Homewatch CareGivers

Homewatch Caregivers is a pretty good fit, but it takes them a while to get adjusted and trained by me. I had to go through about 4 caregivers to find the person we really connected with. I feel comfortable with that person coming into our home. If they're out sick, Homewatch makes sure there's a substitute in their place. I'm currently using their service 5 days a week and there is a minimum of 4 hours per day. I would recommend this agency to others.

We used Synergy Homecare for my husband, and the staff was really quite pleasant. We originally had caregiving scheduled for three days a week for four hours a day, but when the caregiver took my husband out, they would be alright for a couple of hours, but then he would want to come home. We decided to stop using it because we were paying a lot of money for only half the time. It was good while we did use it though, so I would recommend it.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my father at this community. He is comfortable in his living environment and has made a smooth transition. The staff is very helpful and have been attentive to all of his needs. I like the open floor plan and think they have a few nice amenities available to all of the residents. The dinning experience is pleasant and the chef does a great job with the meals.

For the 2 weeks that we used this agency, it went really well. My mother is no longer in need of their help she has recovered and doing things on her own. The agency was great sent a nice caregiver once my mom explained what needed to be done things went smoothly. The caregiver was very nice and attentive very patient and understanding of my mom's needs. The agency was easy to get ahold of if needed. They kept the appointments never had to call and reschedule or cancel.

Mom has recovered very nicely and has no need of the service anymore. However, for the time we had them I don't recall any issues. The caregivers were very nice and kind. They came prepared and did what was to be done. They were always on time never had to postpone or cancel an appointment.

I recently had a medical experience with my father that required me to have PSW care put into place in a very short time frame. Scott Trueman was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and very patient with scheduling - offering suggestions etc realizing this was uncharted territory for me. PSW's - everyone was extremely nice, polite and friendly. If I were to have any suggestions, it would be for the PSW's to take more initiative in doing light housework or with meals AND or suggest doing an errand (if they drive). My father was not used to having the care and really didn't think of tasks to suggest. When I made suggestions of tasks to complete, they were all done thoroughly and happily. While I hope to not require Homewatch Caregivers in the future, I would not hesitate to call should the need arise. Thank you!1

My husband is doing pretty well, but I will have to start looking into the next level of care for him. However we have had a pleasant experience with this home care agency. The care giver has been helpful, and patient with my husband. I do feel he is safe, and in good hands with the care giver. I will use their services again if I can not figure out another option. It is a good home care agency, and I would recommend it.

We are very pleased with Homewatch CareGivers. We have been using their service for about four weeks now. We really like the second person they sent to us. Right now we are mainly using them for housekeeping. My wife is out of town right now so I know when she gets back she will provide them with more details of exactly what she wants to be done. I have found that if I do not provide a list of everything we need to have done it might not get done. The caregiver does a very thorough job of the tasks she takes on. She shows up on time and that is very important for us. She is very personable and presentable. I also want to thank [Removed], the advisor from a Place For Mom for all of her help providing us caregiver options and valuable information regarding senior information.

Using the aid for care for 8 hours a day two days a week at this time. We are allowing several weeks for a more thorough evaluation.

We used this home care agency one time, and for the most part is was a good experience. We needed someone to sit with my wife just in case she had an episode. The caregiver they sent us was good. I was comfortable leaving my wife in their care. It was a nice experience, and I would recommend this home care agency,

They worked out pretty well. I didn't have any major complaints, everyone showed up on time. Everything went pretty smoothly.

The care is good and we are happy with the care that is given. They have improved with their services from the beginning to now.

Finding this home care agency has really taken a lot of stress off of me. My uncle has adjusted very well to the caregiver coming and helping him out and comments that he really likes her. He was resistant at the beginning so this is great to hear. I had some concerns with the housekeeping, but the agency was very responsive to addressing my concerns, and the problem was fixed. They follow my directions for caring for him very well. I would just say it is important that you are involved in the process so they know how to best care for your loved one. I would recommend this home care.

Dad starting using services with Homewatch a little over a month ago and things are going well. We had to take a break due to a short hospital stay but will be using them again as soon as he returns home. We' went through a couple different aides in the process of trying to find the best match but the agency itself has been great! Scott and Grace have been great and I would definitely recommend them.

The caregivers that they sent out have been decent so far. The administrative staff was very helpful in helping us find the type of caregiver we needed and working around our schedule.

Our experience with Homewatch Caregivers has been a good one overall. We've had a few issues here and there, but they've been very accommodating in getting those corrected. The caregivers have been polite and friendly, and it has been a good solution for us so far!

We only used the service a few times, but overall they performed to our expectations, we don't have any complaints.

They seem to be doing a good job. The girl that comes is friendly, and I haven't had any problems with her at all.

They come into my mothers apartment and help her with things around the house. They help her with cooking and cleaning.
