Homewatch CareGivers

My experience is when I had them before they were always changing the people who would come out. And I told them I needed more consistency and they have complied. They tend to my loved one and get him ready to go.

The care manager at Homewatch CareGiver is excellent. Trace Anderson is just outstanding. The company itself is much better than the one we previously used. We have one great caregiver right now and would really like two a week. We are struggling to find a second one. We would like to have two a week and then everything would be excellent.

Communication could be improved from the aides to the family. A little more communication from the office to the family as well. It was a great experience in that they understood what we were going through and were available and it was great to have someone to call because we had never gone through anything like this before. It was a good, good experience.

I don not really have much of a comment about Homewatch Caregivers. They were good with helping out my loved one. They were helpful in trying to find out what I needed for my dad and giving my guidance and assistance with that.

Overall our experience with Homewatch Caregivers has been a good one. I was really impressed by how much time they spent getting to know my loved one and our family when we first started. Things have gone very well so far. I do feel that they could improve the communication process in regards to billing, I had some trouble getting that worked out with them.

Enjoyed the caregivers after they found ones that clicked with the family. Enjoyed Homewatch CareGivers services for 2 two years. Their only regret was the fact that there was no followup after their fathers passing. didnt come to vist. 2 years

Homewatch CareGivers: I have no complaints about them. At the initial visit, they were very nice, and informative. The caregiver they sent was just a gem. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very pleased with the services, and do not regret hiring them. Homeward CareGivers are on my top list to recommend to others. I give the caregiver a 5 out of 5, and the company a 3 out of 5.

Caregivers have no medical training. I think Don needs a caregiver with some medical training because of his multiple health issues and medications. They referred me to another agency, Intrepid in Elyria. I will contact them to learn more.

We are using Homewatch Care Givers to provide care givers that come to my mother's home for 4 hours each morning. They feed her breakfast and lunch and give her medication. The care givers are caring and well liked by my mother and follow all the directions that we leave. They always leave a note to let us know how things went that day. We did have a few glitches in the beginning that were quickly resolved. My suggestion to anyone with a caregiver coming to their home is to make sure that they call in to the company to let them know they have arrived.

Overall we're pleased with Homewatch. The quality of the caregivers has been very good, and we really like the one we've got now a lot! The only issue we've run into is that a few times they have not shown up when we expected them to. I am trying to coordinate the care from out of state, so I am not sure if this was due to a miscommunication somewhere between my loved one, myself, and the Homewatch administrators.

loved the rep that came out like the brochure and sounds like what i need i am definetly going to use them soon.

The couple times that I was home they were kind and tried very hard but my mother-in-law did not want them there, and gave them a hard time. Nothing was their fault. The tried to do activities like exercises for her physical therapy. They did do puzzles. Overall the caregivers were very good.

Found the husband-wife team to be very professional and offering high quality services.

If I need homecare, this probably is the group I would go with..I shall contact them in the near future to speak with them at least.

This agency is good but in the beginning they sent a lady and she worked for a little bit and then just walked out and left. They never followed up with me about that issue. So the next day sent out another lady and she is great and works well with my mom. She is easygoing, patient and don't take things to heart. My mom is hard to deal with sometimes. But she will help mom out by cooking some lunch and some light housekeeping and laundry and make her bed. She will also take mom to her doctor's appointment. She is alway on time

I thought the providers were average-if your organization can implement Lisa's care-giving philosophy as a baseline standard you will really have something. The standard of care that she presented is the reason I added an extra half star. Felt the quality of care was alright but providers lacked initiative.

I've had some good caregivers but it's been very hard working with the company at times The services they offer online don't match up. You have to go through a lot of caregivers before you can find a match and once you do you might not get to keep them because they might take them off your service.

The workers, although nice, aren't very proactive in engaging our brother [Removed] in activities. He can be a hard sell but I was hoping that since they have been around him over a period of time they could learn to work with him. The Caregivers are very professional, but he likes card games and word challenges, and I am not sure the Caregivers know how to provide these options.

Homewatch CareGivers really helped me during a very bad time. My mother really enjoys having them there and they are so kind to her, keep her busy and talk with her. They help my mom with her meds and daily care and they make sure that she eats, which was becoming a problem. Their location and background information along with a referral from a friend helped me make my decision on using Homewatch CareGivers. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My brother's condition isn't doing the best, but I'am satisfied with the services he receiving from this home care agency. I do feel he is safe, and good hands when he is with them. It is still a work progress, but so far this is a home care agency I would recommend.
