I had a wonderful tour here, the staff did a great job with my tour, showed me around and answered all my questions. I would have liked for my parents to have moved here as I have friends here but the apt sizes were just too small for what they needed.

We chose the Victoria Park because it was a bright and cheerful building. It also helped that we knew one of the other residents that also lived there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the staff already knows our names when they greet us. My mum really likes the meals they serve. They offer activities for the residents to engage in. There are benches placed around the community for the residents to sit outside and walkways to enjoy the beautifully well-kept landscaped grounds.

We toured some other locations but this community seems to be the best fit for my mother in law. The size of the community was just right. She is still adjusting but making progress.Slowly she is starting to meet people and do activities which are progress. She over all likes the food she hasn't complained yet. The staff is friendly and helpful very accommodating. She has mentioned that this community is one of the cleanest that she has probably ever been in.

This community is for senior independent living no services other than meals.The staff is good very friendly and helpful when needed. The food is good. The community grounds are well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking just for independent living

I enjoyed seeing the community and I see that it nice and clean. There are many good qualities here and they even allow pets like dogs to be here but I wanted a big size room for a good price and they were more than I had hope for.

Beautiful home, everything was amazing - one problem - very few 1 bedroom apartments with tubs, that is an essential for elderly parents

I have recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our visit and made sure to provide us with lots of helpful information. I liked the open floor plan and great amenities they had for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my mother.

On the tour and the guide saw a staff member they would promptly introduce us to them which we found very nice made us feel valued and welcome. The residents were happy to sit down and chat with you for while and share their experiences there they all seemed to be happy and friendly. The community was well taken care of clean, not cluttered.

When we took the tour of Essex House we thought it was a very nice community. The staff and the tour director was friendly while answering our questions. We just didn't get the warm fuzzy feeling as the place we ended up choosing for my father in law. But had we have not looked elsewhere we would have chosen this community.

Mom is having a fabulous time living here. She has already made friends and gone on a few bus trips to stores and out to eat. She finds the residents to be very friendly and engaging and sociable. The community is clean and very well maintained except for the elevator. The residents living in a 3 story building which is long in length but the building only has 1 elevator for its residents and recently it has been out of service 3 separate times. So for us, that is a safety feature that is a little concerning. The food is hit or miss most days it's very good however there are times where the meals aren't good. The location of the community for us is fabulous it is so close to our home and her church.

Primrose Chateau was a beautiful and clean community that we were going to move my mom into but she tripped and fell so we had to move her to an assisted living community. The staff was very friendly and caring. They answered all of our questions and let us know about all of the activities that she could participate in. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We really intended for her to move in here.

My mother seems to be enjoying her time here in this community. Overall I'am satisfied with her move here, and I do feel she is in a safe facility. They have a great staff, and they have been kind whenever I visit. The only issue I had been with the move in process, they promised someone would help us. When the day came for me to move mother into her apartment, nobody was there to help me. Other than issue everything else is working well. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. My mother says that meals can become repetitive, they could use more of a variety to choose from. She is getting involved in the activities they offer. She would like more than basic cable in her room. This community is working in the right direction for us, and I would recommend it.

I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this community for my self. The staff where on time to my tour and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked how clean the property was and the spacious dinning room they had available. It was just not the right location for me in the end decision.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with her move to this community. However I'am comfortable with her move here. It is a good community, and she is in good hands. They have good, kind staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They have nice activities available for the residents, and provide good meals. I would move to this community myself, it is a really nice community.

Montera Meadows was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because my mom wanted a different style of community. It wasn't the right fit for her.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I could have not picked a better place for her to go. The staff have been excellent and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has been enjoying the dinning experience as well as making friends with the other residents. Overall we are very happy and it has been a perfect fit for my mother. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

The food at the community seems ok. They offer two menus, however they do change the alternate menu during meal time. They advised us during the tour that they could take my parents to appointments, unfortunately after they moved in we were told they do not have a vehicle that can transport wheelchairs. This community is ok for independent living. We had to sign a three month contract and they will not let us out of the contract even though my parents need more care than they are able to provide.

I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community, It is a nice community with a good staff. The only thing they could improve on, is the response time when needed for maintenance. Other than that issue everything else is going well. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There are good activities offer, and they provide nice meals for the residents. I know is she is in good hands in this community, and I would recommend it.

Gorgeous, clean community. The staff was very friendly they answered all of our questions. We were looking for a smaller community with more assisted living options.

Pinegate is a nice community. They keep it clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and they do offer activities for those who want to participate, I enjoy reading myself. They also have entertainment come into the community. They offer three meals a day. Some of the choices offered are a little off the wall for my choice of meals. There are buses for going outside of the community but the two different times I've signed up the bus driver never called me back, so I've given up on that. I'm waiting for my wife to join me and so as she gets out of rehab, she is more outgoing and talkative so I think it will get better once she gets here. I would recommend Pinegate to others, it all depends on their likes and dislikes.
