We've had no problems at South Wind Heights. The food is okay. They don't salt very much, which depends on individual taste. But I understand that a lot of people can't have salt at that age. My friend seems to be very happy there and partakes in the activities. I'm very pleased, and I feel like she's very safe. They check on the residents not only during the day but also during the night. And they're very conveniently and centrally located. It doesn't take long to get to the hospital or doctors. And it's close by to Walmart and places to eat.

The staff members have great communication between them and our family, and the aids have all been extremely friendly. They were very helpful with the move-in process for our loved ones, and getting all the needed medical records. We have no complaints to say about Amity Place.

Dover Place has been such a positive experience so far, the staff and their care services are a 5 plus. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals, and the activities are wonderful. There is always so much going on, we have been able to see a few of them when we come to visit and they are great. The value seems to be very comparable for everything they have to offer. We used to have a care giver come to our home which our loved one did well with, but now being at a community our loved one is thriving. Having dementia, and being surrounded by others with dementia helps her feel normal, and does not stress her out. The environment is very stimulating, and this is a place you would want to put your loved ones.

What really stood out to us was the willingness of the staff team to assist our family with the affairs we had in place for our loved one. They were all very attentive and accommodating to our needs.
