These people have been very professional and a pleasure to work with. Extremely competent.

Mom and Dad were hesitant to have help, but Angela the care giver, was a perfect fit. Finding Homewatch was a big relief and my parents can stay on their farm for a long time.

It’s impeccable. We want the most important things taken care of and they are. They can take my mom out for walks in the park across the street. It’s important to make sure she takes her med on time and they are able to help with that. The one time they needed to reschedule, we booked with another lady and it worked out fine. We’ve happy so far.

We are very pleased with the experience with Homewatch CareGivers. We have the same caregiver that comes out, she is a great match for our loved ones. I liked that the company wanted to make sure that she was a good match and that if for some reason it wasn't working out, they would work to find a good fit. They have a professional reputation. In my experience I have found them to be very professional and organized. They are a really good company!

They've done a great job so far. Everyone we've spoken with has been friendly, and they're very accommodating when it comes to hours and scheduling. I also feel like they really try to match each family with the right caregiver, someone they'll get along with.

They did a great job and the girl we had was really friendly. We didn't use them long as our circumstances changed. We didn't have problems when we did have them.

So far things have been working out great. My loved one really like the caregiver and have been getting along well with her. There haven't been any issues with tardiness or scheduling to speak of. They were referred to us as being particularly good at Alzheimer's care, and from what I've seen this may have been a bit of an exaggeration. They do a fine job, but nothing outstanding on that end.

I wanted them to be there for my wife in case she fell and to help her to the bathroom and they did that. It came down to money and another service was less expensive.

Very pleased! The care services were great! They were very responsive when I needed them the most. I only used them for 6 nights when I really need help but I would use them again.

We were given a list of recommendation from A Place for Mom, we just went down the list and we liked the owner of Homewatch CareGivers the best. They made us feel more comfortable and were able to answer any questions we had.

We are currently having someone come twice weekly which is a big help while we check out care facility options.

This is the option we ended up with. Director is a fabulous person and the organization is Christian based which was a plus for me. They are expensive but, since it allows her to stay in her home, it is a Great choice. They offer completely flexible hours tailored to the person's needs and you can change the hours you need with only a 24 hour notice.

I am satisfied with our experience with Homewatch Caregivers. They are very good with my husband.

For Teresa of January 2018, we need to point out that she was advised the caregiver who was booked unfortunately had a car accident and was no longer available. We advised we would cover the cost of an Uber or taxi. [Name removed], on her own, booked a limo. She advised us the cost was over $200 for her 11km trip. We advised we wanted to see a copy of the bill which was never delivered to us. As for overcharging for hours. She booked a caregiver from 4pm to 10pm and the hospital didn't released her until 6pm. She is still responsible for those two hours our caregiver was there waiting for her. As for the 10 day delay, that is because [name removed] contacted our Head Office who offered to pay back the money for the negative post. We refused as she ordered a 6 hour service and on her own took a $200 limo that we only agreed to cover a taxi or Uber and she did not produce any evidence of this cost either.

Excellent experiences with Homewatch. Very positive in every aspect. From the initial interview to working with them on a weekly basis, I have had excellent experiences. Great aides, flexible, professional, and all around good people.

Everyone that came to the house was very helpful in taking care of my mom. I would highly recommend them.

Working with Homewatch has been great! The caregivers are very attentive and dependable. Anything I ask of them is done in a timely matter and again they are very attentive. I would definitely recommend them!

I found that the caregivers who came to assist my dad were caring and considerate of his needs. They take him exercising and help with the light cleaning.

There have been multiple caregivers that have been over to take care of my loved one and this was a little concerning at the beginning. It has been a good experience for us. They were able to help the family care for our loved one, and provide companionship for them.
