Infinite Care

Audrey and her daughter says during her stay the staff was great. When she needed help they were right there. They are friendly and helpful and kind. Great therapy. Daughter reiterated staff is great and responsive. I recommend this place and I am in the healthcare worker as a social worker!

I like all the activities I think they are tremendous. We all like the appetizers they serve at happy hour - and we have happy hour everyday and it is something I look forward to! I like the care team too. I like I can come out and watch my favorite shows too.

I am very well satisfied. I have loved her 3 years. I am a resident ambassador at Brookdale Palmer Ranch. My favorite part is the staff. Great people. The activities are good. Staff and management okay too.

My father moved into assisted living in june 2023. I was out of state so not in the area to assist with his move. The movers they recommended were great and [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful over the phone. The staff is very friendly and have made him feel at home. I know he is in a safe and clean place with an awesome staff to assist him with his new home.

We picked this community because, it was very friendly staff. a good ambiance, and the price was good.Hawthorne Inn was very nice and [name removed] their representative was fabulous. I would highly recommend this place.

I like that it is small, so my dad gets more personal attention! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Administrator is so helpful as well as on top of everything, so I feel very confident in the running of the facility. My father seems very happy with the food. Many options, and they are happy to make things not on the menu if they have the ingredients on hand. I also like that the memory care is a mirror image of the assisted living portion. The transition from one to the other should thus be a much easier. Also, in other facilities I visited, I noticed the memory care portion always seemed like a step down in the facilities visual appearance. Not true here. It is not the newest or fanciest facility I have visited, but still very nice. My family believes that the quality of care was way more important that how new or fancy the building was.

I would suggest to anybody who needs an assisted living facility for a loved one that this is the first place you should try. I liked everything about it. My loved one had a unique situation at the end of her life. She was only able to stay there a short amount of time, but they took fantastic care of her during her final days.

We picked this community, because of the price. They can improve, with keeping staff. Looks like a lot change over each month.

The tour experience itself was good, the lady who showed us around was wonderful to work with. I felt that the atmosphere was pretty dark and depressing. They also informed us that they did not provide any activities in one of the sections so that was the biggest drawback for us.

My family member is so happy here. They have a comfortable room with private bath and they’ve made friends. Hawthorne is one of the smaller places we toured and the staff really get to know the residents - they aren’t just a number. And the administrator is always available if we have any questions. Hawthorne was the right choice for us.

We toured here for my mom. Absolutely loved that Hawthorne is a full campus in case she ever needs ALF or rehab, all of those services are right next door. [name removed] was so informative and took time to answer all of mom's questions. The bathrooms were extremely spacious, loved that too!!

We were very pleased with people. I liked everyone there so much. It was very nice. We moved because it was too expensive, and was not affordable.

My Father was in the Hospital [date removed]. Then went into Skilled Nursing at "Brookdale Palmer Ranch". The staff ( [name removed], RN's, and CNA's) went above & beyond to take care of my father who was suffering. Our family made a LOT of requests of the staff over the 7 weeks (having to do with personal care-to wanting an extra bit more to eat-all the way to him insisting on his Chocolate Pudding every night & he was always taken care of promptly & courteously. Staff were always kind & professional. We felt a simple "Thank You" wasn't good enough-so the only way we felt we could properly repay the staff for the difficult work they had to do for my father was by making sure each week we brought in all sorts of delectable desserts for them to enjoy. The Staff helped my father heal & recover much better than we ever could have done at home. We felt safe with our loved one at this facility. Zero bedsores. The facility was clean & well kept up. Only request would be for more staff on weekends.

Communication with us was superior. The organization as far as medical care under COVID conditions was the best it could be. And the staff was very caring, almost like a family. They made it as easy on us as possible. Five stars across the board, would definitely recommend. It was such difficult times, moving in during COVID. And I work in healthcare, so I completely understand. I was really impressed. The management is good, and that trickles down to the other staff and residents.

I toured this community for the care from my mom. We liked the staff who were able to answer the question we had on the care and menu. The community seemed to be clean and they offered activities. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank all the staff: for making my wife, Helen's, 80th birthday so successful. Your kindness shown to her was deeply appreciated. I also think you do a great job everyday.

I just love the happy hour that they have daily. They are so thoughtful and creative. I truly enjoy dealing with them.

I continue to be grateful for the care that the staff give mom. She is doing quite well, as demonstrated by our nearly daily phone calls. Mom is clearly in a great place.

This is now a Brookdale community. They have all new leadership and it shows! The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were recently remodeled and they have the cutest memory care unit. I think my mother-in-law is going to love it here. One of the best things about this community is that they have continuing care, so mom will never have to go to another facility as she ages. I really enjoyed my experience.

I don't go in every day, but from what I have seen, I am very pleased. When I have gone in they have them involved in some sort of activity, and they try to engage as many people as they can on the level that the people can engage. It seems like there is a lot of staff per patient. They don't really let them go to their rooms during the day that much, so they are all out in the common area. They have a lot of people involved taking care of them and doing the activities. They are very informative. She fell a couple times, and tested her for UTI right away to see if something would be causing the falls.
